Absolutely Love this Place, the Service is great, they make you feel like family when you walk in the door. I love to go in a grab a slice and a soda, one slice is all you need. It is huge! I always get their Hot wings! I have also had their Philly Cheese steak Sandwiches and it was very Yummy too. They have great salads too! I guess I got a bad pizza order from the sounds of the other reviews. I did not care for the pizza that much. We bought the King Kong size, half combo and half extra cheese and extra pepperoni to treat a bar. The combo side was perfect with toppings. The other side had minimal pepperoni and cheese, one slice every 4 inches. You would think for 50 dollars you would get your moneys worth. Sad disappointment. If you love going there, great. Amazing pizza, thin crust and tons of cheese. Cheesy garlic bread was incredible and low cost and the pizza was also low cost, fast delivery too. Only complaint was the pizza wasn't cut well and some pieces were hard to separate without losing the toppings but for the price and taste it was worth it. For those people who like pizza do not order from this place. They get your order but fail to bring everything that was ordered. WOW! I've been reading all the reviews and I am shocked. I thought there prices were great! I usually go to blondes pizza in SFO and I don't have to make that trip anymore. I love there pepperoni becasuse it's all beef. The onwer was very nice and took me to the backand showed me the freezer and the labels to ensure me that it's not pork (I don't eat pork). My first time here and I have to say the food was pretty good. Customer service was decent, I'll give them that. I've worked as a manager at a restaurant before and let me tell you my number one pet peeve! Not washing hands and not wearing gloves! It's a common sense policy and these people do not know how to exucute them! The cashier girl was friendly but when I watched her reach over a high shelf of stacked pizza boxes and it went tumbling everywhere, she decided to picked them up along with her co worker or manager and PUT THEM RIGHT BACK ON THE SHELF!! So unsanitary and going beyond the rules of food hazard! There was also a mistake that the girl did and they discussed it out in the open in front of the customers! Embarrassing her and all. Ordered a greens and got one with pepperoni on it (I don't eat meat) called in to tell them and they told me to pick off the pepperonis. Um no thank you can you just make my pizza right? Owner and delivery guy were rude and blamed me for their mistake when my receipt clearly says greens ONLY. We used to order at least once a week from this place, they've lost our service now bcz of this. In business the customer is always right even when they're not. I was clearly right however. This pizza place is as good as it can get. The pizza is one of the best I have ever had that doesnt involve traveling to SF or anywhere to far to try. If you live near the Stockton-Tracy area, shoot even Lodi, I recommend a quick trip to this place. Right off of Lathrop Rd in the savemart shopping center, it is very convenient to pick up a pizza if you crave it while traveling on I-5 When it comes to there pizza, theres truly not anything better in the Stockton-Lathrop area in my opinion. The pizzas come in different sizes of course, but there big pizzas like the big boss and kind kong have slices so big, they cant even fit on normal size plates! It might seem a little pricey, for the king kong is around $30 depending on toppings, with the size of the slices and the flavor of the pizza, it truly is worth it. They even sell HUGE pizza slices with a drink for around $5 that can be a lunch of its own! On top of that, they also sell other things such as gyro sanwiches, hotwings, breadsticks of different types, and even terriyaki chicken with rice! I have personally have not tried those other things other than the wings and the breadstick which were AWESOME by the way, but I can only imagine how great they could taste as well. When It comes to service, they try to make the customer happy. I've seen reviews on here about bad service. In my opinion, if you start to have a bad adittude, you will get the same back. They care for your orderand rarely make mistakes! I had a time where they charged us a bit more than it should've been once when I ordered a pizza. When i told the Boss Man "manager" he gave us a small pizza FREE and fixed the price. As long as you are respectful and keep cool, they will give you the best results. They also deliver for FREE to keep customers happy. Overall I give this place 4 stars ONLY because I have had other pizza much better still, but for those of us who live in the areas mentioned above, you will find no other nearby! read more

These guys are great! I am a regular at Milan's, i usually get either a Philly Cheese steak or a slice of pizza, both are amazing. The slice's are $2.99 for 1 topping with a can of soda and the slices are huge and well worth the $3. The Philly cheese steak's are amazing, and for $6 for a philly, fries, and a can of soda, it's a great deal. I usually order mine without the jalapeno because i don't like anything spicy and they come out great, it's oven baked and juicy, and the bread they use totally hits the spot. I've taken a lot of friends and family here to eat and they all love it, i have no idea about the bad reviews, bad luck i guess, but i haven't had any bad experiences here. A couple months ago I had a horrible experience here at milans but my cousin told me that they have gotten a lot better since it has been put under new management. So listening to my cousin I go back and I see if my cousin is right and the customer service is EXCELLENT much better then before. The store is cleaner the food is better and they even brought in bocci bits, which are really good. I recommend if you've had a bad experience here it won't happen again. We have never been disapointed going to Milan's Pizza. We love their huge pizza slice which includes a drink. That way you can try different types of pizza without ordering a large pizza. Their subs are out of this world which includes drink and baked fries. We look forward everytime we go there because we know we will get exactly what we have orded and then some.I ordered a BBQ sub today and without me even knowing it they added fresh garlic and red onions, which they know I loved. Well it was the best BBQ sub I have ever had. When We order the hawaiian supreme pizza I order it with olives substitued for the tomatoes and it have ham, pineapple, red onions, bacan and extra cheese. Absolutely out of this world. Great Pizza! Bad Business Practices! I've always enjoyed the Pizza these guys put out! However... one time I ordered some pizza for pick up, And when I tried to use one of their coupons, I was informed by one of the owners, that I should have told them on the phone that I was going to use a coupon. He said " If I knew that you were going to use a coupon, I wouldn't have added so many toppings". I guess he didn't know how coupons worked! And he grudgingly accepted the coupon. He said next time I need to tell him about the coupon so he could add less ingredients! Like I said... They make Great Pizza! So I kept going back! Sad to say not anymore though! It seems that they don't understand how a clock works! Twice they've dropped the ball on my phone orders!! I asked for my orders to be ready at a specific time both times! Ordered from them last night and they messed up on every aspect of our meal. We called to allow them the opportunity to fix issues and they said that they run out of stuff and substituted with what they had without telling us. For example, I ordered beef and they gave me chicken and I order french fries and they delivered a salad, and neglected to bring us the soda they charged us for. This overpriced pizza place is terrible. This was yesterday and they said that they where going to have their manager call us .... still waiting. With so many pizza places in the area I would highly advise supporting a business that has costumer services and can at least get your order right. One pizza and a wrap 31.00 --- such as waste. I almost forgot that my son took a bite of his pizza and a sharp object jabbed him, he's 3 so he refused to eat anymore of the pizza. This is a small pizza place. The food is good they even have " halal" foods which I believe is great for muslims. I know there has been a few times that my family has ordered here and they got the order wrong. The guys there know my family and my baby siblings and love them! Even give my sibs lil lollipops when we go there. Well yesterday I took my siblings there to order and pick up the pizza. When we got there the older man said hello and recognized my sibs. When asking for the specials he gives me a sheet of paper that has the specials points at the specialty pizzas and walks away. So as Im waiting to place my order, I tried my best to politely get his attention. He finally takes my order and I politely let him know that it will be a to go order and he says," of course it is, I dont want you here.". Um Im sorry you may know my family but this is the first time Ive met you and whether or not you were joking, how would I know that? I dont even know you! Not cool. Also it seemed like they were pretty unorganized. When my pizza was done and the guy cane to give it to me, i had to tell him I hadnt paid yet. Same with the customer before me. So you mean to say we could have walked out with free pizzas??? How do u stay in business, if you forget to ring people up?? Um overall a mediocre experience 2 stars for the bbq chicken pizza.
