Upon entering the store, I encountered a bald staff member who was, to put it mildly, incredibly rude and unhelpful. Their demeanor was dismissive and unwelcoming, making what should have been a straightforward shopping trip feel like an imposition. I found their attitude to be completely unacceptable and not at all reflective of the customer service one would expect from a reputable company like Sherwin-Williams. This individual's lack of courtesy significantly soured my entire visit and made it difficult to get the assistance I needed. Good customer service is paramount, and this interaction left me feeling undervalued and frustrated.
