Honestly I hate leaving bad reviews but for how expensive the menu was- it was a must. The chicken dinner was disappointing. Chicken had no flavor, vegetables were not cooked- specifically the carrots and green beans, the sauce was extremely bland. The only good thing was the Mac and cheese. The enchilada dinner was ok. Should have came with rice or something. Basically just meat and cheese. Caesar salad was ok, could have had more crotons. Served with 2 pierces of anchovies which was not described on the menu. Best meal we've had to date in Key West! Julio was amazing and made our entire experience. We sat inside where it was quiet from the streets. So good we had to eat here twice. We missed trying Milagro when it was at Casa Marina and I'm glad we corrected that. We ate outside both times because the weather was ideal. The four margarita flight was so good we had two. I did not expect to enjoy a pineapple chili margarita as much as I did. They were all really delicious and the variety was really nice. Our meal was terrific too, both times. Between two visits we had the meatballs twice (so good), the tuna appetizer which was very fresh and great flavor, the beet salad, the brisket enchiladas and the shrimp and salad veracruz. I've been here twice and both times it's been very good. Last night a friend and I went for Happy Hour. We had delicious margaritas--I had the hibiscus flavored one and she had regular--and we had an assortment of small plates. I especially liked the tacos el pastor and the Cobb salad. We sat outside which can be a bit busy if you're right on Duval, but this was raised a few feet so we were out of the hubbub and in a simple but elegant area. The staff were great. We inadvertently arrived half an hour before the restaurant opened but they let us choose a table and came and served us as soon as they could. Since we wanted to catch up and chat, this was a gift and we never felt rushed or in the way. A great spot! read more

Came here with my bf on a Wednesday night and it wasn't busy. We sat at the bar and had excellent service. We ordered the Wood Grilled Octopus and the Caesar salad to start. Both were great and we ended up enjoying the octopus so much we ordered a second one! We usually order octopus out if we see it on the menu and this one we agreed is one of our favorites. Top 3 of all time. I will also say the salad was fresh and had the right amount of dressing. We decided as our entree we would split one (since we indulged in octopus heaven) and we decided on the Stacked Blue Corn Enchiladas. I also saw the side of Ricotta Gnocchi and had to order that because it sounded good! The food came out and the enchiladas were big! Perfect for sharing. It was good, very beefy and warm. I will say do not sleep on the Ricotta gnocchi. It was delicious!!! I ate the side dish basically all by myself (didn't want to share) and wish they offered this as a full dish. Had a lovely meal here on New Year's Eve. They had a price fixe menu which was a mixed bag. The service by Agnes was exceptional, drinks were good (cocktails and mocktails) and the ambiance was upscale. 2 of the 3 ceiling lights covering our table were out so my 87 year old mom had a really hard time seeing the menu :/ The amuse bouche, an Italian risotto ball was delicious. My 1st course of pork belly came out with 1 piece over cooked and the other undercooked. My hogfish was tasty but overly salted as were my mom's scallops. The beef tenderloin with crab was cooked to perfection, but the accompanying hollandaise sauce was bland. Dessert was the best part - an açaí sorbet and a lavender honey cheesecake were delicious. My boyfriend and I had an amazing dinner at Milagro. Servers were very attentive and gave great recommendations. We had the short rib enchiladas, French onion soup, filet & shrimp small plate, and shrimp and scallops. One of the best places on the island. While staying at a nearby resort we came here for dinner one evening... our plan was to start in the bar for happy hour and then move to a regular table, but the service we got at the hi-top in the bar was so good, we stayed and enjoyed a few hours of dining and drinking there. The menu is elaborate with many seafood and other Spanish style offerings. The drink menu is quite decent and so is the wine list. They also have daily specials which looked amazing, one of which we ordered for an entrée. The chef does an amazing job being creative with seafood and other main dishes in a Spanish flair. The items we tried were all tasty, fresh, and excellent! We enjoyed everything so much that we came back for happy hour on our last night in town and enjoyed that visit too. We ventured here for our dinner on our last night in town, we really wanted to share some apps and keep it light. We saw they had octopus on the menu and that's one of my love languages so we had to try it. The octopus was extremely tender and tasty. The polenta cake with it was juicy, unique and flavorful. I enjoyed the dish very much. We also got the filet tips which came in a little tortilla bowl that we found odd since it made it hard to access the chimichurri and chipotle sauce but once we dumped it out it was good, lots of great flavors. The Asiago bread and butter was good, not great I wouldn't get again. And for veggie we got a Caesar salad that was huge and super fresh. Drinks wise I got the prickly pear margarita, it was ok. A little sour for my tasting or something else I can't just put my finger on. Overall it's a solid choice with good flavors. read more

Easily one of the best dining experiences I have had in Key West. The space is wide open but not noisy at all. Very easy to have a conversation. Service is nothing short of fantastic. Our server was a joy and made great recommendations since it was our first time there. She was always a glance away when we needed her. The drinks were OUTSTANDING. My wife and I had a coconut-based cocktail that was so good, we had two...LOL. The food was perfect. We started with grilled octopus which was perfectly prepared and had great flavor. I had the day's fish special which was hogfish and pink shrimp in a very unique and flavorful sauce. My wife had the homemade enchiladas which she said were some of the best she has had. Went here for a date night with the wifey. We were seated quickly and ordered our food. Food was very good, I had the Pork chop and she had the bone in chicken. The service was however very slow. I asked for a drink refill and got it after our plates were already cleared from the table and didn't need it anymore. For the small amount of tables our waiter had it was just very slow service. I tired to call back 5-6 more times and was hung up on every time and on the 7th time a lady answered. I told her what had happened and she did apologize and said it was a mistake, however I told her that whomever I spoke to was EXTREMELY rude when it was their mistake and when I tried to call back I was hung up on many times. I love everything about this place! 2 of us made same day reservations on a Friday around 6pm and sat at the bar. There were still bar seats available and a few tables. FOOD: Excellent! The complimentary bread is fresh and soft. We split the Prime rib and it was excellent. Flavorful and cooked perfectly. It comes with potatoes and veggies and I ordered a side of the mushrooms, which were well worth the $9. They were buttery with a light herb essence. The bread pudding comes out as 3 pieces, buttery, fresh and I don't think there was one crumb left when we were done. BAR: I got the lavender blueberry cosmo which is well made and one of the prettiest drinks I have ever seen! Just the right amount of alcohol and not too sweet, despite the sugar rim. The seating is comfy, too. SERVICE: Sylvia was the bartender who also took our order. She was knowledgeable of the menu items, had recommendations and was attentive and friendly without hovering. Our water glasses were always full and she also plated our leftovers. We never felt rushed, but dinner arrived less than 10 minutes after we ordered it, so if you want to take your time in between apps and the main course be sure to make that clear to your server. ATMOSPHERE: Finally a restaurant that understands how to control the sound level! The ceiling and walls are designed to absorb sound, so you can have a conversation without shouting, even when the restaurant is full. The hip vibe makes it a fun place to eat and relax. There is lots of glass in the center, along with a waterfall, which adds to the classy feel. They do charge $5 if you want to split a dish, however, that is waived if they deliver it with an additional dish and you do your own splitting. Which is fine with me as I prefer to do that anyway. We were able to park across the street with no issues finding a free spot. It's always fun to try news places in Key West and Milagro did not disappoint. read more

Reminds me more of Miami than key west, but I love it for a change of the usual. The food menu was soo impressive. Although I thought this was a Mexican restaurant, given the name Milagro, but there wasn't many Mexican options on the menu. I ordered the Snapper with cream sauce, with gnocchi... it was so delicious!! Both snapper and the gnocchi were perfectly cooked and the sauces were delicious. We also ordered the enchiladas which seemed like the only Mexican dish on the menu. It looked delicious and the sauce was good, but the meat was pretty bland so we spiced it up with some hot sauce and it tasted better. We also started with the Caesar salad and it was good, like a B+! The drinks were FANTASTIC. I would come sit at the bar and drink up next time! The menu had a lot of amazing options, I should have had several. I drank the dragonfruit margarita which was phenomenal. My husband had the Brown sugar bourbon old fashioned which he also really loved (and he's a picky old fashioned drinker!) so, bravo bartender for the great creations. We came here as we were staying at the neighboring bar- I want to say this place has the best and most underrated happy hour in Key West. Tues-Sun BOGO drinks on the menu- including martinis, margs, beer, and wine. We came here for happy hour twice and loved the drinks- especially the margaritas and martinis. We tried a few happy hour items as well: loved the calamari and short rib mac and cheese. The french dip was ok- a bit too salty for our taste. We started with the Milagro salad, which was light and delicious, and the French onion soup, which rivaled the best steakhouse soup I've ever had. Then had the filet tips with pink shrimp - buttery delicious filet, cooked to absolute perfection, hint of smoke from the grill. Cab Demi glacé and a cream sauce on the shrimp were amazing.
