I went to this location to get my car inspected. I have never been to this location before…read more I got there at 8:30 and there were 5 cars waiting in line. It took roughly an hour and twenty minutes for my turn. That's a little over 15 minute a car. (Mine took 18ish minutes.) Very impressive. The waiting room was clean. The bathroom was clean. The cost was cheaper than my local Nissan dealership. Highly recommended.

I was told to comeback of the part continued to make noise. Which was very confusing because why are you taking my money and sending me home with my car after 7 days of alleged maintenance...only for me to still hear the loud noise coming from my defective axle which is attached to the differential. The number I was given to call back went to voicemail so I got a second opinion from another more honest and reliable mechanic ...who showed me exactly where the problem was....the mechanics at roc auto were irritated that I got a second opinion while I had both them and my new mechanic on a three way call...It's really a shame that these mechanics at roc auto conducts business this way...I would not recommend them to my worst enemy They make the rest of you mechanics look like scammers who take advantage of working class citizens.....thanks a lot You have been warned don't let them take your money

When I returned, the vehicle was leaking oil heavily--something it was not doing before the service. They claimed it could be wear and tear, but the issue only started after my visit. It appears the oil filter was overtightened, which may have damaged the oil cooler/filter housing. I was also told I may have to pay for diagnostics if they deny responsibility. Very frustrating experience. Their affiliate shop who looked at the car wants 1,003.48 to fix. Never go to a valvoline they might break your car and won't fix it

Now why am I commenting, because you helped get my neighbor to the hospital at 2AM when she had heart palpations, see I've been looking at 2 neighbors who have car covers for their, windshields as we live in an apartment complex. In past years it takes me 5-15 minutes to clear snow and scrape the ice off the windows. Then the detailing/headlight restore and ceramic coat of the body and windows, that your young lady recommended. This whole winter since the Ceramic coating, the snow and ice falls off. (also the dirt, rain, everything, it' like my car is teflon coated) And last Saturday night, when I saw my neighbor in the hallway at 2AM, with Heart Palpations. I walked her out to my car helped her in the front seat, started the car and I walked around the car and brushed off the ice and snow with my gloved hand, (no snow brush, no scraper). 60 seconds, (not 5-15 minutes !) ! ! Got in drove her to Highland ..... and the Ceramic coating........PAID FOR ITSELF !, It was fun brushing the snow and ice off every morning before I left, with just my gloved hand, but when it was an emergency and seconds counted............YOU GUYS ROCK ! ! Julie & her husband Ken is so nice and super professional! I'm getting a couple of major things…read moredone and some minor things as well. My exhaust was the first thing I've had done and I'm scheduled to get my struts and breaks fixed a little later! I just want to start off with how much they are working with me to get these things done. I'm not rich at all and if I had a stable job I would have loved to take them up on there offer with the credit options. But luckily, they know how to prioritize what needs fixing and scheduled me out for when I'll have the money to have those things fixed. Secondly, I want to point out how fast they got the job done! Julie had told me to bring it in so that they could diagnose the problem for me and that they could schedule me next week if I decided to get it fixed with them. Well, sure enough I bought it in on Friday morning, that same morning they were able to tell me what was wrong and the same day they ordered the parts and got it fixed! I literally got my car back at 3pm and genuinely did not expect that! I saw a sign in their shop and it said that they value their time, well I guess they also value everyone else's time too! I don't want to get into the free things that they did for me because I don't want anyone trying to come rip these lovely people off, but I do want to say the things that they did for me, that they had every right to charge me for, has let me know that I'm dealing with some really good people and has made this place my go-to spot! These are good hard working people who respects the customers that comes through their shop, no matter if you have a lot of money or not! The prices are absolutely doable and they don't pressure you if you can't do everything right then in there! Lastly, I just want to point out that I am a single black woman and the reason I bring up my race and gender is because we all know it matters, especially when it comes to mechanics! But Temstad didn't make me feel judged nor taking advantage of whatsoever! They were so welcoming and knowledgeable!
