They had some kind of spicy crunchy garlic mayo which was fantastic and didn't overpower the meats. They don't pre-make these or any sandwiches, each made to order, which is so awesomely old-school. Their quality of deli meat and cheese is really exemplary, not grocery store Boar's Head. They have a great, but modestly sized, selection of imported Italian goods including fantastic olive oil, pastas, conservas like anchovies and even caponata!
