This ride usually has an average wait time of 25-30mins but there are a couple places to rest your bum in the line. This is another interactive ride. There are 6 people on the ride with you and you need to decide which two will be pilots, shooters, and engineers. I personally like to be an engineer. When you're a pilot, remember up is down and down is up because you're flying. FYI, if the people flying can't fly, this can be a very bumpy ride. When entering the ride, off to the right hand side there's a replica millennium falcon and Han Solo is there for photo ops.

Wow it's been so long since we did this ride and finally went again today 5/10/2026 Mother's Day. This time our flight cabin was only 4 people and it still worked! Mom was pilot. Kiddo was gunner. Dad and youngest kiddo were the engineers. We made it safely back with loot in tow, came back with positive credits too. Wow, couldn't believe that happened with only 4 passengers instead of all 6 available seats. Fun times. Youngest kiddo made the height requirement and cried during the 15-20 min wait time in line. Terrified but we all survived at the end. Can't wait to come back again after they install a new trip to the Audio / visuals, and we will fly again!

I enjoy the ride , but the problem is the constant shaking , so much I don't feel well afterwards. Granted , it's also connected to your two pilots. One pilot handles left/right , other is top/bottom. If they don't navigate well , you hit buildings constantly. It's fun, minus the issue. Motion sickness

Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run opened on May 31, 2019 in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. It's a motion simulator ride that involves six guests in a cockpit (2 pilots, 2 gunners, 2 engineers). Each role has their own responsibilities that actually affect the mission outcome and has individual scores. However, it's mainly just about pressing the buttons that light up as quickly as possible. You also will likely be paired with other parties if your group isn't big enough. I originally went on this ride at Disney World and I had way more fun there. I had a different role this time but I did not have as much fun.

Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run is 1 of 2 rides in the new Star Wars Land - Batuu! My family and I enjoy this ride because it's interactive - it requires 6 people to be Pilots, Gunners and Enginners. It is an interactive flight stimulation ride where how well you play effects the outcome. I personally think the best spot is being a Pilot as you get to either control the ship left/right or up/down. Gunners just push buttons over and over again while protecting the ship and shooting the enemies and Engineers are obviously responsible for fixing the ship from damages. During our last trip, there were only 4 of us and we did not have Engineers which did not effect anything. Overall, it's a cool ride, but from what I can tell, nothing changes or rotates so riding it once during your visit is usually enough!

Millennium Falcon Smugglers Run at Disneyland is one of those rides that really shines when you have the right group in your cockpit. The interactive element makes it feel more like a team mission than a typical theme park ride, which keeps things entertaining even if your piloting skills are questionable. I recently tried the new dual rider line and it was a fantastic way to shave off a big chunk of the wait and get straight to the action without having to fly completely solo. The ride itself is innovative and fast paced, and it's hard not to smile when the Falcon jumps to hyperspace. It's a really fun experience that rewards a little teamwork and a willingness to laugh when things go hilariously wrong.

So we finally tried the Millenium Falcon:Smugglers Run. When waiting in line are given a color and you end up in a Lobby hangout until you color is called out. Until then you can walk around and Press buttons lol. As for the ride Its pretty interactive! As in you need to know what you're doing. We assumed the pilot roles and didnt know what we we're doing lol. Everyone ha stheir own role. The ride itself is determined on how good each person is in their role. Luckily our other team mates were understanding and helped us out lol. Its basically like a group videogame. If you're not invested than its ok. I was entertained but its not my thing. Im a star wars fan but I dont feel like waiting in such a long line to learn how to play lol.

Inside Star Wars land with the millennium falcon displayed right in front. It's an experience that can't be missed. Though not great for those with motion sickness or sensitivities. May take a minute to recompose after riding or have a bit of a headache. This ride is fun for those who know what they're doing. Not so fun for those who know what they're doing and have to ride with first timers in the drivers seat. My apologies experienced ones! Lol but it's still fun to ride. Staff were great, helpful and informative. Lines aren't as long during Star Wars nights.

As a Star Wars fan, this ride is solid. It is pretty fun getting to feel like you're in the cockpit of the Millennium Falcon and I do appreciate the animatronics before the ride to help with narrative or story. Really cool set and ride design that really fits into the them of Galaxy's Edge. It's interactive in that you have a small crew you ride with and everybody has a different function - pilots, gunners, and engineers. So the experience may vary based on who is with you and especially depends on who is in the pilot seat it seems. A good time overall though. I usually try to hit this ride up when I have a lightning pass and I'm in the Galaxy's Edge area. Or if it's a little on the later side, the lines for this ride seem to be usually very short. So if you want to experience it and it's around 8pm, I've been able to get on within 15-20 mins. A solid, fun ride especially if you're a Star Wars fan. No hate, but I also have to admit, that I actually prefer the Star Tours ride in Tomorrowland.

Wow this ride is so cool but not recommended if you have a problem with your back and knees . Fits 6 people and they try their best to keep your party together . Lines can be slow or fast depending on how pack the park is . The have handicap options d as well .

Another nice ride in Disneyland park. I much prefer the park over the DCA. The grounds are pristinely clean and the attractions are all hits.

I was the engineer, so had little time to see where we were going, although I was flying out of my seat several times and felt this was the most physical flight simulator I have ever experienced. I would not recommend this for little children or the elderly because you really get a workout on this bumpy rollercoaster of a ride!

Took a trip with friends to Disneyland in August 2025. I was at Disney last year but didn't do this ride so had to give it a go. It was our last ride of the day. The line was about 35 minutes long the shortest it had been all day so clearly we had to. Once inside with all of the intricate twists and turns I realized why the length of time. Thankfully it moved pretty quickly and while it did I took pictures of all of the detail that they made sure to get. The realism was uncanny. We got to the divide we were asked how many in our party and pointed in directions to stand. Characters came around and never broke character and gave us our assignments. Doors opened and we climbed into the "vessel". Our group of four was joined by a mother and her young son. Our ship took off and the games began. Two of my friends were responsible for piloting and navigating and myself, another friend, and the young son were gunners. Oh my gosh! My friend piloting kept crashing which made the whole "vessel" shake and buck. It was hilarious and put all of us including the mom and son into complete fits of laughter. We barely made it from the docking station because we couldn't stop cackling and sliding around and shaking with the ride the whole time. It was absolutely great and a perfect way to end the day! Highly recommend doing this ride with people who can have a good time and don't take things like this too seriously and you will also have a blast and a half!

I did not know what I was getting myself into! For those who don't know, Knott's Ghost Town comes to life during the Summer and transforms into an almost 8-hour immersive experience. Characters come to life and act out a story which changes each day depending on the audience. As I entered, a townsperson introduced themselves and let me know that I can become a "town citizen" at Town Hall - and thus began my journey of the day! After being inducted, I traveled to the schoolhouse and was tasked to bring a letter to the "Calico Gazette". And then ran into some outlaws who invited me to join their team of bandits on a quest involving cattle wrangling and stealing blueprints. The day continued on meeting numerous different townsfolk and learning their stories, with them encouraging me to interact and go on adventures. -1 star because I stepped away to go on a ride which was over an hour wait. There were several other rides which had 2+ hour waits. I highly suggest setting aside a day devoted to Ghost Town for any and all ages and abilities!

My sons also surprised me by renting me a scooter so I could keep up with the youngsters because my knee slows me down. Honestly, that made my day! It allowed me to enjoy the parks with my family without falling too far behind, and I truly appreciated that thoughtful gesture. It was my first scooter experience at a theme park and now I am spoiled, I can't go backwards lol. Even with doing both parks, we still did not get to do everything, so we already know we have to go back. The weather was perfect and the parks were beautiful, the atmosphere was fun, and it was a special memory for our family. The food was really good too. I had a churro from a stand in the Toon Town area. I also had a yummy sausage on a pretzel bun, that sausage was delicious! I also ate at the restaurant in California Adventure in the Avengers area where the portions are huge, a not so little chicken sandwich with tater tots, which were cooked perfectly but they were salty but the restaurant definitely lived up to the theme. We were able to enjoy both Disneyland and California Adventure, and everyone had a great day. Even with doing both parks, we still did not get to do everything, so we already know we have to go back! The parks were beautiful, the atmosphere was fun, and it was a special memory for our family. My only complaints are small but important. People really need to stop walking in the lanes designated for scooters and mobility access. Also, even though I saw a shuttle transporting guests to the main gate, the distance from the tram/parking area to the gate is still a lot. I walked almost three miles that day, so Disneyland may need to work on that part a little lol. Overall, we had a beautiful birthday celebration, enjoyed both parks, ate well, made memories, and left knowing we definitely need another Disney day.

The cast members are incredibly kind, the attention to detail is unmatched, and there's just a feeling here that you can't really find anywhere else. Whether you're there for the rides, the food, or just soaking in the atmosphere, it's easy to understand why so many people love this place. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is the price. Between tickets, parking, food, Lightning Lanes, and everything else, it's become unbelievably expensive. I understand theme parks aren't cheap to operate, but it's hard to justify just how unaffordable a single day has become for so many families. That said, the magic is still there. I'll probably keep coming back because there truly isn't another place quite like Disneyland, I just wish experiencing that magic didn't come with such a hefty price tag. I happened to go on the perfect day and was able to ride everything without a lightning lane pass! Disneyland really is such a money grab, that's what annoys me about this place. I will say I highly recommend going at least once in your life.

While it may not be somewhere we'd go or come.. for a vacation, it's definitely worth visiting for a day. The only negative experience we had involved an employee named Stephanie who was working the family raft slide. She came across as though she genuinely didn't want to be there. It didn't ruin our visit by any means, but when you're in a family-focused environment, a friendly attitude goes a long way. Also, during one of our turns on the family slide, the wait was noticeably longer than it should have been compared to all of our previous rides, which slowed things down a bit. Definitely a bit miss managed as it seems as 1-2 employees max were bouncing back and forward to push the rafts down. Something that popped into mind free of charge lol. One suggestion for the marketing team: consider giving away complimentary waterproof phone pouches. They cost only a few dollars at retail store ( Walmart ) so I'd imagine they could be purchased in bulk at a much lower cost. Guests would use them throughout the park, and many would likely take pictures and post all over there social media as I saw almost every partner with one,I know I did and will posting family pic and already have all the family said they'd want to come..giving Great Wolf Lodge free advertising and great brand exposure every time they're used elsewhere. This was a good value compared to regular prices. Enjoyed the go carts twice; attendants were very patient with customers and trouble makers. Cart track is super fun, carts ran well, fun competition! Bumper boats were closed; perhaps weather isn't warm enough yet or demand was low. Two fountain sodas at the snack bar were $13. Pretty outrageous. Tried to use the batting cages. Our unlimited pass didn't seem to apply however, which was disappointing, as our key cards were unable to activate the cages in two different lanes. We moved on to mini golf. Well lit and good music is the best I can say. Overall I can tell the courses have been improving from a maintenance standpoint but the greens are TERRIBLE. If you have to putt over broken turf or your ball gets stuck in a pit of death that used to be part of the brick border, it disrupts the fun and becomes frustrating. Seriously, Boomers. Put some of that ridiculous soda pop revenue into fixing your miserable astroturf. There were tears and holes everywhere. The arcade gets periodically updated but we didn't use it this time due to time constraints. Always had fun on the multitude of games available. Same with laser tag, we just ran out of time. Was not crazy about the process for golf putters and bats for the batting cages. There only seemed to be one person in charge of handing these out from the desk and they were stuck handling a long ticket line so we pretty much helped ourselves by reaching over the counter and grabbing what we needed.
