I was then directed to another room and was told a nurse will be right with me. 45 minutes later a nurse arrived took down some notes, said Dr Danny will be right with me and left. 10 minutes later Dr Danny and the nurse came in. Dr Danny reviewed the Nurses notes, asked a few questions and left the room, basically a 5 minute evaluation. After an hour of waiting and a 5 minute evaluation I was billed $187. Not the kind of service I expected at all. Especially being told last appointments are 2:30. I had to miss a portion of my work day to sit around for an hour and wait.

He was absolutely miserable and I called a few places and the third call was the charm! First place was going to charge almost $500 and the second one wouldn't take us because they were afraid they'd get sick (understandably so). This was his first time getting an IV Drip and Claire was his nurse. She was incredibly warm and welcoming and could see my husband was exhausted. She made the whole experience comfortable and we were out within an hour and a half. It cost $225 to get him two doses of anti nausea and a liter of their Myers cocktail. He didn't feel the relief immediately but it helped significantly and he regrets not getting a second liter. It absolutely helped turn everything in the right direction, either way. After three days of being in bed, this is what got him moving again. Can't recommend this place enough for low energy, upset stomach, mood swings, and so on. The office itself was also clean and inviting with some retail. They are a full MedSpa and offer laser facials as well as laser hair removal, skin tightening, and so on. When I got there, the receptionist gave me a form to fill out and said I would be attended when my appointment time came. She was courteous enough and I obviously had no problem waiting. During the wait time, I noticed a woman walking back and forth and she would stare at me every time she passed. They were rather odd stares, but I figured she was just observing her next client so whatever. When my appointment time came, she came over and I said hello & smiled, but I didn't get much receptiveness from her. Not the best of starts, but here we go... Once in the room, she had me lay down and stared for a good couple of minutes until she said that my face was "too inflamed" to do a microdermabrasion. I had a few bumps on my face (as an acne sufferer) and this could have been avoided had someone picked up my call when I called to ask questions. I had a few scattered bumps, but not a face completely covered in acne either. Online it says the procedure helps with acne, so what would I know? That's why I called! Her tone the entire time was deeply condescending. I've NEVER had someone speak to me that way. Next up, she had other people come in to look at me. One of the girls was very nice, but I unfortunately do not remember her name. She essentially told me to get a pumpkin mask. Considering I had just gone through the worst cservice experience in my life, I declined. When I stepped out, the receptionist said she would schedule another appointment for me, so I sat down while she did this. Meanwhile, the woman with the condescending tone was chatting lowly with another employee while looking over every 5-10 seconds. 1+1=2. There are ways to talk to people, especially if you are part of a small business. I had ABSOLUTELY NO problem with her telling me that for a microdermabrasion my face had to be an exact way. Within the last five months I decided to give this another try. I went again and had difficulty with insurance covering my bill(that's definitely not their fault, though) It wasn't that expensive. However, after I discontinue going for the second time, I still receive monthly bills. Thankfully, it is placed on a card that I do not own anymore, however, I'm still surprised after not being there for three or four months now I'm still getting bills for an appointment that I never even went to or booked. I was OK with doing that, but within this process, it still didn't improve and at this point I feel like this dermatology clinic is NOT qualified to help people with more sensitive skin like me. Within my time here, I've talked to two different doctors and just have not gotten the results that I have wanted or honestly any results at all. Any result I have received has been from my own research and work. I definitely expected a lot more especially since this is something I have struggled with for over five years. I gave them two chances to help me out in both were around six months and I feel like six months is enough time to be seeing results. What sucks is when I started researching and talking to some of my friends who are in cosmetology and aestheticians I got completely different advice from the dermatologist and now my skin is so much better and less time compared to when I was working with a dermatologist. Everyone in the clinic is definitely really nice and sweet and their customer service is great. That is the benefit from this and they also will give you samples if you request it.

TL;DR your appointment is meaningless and you will wait. And wait. And wait…read more.. CeCe Nails 2 is a clean, bright salon and their prices are competitive. The biggest issue, unfortunately, is time management. While they take appointments, the experience feels more like a walk-in system. Even today, I had a 1:00 PM appointment. I wasn't brought back to the pedicure area until 1:30, and my actual pedicure didn't begin until 1:55. Unfortunately, this has been a consistent pattern every time I've visited. Once my pedicure finally started, the technician seemed distracted, constantly looking around the salon, and the entire service felt rushed. Another disappointing experience. She even handed me off halfway through. The worst experience happened when I booked an appointment about a month in advance for myself, my sister, and my niece. We intentionally scheduled morning manicure and pedicure appointments because we already had afternoon plans. When we arrived, we were brought back to the pedicure area and asked to start soaking. After about 15 minutes, someone began my pedicure. Then things really went downhill. Thirty minutes passed, then forty, and my sister and niece were still just sitting there with their feet in cold water. No one acknowledged them or gave any updates. At one point, I asked the person working on me if she could please stop and begin my niece's pedicure instead. She responded, "5 more minutes, almost done," while pointing to other clients who didn't even have polish applied yet. After over an hour, my sister finally decided to skip her services altogether so they could start my niece's pedicure. While my niece was getting her pedicure, someone simultaneously started working on her manicure, which made the entire experience feel rushed and awkward. After more than two hours: *My sister received no services at all *I only received my pedicure My niece ended up with a rushed pedicure and *what I'd loosely call a manicure The most frustrating part wasn't even the delay itself, it was the complete lack of communication or acknowledgment. We were simply left sitting there with no updates. So if you need appointments to actually fit your schedule, or if you're planning a visit with a group of 2-3 people, I sadly can't recommend this location.
