I first received flowers from Mille Fleurs for my birthday, and it was one of the most beautiful arrangements I'd ever received! It had some unusual flowers, some of which I'd never seen (something that looked like Canterbury Bells, except they were white tinged with bluish-purple), and since then, I've had three more arrangements prepared by this florist--all of which were just delightful and surprising in their variety. Today, I sent a birthday arrangement to my dear friend who just called me to say how "gorgeous" the arrangement was, and she was just breathless as she described all the different flowers in the arrangement! She had much the same reaction as I did--flowers she had never seen before, but they were all her new favorites (she also loved the vase). Absolutely premium flowers. I've been into the shop and met the people who were some of the kindest, sweetest people you'd ever want to do business with. Oh! And I'd forgotten to order my friend's flowers and called mid-afternoon just hoping and praying they'd be able to deliver same day--the flowers arrived within 2 hours of placing my order. They are the florist to use! I found out that florist I used for years had relocated out of the area and I was so disappointed because I needed a quality florist with a beautiful design aesthetic. They did NOT disappoint. My nephew needed an urn arrangement for my sisters memorial service and could not make a decision on flowers until 4 days before the service. I emailed a picture over to them and then met with them that afternoon to discuss. They let me know up front that we were already short on time but would do everything in their power to make it happen (even if that included hand opening the gladiolas we wanted). We had a conference call the next morning so my nephew could describe the additions he wanted to the picture he sent and not only did they deliver, but it exceeded my expectations. It was such a beautiful arrangement that I started bawling when we saw it at the funeral home. Now, I am no longer disappointed at losing my past florist as I have one that not only does beautiful arrangements of high quality flowers, but also one I trust. Targeting hydrangeas and star lilies, I put myself in their creative (I hoped hands) I WON!! Delivered EXACTLY ON TIME by a lovely man (Nick) I had my two ordered arrangements. SUPER FRESH. I live in Missouri and ordered an English garden basket for my Dallas aunt's 84th birthday on Feb. 1, 2011. I gave them her phone number along with my own in case problems arose. The weather that day was cold, in the 20's in Dallas, with ice in the forecast. My aunt waited at home all day for her delivery. Early in the evening she looked outside and found the basket had been left on her porch without so much as a phone call or a doorbell ring. The plants and flowers were all frozen and dead. Why do business with these people who care so little about their customers? Both my aunt and I have been calling them to try to get some resolution since Tuesday. We each have only gotten an answering machine. We left messages but still no return phone call. This company is disgusting. NEVER would I give them one dime of business. Blown Away! Beyond our (high) expectations. The floral display became a significant part of our mother's eulogy at her service because they were so well designed and described who she was. I came into town from out-of-state and was recommended to Mille Fleurs. We gave them a description of our mom, a list of her favorite flowers, a fair budget and asked for 4 different arrangements. The unique designs, unconventional flowers and elegant displays are by far the best I have ever seen at a service. One arrangement had calla lilies within an empty vase with a huge bouquet on top that displayed of some of our mother's favorite flowers. The other displays were equally spectacular describing the boldness and elegance with-which my mother lived. It would be impossible for us to be happier. I very rarely write reviews, but this was one of the best experiences I've had with any business. I wanted to get flowers for my girlfriend before her first day at a new job, but I needed them delivered early morning the day after Labor Day. Also I called extremely late on Sunday because I don't plan anything properly. So Nitin, the owner of the shop, went to the shop ON Labor Day even though they were closed, put together a bouquet himself, and then since nobody could deliver flowers that early, he delivered it himself the next morning. Excellent customer service, great florist! I live in TN and wanted to send flowers to my mother in TX for her birthday. However, I didn't know that she was out of town! The flowers were delivered and she wasn't there to receive them. I called the Mille Fleurs and spoke with Nick (I think) and they were so wonderful and understanding!
