This was my first time visiting this nail salon as other nail salons consistently hurt and have damaged them. Today, I had Kim and she was lovely. She took her time and made sure not to damage my nails any more than what they already were from previous salons. The gentleman that was giving me and my pet sure kept leaving to go outside and talk to somebody. I asked three times for a wax and then they said will check you out now I said what about my wax? I HATE MY NAILS. I do not recommend LEE/ LEO When I say I want long nails with hot pink orange & stones on them that's exactly what I mean. This is not anything like I asked for. I like basic when I like basic but when I want ratchet that's exactly what I want and what I pay for. I said hot pink and orange and stones where is the orange and stones?!?! Nothing worse than a lazy nail technician! If u don't like your job don't come to work... my feet were 79$ + gel polish so what about this sorry service was worth more than a hundred dollars I'm upset and I let him know before I left and he laughed!!!!! . I used to come here all the time when Tommy was the owner, now that they have new owners the place has gone downhill. I work in the service industry and refuse to be a "Karen" so I said nothing during my experience here. For starters, the place looks messy & disorganized, and dirty. Makes a customer think twice about coming here to get services. I came to get a pedicure and my acrylic nails soaked off. For some reason, the liner that they put in the tub kept getting sucked into the jets so they basically stopped working, I told her and she fixed it once but it kept doing it and she didn't care enough to fix it so that I could enjoy my pedicure. The girl doing my pedicure gave it a half-ass effort, barely cleaned up my toes, and rubbed one of my legs with the sugar scrub for damn near 10 minutes, then did the other one for two. On top of that, she puts my hands in a bowl with hot water and acetone, to soak for the entire duration of my pedicure. That is not relaxing at all, and my hands ended up getting so hot that I had to take them out. Then the girl has the nerve to look at me crazy when I told her my hands were hot...I said what I said. Anybody that even gets their nails done knows that acetone is a conductor of heat so let's not be dense here. People come to get their nails done to relax and I simply couldn't do that. One star is still too much! Worst experience in a long time at a salon. Had an appointment and 30 minutes later they finally started. The guy never spoke to me and was more interested in having a conversation with the nail tech next to him. Didn't cut my nails like I asked and took so long to take off the gel polish my foot fell asleep! I ended up leaving after he took the polish off my other foot because both my daughter and husband were already done with their pedicures! Awful experience and I will NEVER be back!!!! read more

The lady that did my nails was horrible. She did a rushed job and I told her that the shape and color was not to my liking. She didn't offer to fix them until I complained about my toes. She removed the previous polish from my toes and of course rushed. After she polished them I noticed the previous color was left on the cracks of my toes. I asked to speak with a manager it was then she offer to fix them. The shop is beautiful but the lady who serviced me horrible. I'm so unhappy and dissatisfied. read more

Very disappointed with the job they did and how unprofessional they were. I went there to do pedicure and acrylic nails extension. The pedicure was fine, even though the gel nail polish fall out after 3 days, but the acrylic extension was the worst extension I ever saw. To start Lee didn't touch my cuticles and I had some cuticles that needed to be clean. I asked for a square shape, ended up with square round shape. The gel nail polish he applied was so thick it looked like I had 100 layers of nail polish on my nails. Between the nails tip and original nails there was a gap. I had a doctors appointment right after, so I didn't have time to stay and complain about the work they did, so I went back after my doctor's appointment and asked them if they could fix the nails or get me a refund. He said I couldn't have a refund, and to fix it he could put more glue to close the gap between the nail tip and my original nail. I said I wanted my nails to be redone because the problem wasn't just the gap, my nails looked so artificial and I wanted something more natural. They said acrylic nails are supposed to look like fake nails and the problem with the gaps was because my original nails are curve. They said if I wanted a natural look I had to use just regular nail polish over my original nails and if I wanted them to fix the problem if extensions I had to pay extra. I said that I never saw acrylic nails extension done like that and they told me they do acrylic extension like that all the time. My husband asked why they couldn't refund the money, they showed a small notice they have on the left corner of the counter below eye level, that I didn't see when I paid. The sign read ,in short, "we don't refund unsatisfied clients." They told me if i wanted my nails redone I should have complained before paying and leaving the salon. Very unsatisfied with the work they did,  and there insult to my intelligence. I will definitely  never go back there, or recommend anyone. read more

I have been going getting my nails done at Zen Nails for 7 years now and as the owners have changed the service has become awful. They can't keep and product nor help. I understand arhat price change but service and quality should improve with new owners not decline. read more

I hated this location before, as they always cut me, messed up, or something. But my friend insisted they were better and that she goes there regularly for her manicures. I went to get a simple pedicure and was there for ages! The woman who did them wasn't new, because my friend said she'd seen her there tons of time before. But she acted like she had no idea what she was doing. She messed up 3 times and had to start over. There was a woman next to me who started at the exact same time as me, but was out the door with dry toes 15 mins before i even started to dry! The only reason i'm giving it 3 stars is because i'm sure the other technicians are better, so I should judge the whole place based on one woman right? read more

This was a waste of time and money. It is clean but the service performed was subpar at best. I wanted a manicure and not gel. No cuticle treatment or lotion, hands in cold water and then the polish never seemed to dry and it looked like a 3 year old did my manicure. This was my first time here today. I was going to get a regular pedicure but the technician talked me into getting the one that was $28. I have gotten pedicures for the last 30 years and this Has to be one of the worst. The spa itself is very pretty and nice relaxing music. The pedicure was very rushed and I counted four times that the technician had gotten up to answer the phone look for something and then even proceeded to put clear polish on somebody else's nails and said this will help your nails dry faster didn't care that I was sitting there in the middle of my pedicure not relaxing at all. Terrible. I should have known when I walked in and they acted like I was a waste of time to leave. I received the glow pedicure and it was slightly ok. Nothing better than a basic cheap pedicure for a higher price . They exfoliated my legs like crazy but the unprofessionalism was ridiculous. Take a little pride in yourself and don't completely ignore the customer in front of you. I got it yesterday afternoon and it's already chipped and they destroyed my cuticles. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. The worst experience in a nail spa I have ever had!! First off they are trying to fit too many customers in at once. Which in return makes them rush on the client In the chair that's at hand. The manager is a complete jerk. I tried to quietly tell him my concerns, and he told me I was wrong that my feet were smooth. And paint was not chipped. The girl sitting and waiting for her turn was listening and even spoke up and said she saw the skin on my heels and the chip in the paint. That customer left after seeing such.. The manager then said no again and that the lady had spent 40 mins of me... All I'm saying is if you spend 40 mins on one person there should not be anything big enough to complain about. I am so disgusted. If I was wanting a poor job done I would have done it myself and saved $40 dollars. read more

This is my second visit here. I was in search of a new salon and I think I've found it. Benny was and will be my personal technician from now on. He is very friendly, takes him time, and does a wonderful job. This was the best pedicure I've ever had.. If you're in a rush come when you have time to really enjoy the full pampered experience. Ive been twice during the week after work (5pm). This seems to be a great time to come. It's not busy and they got me as soon as I walked in. I just wish they had a bigger gel polish collection but other than that I give them a thumbs up. read more

I like to think getting my nails done is relaxing and pampering myself after a long hard week of adulting. But you won't get that from here. From the beginning as I walked in. It was right around 12 when they open and ALL the employees were late and the lady that opened was complaining that me and another costumer were too early. (I should have left then) so finally I guy showed up and he made me feel like I was a burden to him in there. He was on the phone calling people and texting people. He started helping other costumers who were there after me with their stuff. Yelling at someone who sadly couldn't understand what he was saying. I started paying attention to my nails and complained they were not the same length and he blames the last person who did them.. which it wasn't. After Already being in there for an hour and he wasn't even near done with my nails, he told me I needed to already pay.. so as the kind sweet girl I am I just shook my head and said okay and handed him my card he looked down at it disgustingly like what the he** was he suppose to do with that. Made me go up front and told the lady to "deal" with me... she charged me DOUBLE what he said it was. I was like that's not what it's suppose to be. And so after another 15 minutes and the guy gets off ANOTHER phone call and me complaining. I was able to get a refund...now I need to find another way to relax because clearly zen nails isn't so zen. I wish I could give them 0 stars. read more

My daughter received a gift certificate for a pedicure purchased two weeks ago. The certificate came with a pamphlet which was outdated, so she had to pay extra for what she originally wanted. She chose a pedicure that should have concentrated on her calluses, but all they did was use a pumice stone. They must've cut her at one point because her foot started to sting. She had a difficult time getting the woman's attention to let her know, but the woman was too busy talking on her personal phone. Fortunately, this woman forgot an eyebrow wax was also needed, so my daughter asked the man in charge for someone else. By the way, my daughter was so disgusted with the crappy massage chair, the awful pedicure and the non-existent customer service that she didn't give a tip and left without having them apply polish. read more

Beautiful salon. I asked for the zen pedicure, one step above the basic. I got the most minimal pedicure. Callous treatment was no better than what I can do at home, cuticles were only treated with the grinder tool and then polished over. Which lends to a shotty look in just a few days. The edges of my nails are very sharp and no clear top coat for a lasting treatment was applied. I am not sure that the language barrier was the issue as much as just getting by with doing a weak job of a pedicure. So disappointed. Wasted $30. read more

I USED to love this place but recently experienced the worst customer service of my life here. I was getting the solar gel nails ($40) and I explained to the nail tech (john) how high up the tip needed to be due to my short nail beds, and he kept saying "that looks funny" but it looked even funnier with my natural tip showing above the white tip! I left thinking it wouldn't be that bad and I'd get used to it but ten minutes down the road I called john to schedule to get them fixed and he was incredibly rude. Again insisting that it'd look funny, and that he'd see me the next day but not to "call him the next day saying I don't like it" when I asked him in the beginning to raise the tip... The appointment was extremely uncomfortable and he continued being rude and said "you like a high tip next time I know" but I won't be returning. I dont enjoy going to the salon twice a week, and for a $50 manicure after tip I want it done the way I like it. The work there is pretty good but I'd never return just because of how awful I was treated. read more
