My husband threw his back out on Thursday. He has never had a lower back injury before, so it was a surprise. It was so bad he couldn't sit or stand. A friend recommended Dr. Miller. Getting to the car was interesting, but we managed to get ourselves to his office. He ran out to meet us and brought a walker to help him get into the office. So I just got a "compliment" from Dr. Clay regarding my review and this is what was written... "If you did not have x-rays of your back, Dr. Miller will not adjust your back . He uses yoga, massage. to help relieve your stress. when massaging your abdomen, he is either releasing psoas spasm or in testinal tightness. . Due to visceral somatic reflex your low back will hurt from your intestinal spasm. Sounds like that is why he loosed that up and recommended yogo postures, like cat/dog,prayer pose, child pose, and cobra! Dr. Miller would be wise not to talk about tatoos, or the masters associated with them . Your insurance usually doesnot pay due to deductible or limited coverage. That is why Dr.Miller charges you up front. He reimbures you if the insurance pays for the office visit. He always calls his patient that evening to check on them. You must have not left a working phone number," And here's my response.... 1. You never asked if I had an x-ray or told me ahead of time that I needed one if I wanted adjustment. You would think this would be important information to tell your clients beforehand while they make an appt. over the phone. 2. You are indicating that I made up the tattoo story in which I have no reason to lie at all. Period. 3. I understand that sometimes insurance does not cover everything, but the sudden price change from $90 to $60 is a bit sketchy and uncomfortable price to pay since I didn't even get my back adjusted. If I knew he was only going to "relieve my stress" or " release any tightness" with massage techniques, I could've gone to a massage parlor and pay a lot less and actually be comfortable with someone rubbing on me. 4. He never called me to check on me after my visit, so that's just a damn lie. I left my cell phone number, which IS a working number. Thank you. read more

Clay was the first chiropractor I ever went to. I wish I lived closer to him! He is the best! I had a terrible back injury and he fixed me right up after the medical doctor tried everything else and failed. I was afraid to go to a chiropractor but Clay explained everything very well. I couldn't NOT try it. Well I was pleasantly surprised and back on my feet in almost no time at all. I live about 75 miles away so it isn't practical for me to journey down for a tune up. But DARN. While I do not write recommendations often, Dr. Miller is an amazing chiropractor and I cannot recommend him with high enough honors. I do not use his services until i have a problem, however he consistently has provided efficient solutions at critical times. He literally took away 20 plus years of shoulder problems in one session. Dr. Miller is a miracle worker! I have had chronic knee pain for the past 6 months. The orthopedic I went to was sending me straight in for an MRI and insisted I would need surgery. I am a new business owner in the fitness industry, surgery was not an option. I pushed forward with the pain. A client of mine recommended Dr. Miller, skeptical but tired of the pain. I made the appointment. I went in not able to bend my knee, I left almost heel to butt. The injury was not my meniscus like the orthopedic was insisting, but in my hamstring and calf. Dr. Miller is the best healer I have ever experienced. I am also a healer and have experienced many wonderful healings from other healers. What Dr. Miller does is very different and unique.
