Charlin greeted us with the friendliest smile and had us called in almost immediately (All paperwork was sent over prior, which made the paperless check-in very smoothly). Perla gave us a tour of the office and proceeded with the cleaning. Though my daughter gave her a hard time, she was very patient and understanding. Dr. Quinn followed with the checkup. He was very informative and thorough. They were beyond attentive with my daughter. What I thought would be a nightmare turned out to be great! We had our first visit with our baby today and it exceeded our expectations. Walking into their office, it is a perfect space for young children. Lovely toys and books were everywhere to keep them occupied before the appointment and the decor was so calming and inviting. They have nursing rooms for whatever is needed for your young ones like breastfeeding or changing your baby. I thought that was a huge positive that really thinks through the parent experience. All the staff was so kind and helpful throughout the process. As a new mom, I really had a lot of questions when it comes to my babies teeth. We live Milk Tooth. Dr. Quinn's personality is perfect for making little kids feel comfortable going to the dentist. I also really appreciate the discussions about the care our kids are receiving and giving multiple options so we can choose what we feel most comfortable with. We also appreciate the in house insurance plan so we are able to make monthly payments instead of one large payment when there is a specific treatment needed. I really loved this pediatric dental office, the staff, and Dr. Quinn! My 2.5 year old has been to 2 other dental offices in the area. It all started with Seeing the Hygienist Elle. My daughter was very nervous but Elle was extremely patient, took her time and made her feel at ease.
