I had the kit overnighted and after calling around everywhere, I reached a really helpful person at Don's who said they could have someone out almost immediately. Before getting into the conversion and installation, Anthony identified and corrected some damage, which made the dryer so much quieter. After finishing the work, he walked me through an issue the dryer was having, explaining impact on our use, possible root causes, and what the process would look like ahead if we were to return it. While it's not ideal that the machine has unexpected issues, it has been such a relief to work with someone so competent and willing to share their knowledge. Whatever we end up doing with our dryer, or any other appliance, I feel way more informed and prepared with Don's on my side.

Well I was told by the technician that he had the part needed to fix the issue, I told him I needed confirmation from the owner to change the part and I would call him back to schedule. I even told him to please don't use the part on anyone else because I really needed this issue fixed ASAP. Also the quote had *estimate valid for 45 days disclosure* well I call back 2 days later to schedule the repair and was told that the technician already used the part on someone else and the part is discontinued. I asked if I can get refunded for my $75 since they can't fix it and they said NO. So I guess if you don't mind spending time and money on these kinds of things, go ahead and book with them.
