I asked if I could speak with someone else or get any kind of follow-up on what actually happened, but he said there was nobody else to talk to and that was the only solution. The tone felt dismissive and rude, and there was no apology or reassurance that the issue would be looked into properly. I did receive a refund, but the way the situation was handled was not acceptable for something that looked like a possible food safety issue. I'm seriously considering filing a food safety complaint because customers should not have to push this hard just to have a contamination concern taken seriously.

Nice ambiance, friendly service. -I ordered a chicken bowl with rice and toppings. Plenty o chicken! -Toppings are like what you find at Chipotle or Subway. The tzatziki sauce was a nice touch. -The bowl was about $15, felt a little steep to me since you can get a bowl at Chipotle for $10, and I prefer C. Recommended.
