I want to give this place 5 stars because their location and the shop itself is amazing. I love their concept with the entire shop is very IG worthy and they have board games for everyone to play while they drink which I love. The drink's itself are very IG worth but the taste itself was lacking. We ordered: 1. Blush Matcha: I loved the matcha part of the drink and the drink overall wasn't bad but the strawberry part is very artificial tasting. Even when mixing everything together, it still had an artificial strawberry taste. 2. Jasmine Milk tea 25% sugar: really bad. Tasted just like pure water. No jasmine tea flavor at all. My GF was really disappointed with her drink. The boba also wasn't great and not fresh tasting. *Although when drinking a sip of the Blush matcha and then the jasmine milk tea, it did taste pretty good mostly because the matcha drink was too sweet and the jasmine had no flavor at all. Overall, there aren't a lot of options in Pismo Beach so I guess I can't complain. I was just a bit disappointed about the Jasmine Milk tea and the Blush Matcha was a bit on the sweet side. Are you kidding me?! BOBA & K-POP?! If you're a fan of both then this place is it. Drinks I have tried so far are strawberry ooyoo, banana milk creme brulee and "What's Up Peaches". The strawberry ooyoo might be an acquired taste because it is topped with this salty cream cheese foam (it creates this contrast from the sour and sweetness of the strawberries) and it's delicious. The other two are pretty self-explanatory from the photos. The What's Up Peaches is so refreshing! Highly recommend. They have other food items such as a bubble waffle stick and macarons. They do K-pop events from time to time and raffles if you want to test your luck. Ambience: cute and spacey spot with instragrammable back drops. The music in the background is not that loud either so if you're not a fan of K-pop it should not bother you. They also have games for group of friends that just wanna cool off and hang out. Downside: the PARKING but it is Pismo so everywhere in that area has terrible parking. I suggest checking the times when you go and see if it's a busy time for the area. Otherwise, come check them out. Staff has been very helpful with first timers and offering them recommendations. They are super nice and always smiling (which is a biggie for me)! Found this place as I was walking around Pismo beach. It's a few blocks from the boardwalk. Great boba and milk teas. I especially loved the Vietnamese coffee! Tao milk was nice, Thai milk tea was sweet for me but still good. Fast and friendly service. There was some parking spots nearby by but I can imagine parking to be a pain as it's close to the beach. My tour guide Kingsly really likes boba so when I saw this place on the map, I had to say something. Seeing that it had good reviews, we decided to give it a try. The menu was pretty limited. Being lactose intolerant and a Pokemon Master (self-proclaimed), I decided to get the Squirtle. For a slushie, it's pretty watery. I expected it more icee like. It really tasted close to a blue icee. The honey boba seemed a bit extra in this drink and didn't really go well together. Kingsly got the Black MilkT and did not like it at all. Definitely needs some work. read more

My young son and I just made our first visit here a few minutes ago. Fortunately for us, the drinks were delicious and the two young ladies behind the counter were SO helpful and knowledgeable and gave us the best recommendations. Unfortunately, the couple being served when we walked in, were having an issue with the taste of a macaron, of all things, they ordered and my son and I were witness to them treating and speaking to the two employees so disrespectfully and unkindly and completely arrogantly. They even used the, "We know the owner", and "I'm in law enforcement" cards, and forced the young lady to call the owner. Over a cookie. The couple's demeanor completely changed on the phone with the owner. And after several minutes, and the owner and both employees going above and beyond for them, the couple left with smirks on their faces and without a word. They disgusted me on a human level, and it took everything i had not to step in. My young son even asked me, why are they being so mean to the nice ladies and why do the man and lady have to bully them? As soon as that couple left, I complimented and encouraged the employees and thanked them for being good humans. As a business owner, i would be thrilled to have these two young ladies working for me. They stayed kind and classy and were impressive with how well they kept their cool amid this abusive behavior. We will definitely be supporting this business as much as possible and recommending others do the same based on their amazing customer service and their delicious, fresh, beautiful drinks we were served today. This place is disappointing sorry to say. Seems like each visit is a bit worse than the next. Overall, the quality of teas including taste, texture or creaminess just ain't up to par. Some are bland and tasteless while others are too sweet or too strong, bitter in taste like the matcha drink. The last visit, the cashier was also trying to prep teas because they're short staffed but she wasn't skilled enough nor properly trained to do it. Although the energy of the store was great and the games provided were entertaining, the drink was a watered down mess and the pearls were mushy and old-tasting. Two out of three of our drinks were either extremely sweet or watered down, or both. They agreed to remake the drinks differently, but sadly my new drink was very watery/tasteless and the other drink was the exact same drink like the first.
