You can only imagine my fear of getting a flat tire when I still have to drive 30 minutes to get home. JT made himself available to check my tire. Turns out it was fine. The reader or sensor in my car must be off but he was able to look at my tire to see if there was damage and in this case, give me the peace of mind to drive home safely. I can't think JT enough. He was kind, knowledgeable and very efficient. They will be starting a room service in the near future, and I will be definitely looking for opportunities to work with him in the future. So yesterday I did that and John drove my car and ascertained that he thought it was brakes. When we got back to the station, he checked with one of the mechanics (sorry, I didn't get his name) who had a few minutes between appts to see if he could check to confirm or rule out the problem. He did and, yes, it was the brakes. The mechanic said if I was willing to wait, he'd fit me in then between other appts! Wow! Great! When he was finished, the mechanic APOLOGIZED to me for it taking so long because he had to work me in! "Are you kidding? I'm so grateful you did it today and got this problem fixed right away!" Oh, and the bill was $200 UNDER what they had quoted because they didn't have to replace one of the items they thought they would! Who does that? Many places would have still charged me the full amount I had agreed to. In all my 63 years of driving a car, I've never found a shop I have trusted this much.
