They should have let me know this important information when I scheduled. I went in due to a rash that had made a knot in my finger. I was told my hand was just bigger than the other. Considering it's not my dominant hand I find this hard to believe & was also told that years of wearing a ring that was was too small pushed up the fat in my finger. Strange considering my ring always fit until said rash appeared. Very inept consultation & had the intake person (who was wonderfully nice) attend to my other questions. The answers for everything was to buy their overpriced products. Just another example of the "rich" serving the rich. What ever happened to actual dermatology that didn't include lipo & Botox?! Waste of time!! How about instead of billing me I send you a bill for my time & inconvenience now that I have to go to an actual Dr. who might be interested in treating me instead of trying to sell me products. One of the worst doctor offices of all time!!…read more The receptionists are extremely rude and incompetent. They gossip endlessly about patients, even in front of other patients. They messed up my insurance and I had to pay a few hundred dollars for a procedure that should have been covered. I constantly waited over an hour after my appointment to see the doctor. Dr Mastruserio didn't seem like he knew what he was doing, and it took over 2 years of 'treatment' to find something to help my skin. Mid way through treatment I stopped going to his office because of the unbearable service and got a referral to a new doctor. Avoid at all costs!!
