The deciding factor was their reasonably priced door with a built-in doggie door for our two 70 lb dogs go outside to fo their thing. Other companies either didn't offer this option or quoted more than double the price. Our sales representative, Larry, was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. Scheduling and installation were quick and efficient. The installation team did a beautiful job. Apologies for the dirty windows/dog door, we've had them up a few months. After 3 months, the doors are holding up great. We will definitely be using Ameristar again when it's time to replace our windows.

Several of the windows in my home face due south. Although they were double pane, they had almost…read morezero insulation remaining after 25 years of massive sun. The temperature in the south facing bedroom on a hot 90 degree plus day would always be nine degrees hotter than the rest of the house. I decided to replace not only the four windows in the south facing bedroom, but six other windows that can be viewed in the same field of vision from the street, to keep the aesthetics consistent. The replacement windows I selected are double pane argon gas filled to help keep the heat out during the summer season. I put out a bid on Yelp and narrowed the field down to two companies, Note I did not select the least expensive bid, but actually selected the most expensive bid. My reasoning was a solid five star Yelp rating, BBB A+++ rating and the knowledge and excellent follow up provided by the salesperson, David White. Other factors in my decision were silver coating on the glass to reduce the intense green hue that most argon gas filled windows exhibit and exterior window casings that are solid without decorative ribs that would collect dirt. I was provided with a detailed explanation of the process and same day estimate. The process from start to finish took five weeks. This would have been as little as two weeks if I did not have an arch top window. Curved windows take longer to build, at least for Ameristar. It took me a while to prepare the two rooms, so I was not in a big hurry. The installation was done yesterday. The crew was on time, polite, and from my view, was extremely careful and exhibited excellent attention to detail. The 10 windows were installed in one day. The crew cleaned up their mess very well and everything went according to plan. I am completely satisfied with the entire process. The windows are very elegant looking, not so green and make the house look better. I trust that the temperature in the south facing bedroom will level out with the rest of the house with the argon gas in the windows. Five stars all the way. Well done.

Caleb, the representative, was clear, concise, and never tried to pressure me into anything. He knew I was on a tight schedule, so he kept the presentation short and to the point while still thoroughly explaining the company and its products. He explained that Hometime offers a lifetime warranty on both the windows and installation for as long as you own the home. He also brought product samples, which helped me better understand what I was purchasing. Hometime came in lower than all of the other quotes I received. The proposal was professionally prepared and included all of the information Caleb had discussed during our meeting, making it easy to review afterward. Whenever I had questions, Caleb responded within a reasonable timeframe during business hours. Scheduling was simple and straightforward. Their scheduling system sent reminders about my appointment and clearly communicated what to expect. The turnaround time from order to installation was approximately six weeks. On installation day, a crew of three arrived. They all introduced themselves and were very respectful. I joked that they would have some "watchers"--my three kids--who had plenty of questions throughout the day. The installers were professional, efficient, and took care to protect our floors and respect our home. They thoroughly cleaned up after the job was completed. We did have one hiccup during the process. One of the windows was manufactured incorrectly. However, Hometime handled the issue well and was able to get me back on the schedule as soon as I was available a couple of weeks later. Jesse and his partner came out for the replacement installation. Just like the original crew, they introduced themselves, were respectful of our home, and worked quickly and efficiently to complete the job. While manufacturing issues can happen, I appreciated how smoothly Hometime addressed the problem and followed through to make it right. The windows look fantastic. From what I can see, they were installed properly and have significantly improved the appearance of our home. Overall, I am very happy with my experience with Hometime Windows and Doors. Their communication, pricing, professionalism, and commitment to customer service made the entire process easy, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for new windows.

Weeks later, I still have a damaged product and absolutely no support from the company, they actually told me they were not going to help me. A reputable business stands behind what they sell -- this one doesn't. They take your money, and when something arrives broken, they leave you to deal with it alone. I am the owner of the property and did not authorize, approve, or consent to any contract or work performed. The individual you interacted with at the property is my elderly father 76 yrs old, who has been diagnosed with Dimenta's disease after a fall and brain damage, he does not have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. I have power of attorney over him and am on the title of the home. He asked you to contact me multiple times and i have it in writing- Prior to installation, I personally contacted your company (Dabella) on Thursday 4/23 afternoon to verify whether any work had been scheduled at the property. I was informed by "Chastity" that there was no record of any appointment "nor had they contacted my father since 2025". Despite my call stating he is not of legal capacity to authorize any construction, your company proceeded with window and door installation the following day, Friday April 24th, 2026again without my authorization. I have voicemail and text message records confirming that: Your representatives were aware that my authorization was required from him over the last 5 months the calls were non harassing and predatory to someone of his capacity. No valid authorization was ever obtained by myself, nor did I pay a down payment of $1,000 which they led him to believe. Consistent calls were made to him in an attempt to confuse and take advantage of him This clearly demonstrates that your company proceeded with work despite knowing it had not been properly authorized. I did not receive any estimate, did not sign a contract, or legally required documentation prior to the work being performed. Additionally their workers told him I paid a deposit which I did not- Please provide copies of all documents you are relying upon, including any signed agreements, permits, and any Preliminary Notice you contend was served. We contacted this company based on reviews and us being in the market to upgrade our sliders(back on August 20th). We did our best to explain what we were looking for and what our time line was, however since it was "close" to them closing they couldnt stay on the phone to do business so Jeff the owner asked us to send him photos and blueprints of our house to get an idea on whether or not our project was feasible. We sent everything over almost immediately after hanging up the phone with them.. Almost a week goes by and we dont hear anything from them, so I decide to call back and ask if they received our photos. Shirley picks up and I had to explain to her again who i was and why I was calling. She tells me that they did receive them but put it in the back burner for some reason. Again, this was close to closing time(3pm. They close at 5)so Jeff quickly gets on the phone and shuts down our project pretty much immediately. Hmm? So I tell him I would like to go another direction with our project if possible. So I give him a quick description and he tells me he will send out the info to some company that's out of state and will get back to me(this was on the 25th of august and it is now September 1st) we still haven't received anything from them. Im not sure if they think we arent serious or they are just way too busy. But a phone call or an email isn't hard to do. The fact that both times they(shirley) kept mentioning they are getting ready to leave, gave me a feeling our business isn't that important to them. Fortunately for us there are other note worthy companies out there with the same if not better reviews. Who has gotten back to us with the same pictures and description of our project that we sent them. We may only be one consumer with a negative review but I'll be sure this company wont be the first one I suggest on the list of companies to use.

California Window Masters was the most competitive. I also decided to do the sale through CWM's manager, Greg. From the start, Greg was kind, honest, and candid. He addressed all my concerns and was able to install all my windows and the new slider before the estimated deadline. His team was professional as well. Victor led installation and had the help of one other person. They finished everything in a day, and were very considerate (e.g., putting plastic down to not stain the carpet, vacuuming up dust, cleaning the windows). If I ever need new windows again, I know I'll go back to California Window Masters. I have great respect for Greg and the way he does business (no hard sell from him!). I ended up selecting a Duralum cover that his company also offers, and I'm glad I did. It's just the look I was going for. I was also impressed with Adam's business model, which is built on quality and efficiency at a very reasonable price without cutting corners or sacrificing customer service. Now for the best part: A guy named Brody, his lead installer. In addition to being a super nice guy, his work is meticulous. The back of my home isn't linear, so there are bump-outs and protrusions, making the installation more difficult and time consuming. This wasn't the slightest challenge for Brody and his team. The finished product is snuggled tightly against my stucco and professionally sealed on the roof to prevent any water dripping through when it rains. I watched him work, measuring and cutting the aluminum to match my home so the fit and finish is far greater than I imagined. As you can tell from the photos, I still have work to do (concrete coating, fence repairs, etc.) to match the beauty of my new cover.

The company stated that the waterproofing work was completed and documented. However, after that response was posted, new leaks continued to appear, including leaks in areas that had never leaked before. Additional damage occurred to my home, including hardwood flooring and interior finishes. The company also stated that it does not reinstall unsafe components. Yet I personally documented damaged and broken pillars being reused, and multiple workers told me they had objected to reusing them. Most importantly, the company has since involved its insurance carrier regarding the conditions and damages at my property. Their insurance consultant inspected my home on March 18, 2026. If the work was completed properly and there were no issues related to the project, I find it difficult to understand why an insurance claim was necessary in the first place. Since then, I have been repeatedly told to wait for the insurance process. Months have passed, no meaningful testing has been performed to determine the source of the continuing leaks, no repair plan has been provided, no leaking doors have been repaired or replaced, and the missing railings and pillars remain uninstalled. The most frustrating part is that my home is still left looking like an unfinished construction site while the company points to an ongoing insurance review as the reason for delay. I do not believe a homeowner should be expected to live with continuing damage and an incomplete project indefinitely while waiting for an insurance determination. I genuinely hoped this matter would be resolved after meetings with the company's ownership and licensing representative. Unfortunately, despite promises that things would move forward, very little has actually happened. I will continue to update this review as events unfold so that potential customers can make an informed decision.

After a thorough inspection, they didn't find any leaks, but they did notice a tile that was out of place and fixed it right away...and didn't charge us anything!! It's rare to find a company that is this honest and professional. They easily could have tried to sell us repairs we didn't need, but instead they took care of the issue and gave us peace of mind. I highly recommend using this company if you have any concerns with your roof. Honest, reliable, and great customer service.

Dave and his entire team were very easy to work with, which was a relief, as renovations are stressful, especially with young children. I buy toys throughout the year so I have a bundle to donate when collection time comes around. So my visit here was not wasted. My purchases were under $20, which kept me within budget. I emailed Mariana yesterday before I wrote a Yelp review and was going to give them a chance to make this right first but, believe everyone needs to be aware of this Milgard scam! Also, they won't call me back so maybe this review will give them a nudge in the right direction... Keep in mind this is still ongoing and I replaced every window in my home (around 25 + 2 sliding glass doors + 1 standard door). Here is part of my email so you can see everything they have done wrong: I'm sure if you look up my project file in your system you can see all the mistakes Milgard has made. It is honestly mind blowing and way too much to type out so I will try to keep it as brief as possible. 1. The windows were delayed from the factory for about a month and a half, delaying our entire home remodel. We are paying rent and a mortgage. 2. When the windows finally came, FIVE of them were the wrong windows... and they continued to install them until I showed up to the site and told them to stop. -The other windows installed (that were correct) had scratches and/or chips in them, which were colored in with a SHARPIE..I know hard to believe but, I have pictures of all of this. Even the techs from Milgard came out and agreed. -We had one standard door installed that leads out to the patio and it would not even shut. -We had two glass sliders installed that wouldn't lock 3. We waited for about another month. Honestly I'm not sure exactly how long it was since so many things have gone wrong but, everything seems to take a month or more with Milgard. 4. They installed the new windows BUT they were still missing 75% of the grids on all of them!! WE HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER MONTH. 5. They installed the windows with the new grids... and all of the windows were BOWED. Two Milgard techs came out and confirmed they were bowed and installed incorrectly. Before this, a lady named Dean and Dianna... not sure, but she is with Milgard Temecula. She said they will take care of everything fix the scratches etc... (They actually still forgot all the grids for one of the windows) 6. Waited probably another month and they replaced the windows correctly.. almost. They are still a little bowed but, at this time I just have to accept it. This is where we stand today... almost a year later. (That one window with the wrong grids was finally replaced three weeks later) 7. I have contacted Milgard Temecula 3 times in the last two weeks to come touch up my windows and they keep saying they will call me back and guess what! THEY DON'T! After all of this Milgard offered me a $1,600 discount. I don't want to get into the price of all the windows but trust me when I tell you that is close to nothing after everything I have dealt with and how much we paid for this... the price of a brand new luxury car. When you buy a new car do you expect it to come perfect or with dents, scratches and duct tape holding it together... well that's basically how I feel about my Milgard windows. P.S. Through all of this, they cancelled multiple appointments.. delayed almost every time they were supposed to meet me at the house. Had the Milgard rep come out who was completely unapologetic, rude and arrogant. One of those five windows that had to be replaced took FOUR times. Even my installer sent an email to Milgard that someone needs to be fired for the incompetence they have shown through my whole process. If you are reading this and think you might use them and these might just be a group of people who complain about everything. I assure you this review just scratches the surface of what they have done. I completely gutted a home, have redone everything and dealt with a number of different subcontractors, to name a few: Wood Flooring, Painting, Tiling, Wood Siding, Plumbers, Electricians, Stucco, Carpet Installation, Landscaping, Wood Fencing. Yes, Milgard honored the Lifetime Warranty (to original purchaser: me) on my sliding door (which is almost 9 years old) and fixed my broken door. Without hassle. Anthony the technician was punctual, friendly/courteous/polite, and diligent (and he arrived in a professional/official Milgard-labeled vehicle). The malfunction of my door was unusual/extraordinary and challenging, so Anthony gets extra kudos for his determination without complaint. I am very pleased that my door is again in working order -- and that Anthony did not "cut any corners" and left me with a fresh/renewed door (eg, he adjusted the wheels and lubricated the tracks). He also explained details to me (what? why? how?) when I asked. Anthony is a conscientious and patient gem (give him a rai$e!). And except for initial "hiccups" when I first contacted Milgard corporate, Milgard customer service for warranty fulfillment was honorable and diligent, and I cannot complain. Thank you, Anna! The only caveat is that it's my understanding that Milgard no longer offers the Lifetime Warranty that I was able to take advantage of (no charge). Given that Anthony told me that the mechanism that failed/broke on my door (its handle/lock) is not an uncommon failure (*not* due to user error/negligence, but apparently to normal wear and tear and maybe a bit of bad luck), I do wonder about more recent purchasers' circumstances. I do wonder what it would cost the owner who is not covered by a warranty to repair (yikes?). Though I do like & enjoy the SmartTouch handle, if it is prone to eventual failure, I am concerned for other owners. BTW, the reason my malfunction was extra difficult to repair is that apparently (per Anthony) the "gear" in the handle broke apart with the door in LOCKED position; he told me it usually happens in unlocked position (which is much less catastrophic and MUCH easier to fix). Anyway, I am quite satisfied with the service I received. I love my Milgard sliding door (with miniblind in between the glass!) and am more confident than ever that it is indeed burglar proof (short of breaking the glass or frame). read more

I've owned and reviewed dozens of major home products over thirty years, and had high expectations when I with two Milgard branded sliding windows for a 15-year-old home. The installation went smoothly, the frames looked clean, and for the first few years, the performance matched Milgard's reputation for quality and energy efficiency. Unfortunately, that reputation has not held up over time. Within five years of installation, both bottom sliding panes developed cloudy, fogged glass--clearly the result of failed seals. This wasn't a matter of user error, poor maintenance, or abnormal conditions; the rest of the home's original windows, from a different manufacturer, remain clear and intact after 15 years. The premature failure of both Milgard units raises concerns about durability and quality control in their seal manufacturing process. Equally frustrating is the warranty and service experience. Aside from the Ai Chatbot going in circles wasting time processing the claim, Milgard markets windows with long-term performance claims, yet real-world homeowners like me face the costly and inconvenient reality of replacing fogged panels far too soon. Given that these failures occurred on two of two purchased units, this appears less coincidental and more systemic. To Milgard executives: homeowners value your brand because of its long legacy of craftsmanship and reliability. But if seal integrity and customer support don't match your branding, that trust will erode faster than your seals. Please take this as constructive feedback from someone who wants to see Milgard lead in both product quality and after-sale accountability. Until then, potential buyers should weigh long-term performance carefully before investing. Design and efficiency matter, but reliability over time is what earns loyalty. If Milgard doesn't stand behind going 0 for 2 on windows with broken seals in San Diego I can't believe they would last in real weather. read more

How disappointed. Lesson to be learned; Check your order and reject wrong order until they deliver the right product, DO NOT ACCEPT wrong order if you have choice, because it will take them more than a month (or forever) to correct it. After hearing all the recommendations from friends and reading reviews. I have decided and purchased not 1 but 3 Milgard sliding doors from Pacific Shore (a distributor in Fountain Valley). These doors were purchased with perimeter grids as an option. However, on the day they delivered, one came without the grids and the distributor told me it was messed up from manufacture and they knew all about it, then he suggested to go ahead and accept the door and someone from the manufacture will call me the following week to arrange for replacement since it is Friday already. I thought it would be something easy like swapping out the wrong panel and replace with the correct one and be done, no brainer, right? Boy! I was dead wrong. The following Monday, Milgard rep. called me and told me that he will schedule my replacement in about more than a month because their schedule all booked up. I explained to him that this is a screwed up made by your company and this is a brand new purchase, not as I owned the door for so long and something wrong with it. He then said he will put me on stand by if someone dropped out of schedule and that is the best he can do. Really? Imagine you test drive a brand new silver car and you got a pink one the day it delivered then being told to wait for a month to get your replacement. Now that I have to waste my valuable time for them to come and swap it out. Learn from me, reject your wrong order and tell the distributor to take it back until the right one can be delivered. read more

I built a brand new home 3 years ago and had ordered new doors and windows from Milgard. My problems started as soon as the products started being delivered with wrong sizes, wrong styles, wrong type , defective etc. .... our construction was repeatedly delayed for months and months to wait for the right door and window to be built again. Right after installation the other problems started showing up : the window and door material was deforming , they shrink and expand, crack the stucco, and around the edges gaps started to appear in the walls, water started getting in the walls .... they agreed it was poor material and had to be changed ... it is now 3 years ... and our house has been like a never ending construction site ! we have hardly been able to use our patio and back yard . The doors that they finally replaced last month can not be opened and closed properly! they are cracking and breaking off ... the rest of our windows are also have moved and damaged the walls .... I honestly am the most patient guy in the world , and I kept thinking that they will correct this, but finally I am tired of it. Thanksgiving and Christmas are just two month away and my family is going to be visiting us ... but we are still in limbo . Please before you buy any Milgard product , email me ( tom_manzari@yahoo.com) , and I'd be more than happy to talk to you and even show you what you are going to be getting. Not only are these the worst windows that I have ever had in a home, they are also the worst windows I have ever seen in a home... including some mobile homes! Not for looks, they look decent enough but for quality and durability. They are roughly 12 years old and totally falling apart... the glue is basically disintegrated so the vinyl components are coming apart. Of course this all SHOULD BE no problem since these windows supposedly have a "lifetime warranty"... NOPE!!! Apparently the builder got sued for using junk windows (and other things) and Milgard had to pay out a bunch of money for inferior product as part of the settlement. Since they paid out they CANCELED THE WARRANTY!!! I didn't get any money from them so where does that leave me? Stuck with their inferior product that's where. What a complete joke... EVERY tract home builder gets sued before the 10 year warranty is up, it is par for the course in CA which is why every development is it's own LLC. So Migard uses that well known lawsuit issue to create a loophole in their warranty to avoid honoring claims on their crappy product. ZERO STARS for Milgard. I will never own another Milgard window after seeing how poorly they are constructed... And I am now rather familiar with the construction of these windows since I am in the midst of repairing them (essentially rebuilding them) myself! COMPLETE AND UTTER JUNK... use at your own risk or better still buy a different brand or tell the builder to use a different brand... you will be glad you did. read more

I replaced all my old one-pane windows with Milgard two-pane windows 3 years ago. Quality of the Milgard product and installation job was very good and I was satisfied with the selection. Recently I discovered crack in external glass of one of the windows. Fortunately, the windows were bought with glass warranty. I contacted Milgard online, filled form, attached pictures of the broken window and submitted request. I selected E-mail for communication with Milgard. Confirmation about the assigned case was received the same day later. Two weeks after I got notification when Milgard repair team will come to my place to do the repair. Two days before the scheduled day I got message from Milgard about specific time interval when the repair will be done. The team came in time without delay. They were very friendly all time, concentrated on job, without any attempts to investigate why the window glass had cracked. This is still mystery for me, but warranty was executed by Milgard to my complete satisfaction. Job was done fast in less than hour for window located on second floor of house. read more

We remodeled our home and had Milgard windows installed throughout. Then windows performed fine through the years. While preparing to sell our home in 2014 I noticed fogging in some windows and poor operation of two awning windows which we never opened. I contacted Milgard and a representative came out and took note of all the issues. He stated I would need to pay for the mechanical issues with the awning windows since that was a maintenance issue, but all the cloudy windows were covered and he would contact me as soon as they were made and ready to install. By the time Milgard contacted me 4 months later to replace the windows, the house had been sold. I forwarded the information to the new owners through my realtor and apparently the work was completed because I have been receiving requests to review my service experience regularly since the work was completed. Since I no longer own or occupy the house I cannot speak to the work that was done, but I do appreciate that Milgard backed up their warranty even though the house was sold. read more

Milgard windows were installed in my home in 2011. For some reason they became foggy making it look like they were dirty. I contacted the company and scheduled an appointment for replacements since they come with a lifetime warranty. Previously in 2018 one of the panes were replaced due to the same issue. At that time Ramon came to my home for the job. At that time he was friendly, efficient and very neat. When I needed to have the others replaced, I asked for Ramon again. He called 30 minutes before his scheduled arrival time. I had all the rooms prepared by taking everything out of the way for him to do his work. Again he did an excellent job working ever so quietly and quickly. I specifically asked for him since I knew he would do a great job. I can't say enough about the Milgard company and Ramon. We had our house built in 1997 with Milgard windows. Recently, I noticed 3 of the windows had mold between the glass. I called Veronica in the warranty department. She was very nice and helpful, and she told me since I was the original owner, the window were still under warranty. When the crew came and replaced the three windows, they found 6 others that I had not seen that they felt also needed replacing. While in retrospect I could see something if I looked very carefully, I would not have expected them to be replaced. When they returned at a later date to replace the other windows, they sent 6 guys to do the work (we have a couple of very large windows). They were in and out of the house in 90 minutes. The new windows look great, and they even cleaned an adjacent window when they were cleaning the new ones. I cannot say enough about how great the service was from start to finish. read more

We had the entire house replaced with Milgard windows, including the patio sliding dooor some time back, around 1999. Since then, two of the windows had detiriorated, oozing the beading out, as well as the caulking, with one window warping. I called customer service in Temecula, and they still had a full file on all the windows that they custom produced for our house, as a lot of the windows were non-standard size. The person gave me a date and time that someone would be out to see us. I imagined that it would be an inspector of some sort, but Danny and Kyle arrived with two ready-to-go windows, took out the defective ones and installed the new ones in record time! Just finished installing our Milgard windows and doors and I have to say that so far I am extremely impressed! Eddie and Manny were amazing! We have 4 kids and several animals that acted as obstacles, and they dealt with each of them in a kind and understanding way. They were clean, quick, and very skilled at their job. I was blown away with their understanding of the product and how to problem solve when small issues came about. They were all about customer service and super sweet to my kids. They made sure to answer all questions and check in that we were satisfied. If you need windows/doors to be installed I would recommend Milgard for their professionalism and organization. If you want an amazing worker ask for Eddie or Manny especially if you have kids or pets! read more

My home has over 85 Milgard windows and this is my 3rd home in the past 20 years that have had Milgard windows . Some of the windows fogged up and I called Milgard for warranty service. The first person I spoke with (Richard) was extremely rude and told me I had no warranty. After we got the eligibility of the warranty worked out it took Milgard over one year. Yes, one year to come through on their warranty . One trip out they came with the wrong size glass after that my appointment was rescheduled by Milgard 4 times . That is correct 4 times several months apart, The service department is need of re-organization big time. I purchased Milgard windows (and two large sliding patio doors) for my house, back in 2004, from the Temecula, Ca. facility. A couple of years ago, my husband and I noticed what appeared to be hand prints on the glass which would not come off. When multiple attempts to clean them were fruitless, we realized that they were Between the dual panes of glass. My windows came with a lifetime guarantee so I called to enquire what could be done, and the staff, with the identification numbers from inside the windows, pulled up my ten year old records and immediately set up an appointment to Replace The affected Windows. The replacements were installed, beautifully, yesterday, and I couldn't be more pleased! read more

We are the original owners of our 238-year old home, and some of the original Milgard double paned windows failed. Some windows were out of warranty because we had put sun shielding film on the interiors. Millard honored their warranty on the windows that we hadn't altered and offered us replacement windows at cost for those that we had altered (and which were therefore out of warranty). The company replaced the windows in a timely and satisfactory manner. The company stands behind its products and commitments. Order # 3167040 About a month ago I had a large kitchen window replaced when the seal failed after 15 years. John George in Customer Service could not have been a more perfect and courteous representative. He handled the request promptly and very professionally. The young man that serviced (forgot his name) us gave us hope for a future in America. He was friendly, efficient and a gentleman through and through. Just had Milgard come out and replace one of our windows under the original warranty. The gentleman was friendly, on time, quick and tidy. No complaints here. When we bought our house over 20 years ago we had all aluminum paned windows changed out to Milgard dual pane vinyl. At the 15 year mark, we had to have most of them replaced - still covered under warranty. The seam of one of those we replaced failed again so had them come back. That was the window the gentleman was out to replace today. Love their warranty! We did have to wait several weeks to get on their schedule. But it wasn't an urgent repair. read more

The worst service I have had in a long time. I ordered windows and doors from a reseller that told me Milgard will take care of any issues that happen during installation. I have worked with the sales person and management to resolve my issues that Milgard agreed were their responsibility to correct. It has been empty promises and weeks to try and get Milgard to correct the issues and I am still waiting. Warning to all... Milgard is not the only window solutions and I would not recommend them to anyone that is expecting good service, just horrible! read more

Bad products. Lifetime warranty means nothing and only applies to the person who purchased the windows. I moved into a new house and half of the windows do not go up and down smoothly, I can barely get several open and one won't close since I finally got it open. My neighbor told me we had a lifetime warranty and when I called they said I didn't qualify since I am not the original owner. Who's lifetime? The previous owners aren't dead but the windows are!! Milgard emailed me asking me to Yelp them. Be careful what you ask for. read more
