This would be my 2nd time visiting this place. It was not my choice being we had family in town. I was not looking forward to this at all. Reason being is the same reason I experienced the 1st time I visited. First off, when you enter the restaurant you are greeted to be told there is a 15min wait. When you look around the restaurant has OPEN seating. Its every other table is open. That in itself is upsetting. (3 years post pandemic???) As the lobby filled up with customers our patience wore thin and other guests shared the same sentiment. We finally got sat. Our server or I would assume he was being he wasn't wearing a apron (whatevers). He took our drink order and 20mins later arrived with drinks. My party already knew what we wanted to order. That also took forever to arrive. I ordered garlic parm wings. My wings didnt taste like garlic parm. The sauce was broken and was sitting in a plate of oil that may have been butter at some point. One ordered a Zinger Mountain. That was a mess, Had extra crispy burnt tenders, and cheese, what cheese. Wife ordered quesadillas. It was soggy AF! Another ordered a salad which came out last! Our server knew we were upset and he had a KM (kitchen manager) approach the table. He was aggressive in the way he spoke to the table. Did he fix the issues? Yeah, I guess. He took items off the tab and offered more for the next visit. LOL..(not happening). Kitchen i out in open. I expect these mistakes in a busy restaurant. Not at this one. You figured with a restaurant so slow that they would be on point with service and food. Not at this one. I would not suggest and recommend anyone come to this restaurant. I myself will not come to this restaurant ever again. read more

Courtesy is Important. On the evening of 08/23/2018, my wife and I visited this location. She was excited for the Tuesday/Thursday Prime Rib Special. We have ordered it before. We are reasonably well-traveled and we dine where we like usually. This night, we ordered the special for her - medium. I clearly, double-emphasized medium with the waiter. The prime rib was brought to us rare with a significant blood pool on top. The waiter was courteous and took it back to the chef. Unfortunately and unwisely, the chef expressed his frustration within hearing distance of our table and other bar staff to the effect of, "She needs to understand what medium is for prime rib." Insulted, we recited this incident information to one of the female managers, and we got up and left; food and drinks on the table. We will not return. This location lost a good customer. Better food and *service* are all over the western suburbs. The customer should always be respected and treated with courtesy. read more

Me and my lads were looking for a place to eat and we stumbled across this restaurant. We were going for the ribs they we're advertising. After eating them I figured they had a good flavor as well as a good bbq ratio to the ribs. Unfortunately they ribs were kind of cold and not very hot. We went to your restaurant for my husbands 65th birthday last evening. We were met by the hostess telling us no low tables only high tops. We were a party of 7 with a young grandson. Our server came to table for drink order. We ordered appetizers, they were good but small portions. We ordered Mac and cheese for our grandson so he could eat when we received appetizers. That did not happen. Our server took our order and we came for the Prime Rib special! She told us no prime rib! We were disappointed but ordered alternative dinners anyway. After our dinners were served she never came to the table. Food was good. We cleaned off our own table, refilled our water and drinks at the bar. Your restaurant was not busy, your servers were talking to each behind bar all evening. After dinner she came to table with bill in hand... my husband said we're ordering dessert. She was not thrilled and took order. She brought dessert, placed on table and walked away! No silverware, no napkins and no plates to eat off of. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. Disappointing!! I ordered fried chicken wings with bbq sauce and ranch dressing on the side. I received fatty baked wings with a thin sauce and no flavor. I also ordered the meatloaf to bring home to my husband. Meatloaf is his favorite so I figured I'd order some for him. When I asked how he liked the meatloaf he said it lacked flavor as well. I'd give less stars if they were a choice, ordered loaded fries, couldn't find the cheese, used bacon bits for the topping instead of real bacon, wife got zingers, and she really got a zinger on that one, frozen chicken, really? Ordered a filet and did not get a filet, cut plenty of tenderloin in my day so I am very aware of what a filet looks and feels like, ordered it medium got well, almost very well, they offered to replace it but why bother, if they don't know what a cut of meat is and can't cook it should not be ordering there food or cooking it, I guess it's only good for drinks, not a chance of going back, $38.00 worth of food thrown away. read more

I received a gift card to Miller's Ale House from a friend for Christmas. We decided to give the place a try to celebrate my friend's and my birthdays. We went in and put our name on the hour long wait list. We decided to go do a little shopping to kill time (as they send you a text when your table is ready) we returned to Millers to learn their grill had gone down. Frustrated, we went to Outback and started the waiting game over. Outback, per usual, was outstanding. Having still not used the gift card, a friend and I gave it another shot. Another hour wait. Once seated we started with the Calamari which was delicious. Upon taking our order our server told us how bad the fries were there but seeing we each ordered a burger we chose fries anyway. Hey, she was being honest because those fries were teetering on being bone cold and they were gross. I ordered a cheeseburger with guacamole and jalapeño, as the guacamole burger at Chili's is one of my favorites (which Chilis is right across the street) There was no comparison. Miller's Burgers (my friend had the same review on hers) were really dry and very bland. After talking with the server about how the Calamari was good but everything else pretty much sucked, she promptly told us we were lucky because the Calamari is iffy on wether or not it comes out good. Lots of times it comes out bad. I had very high hopes of this place because it's always packed. I do not get why. What a disappointment. I don't plan on going back there. I'll just plan on giving my gift card to someone else or just just let the remaining balance go to waste. Millers you have lots of competition in this area. Chilis beats you on burgers by far. Here's the good: watermelon margarita is very tasty! The chopped salad is huge and really cheap for how much food you get. Here's the not so good: the service is pretty bad. The wait was pretty long. This is a hot spot in this area now. When we finally got called, the hostesses were busy talking to another guy (why did they all have to talk to him?). We were finally seated and it took a while for out waitress to come to our table. Everything too a long time. The food took a long time. Getting the check took a long time. The food was decent, but not anything to write home about. The service wasn't good. Overall we were not that impressed. I'm not really understanding the hype. There are definitely a million TVs that light up the room, so if you want to watch sports this would be the place to go...if you want to wait forever to get food and drinks. read more

Wish I could rate the food but this review is based completely on the service provided today. My table of 8(two children) were given a wait time of 40 minutes. We said fine and then waited outside in the car. Now anyone who has children knows how hard it is to gather kids and go someplace. Apparently they called which I did not get but the text they sent said they would hold my table for 2 minutes before giving it to someone else or I can text them for more time. I texted them right away that I would be in shortly. By the time we arrived inside it couldn't have been more the 3 minutes. Guess who had given my table away. Then, when I showed the proof that I had texted them they said they didn't get the text and that it would be another 10 minutes. After 25 minutes of waiting we finally had enough. Apparently a high top had opened but they didn't have highechairs. There were many.. I mean 20-30 booths available that were left empty that they could have accommodated us at but decided not to. When we asked for an accurate time to when a table would open the employee said 20-30 minutes. Mind you, this is now over an hr of us waiting. We decided to leave. Absolutely ridiculous. I understand that restaurants are short staffed and during busy hours you need to keep the flow moving but 2 minutes of a return time? Shame on you. I really hope this establishment rethinks that. I would give zero stars if I could. The manager, Dave, has no business working there, much less be the manager. I have never in my life seen a manager yell at a calm customer... until Sunday when my family (party of 10) had the displeasure of eating here. Every single order came out made wrong, wrong table's orders, steaks and zingers 20+ minutes before the sides (fries and garlic mashed) came out. One of my nephews didn't get his soup until 30 minutes after each of us had gotten our soup or salad. My family never once lost their cool, we just kept sending back items we DIDN'T order and asked them to bring what we did order. The manager, Dave, approached the table and YELLED at my calm mom, "I don't know your orders, I just bring out what they give me!" First off, you don't yell at a customer, especially one that is keeping her cool despite your establishment doing nothing but messing up our entire meal. Secondly, if all our orders are wrong why would you not read the ticket before bringing random plates out? It's not rocket science. How this guy, Dave, is in a management position is mind boggling. Several other employees we had words with before we left said that the manager, Dave, has had several complaints reported about him to corporate. So WHY is he still working there? After he yelled at my mom, he came back on 3 separate occasions to apologize to her and gave her a new Miller's gift card on each occasion. She left with (2) $25 gift cards and (1) $30 gift card. Support the great restaurants that you have been enjoying prior the Pandemic. We ordered our favorite meals and had them bring them to us curbside. Fresh, and tasted like we were eating in the restaurant. We live about 15-20 miles away and didn't need to warm up. We sure miss this place, but you made it a perfect experience. We ordered the zingers mountain melt and the blackened shrimp and chicken cobb salad. The portions were huge and they tasted excellent ! We also ordered some cocktails - pineapple mango mojito and strawberry mule. Both the drinks were awesome and not expensive at all. They were around 5.95. Thats a great price for cocktails. Their menu is pretty extensive with lot of happy hour and daily offers. Our waitress was good too and she was able to help with questions on some cocktails. We revisited the restaurant after a long absence. Earlier I noted that their food was just typical bar food and nothing special. I'm not sure if they changed their menu or I just picked something better, but this visit was really worth it. I had the pot stickers, then the jambalaya. Great staff, not so great food. We ordered a French onion soup, steak fajita and shrimp scampi because our server told us that it was national shrimp day and it was on a special. The soup was good with lots of cheese, nothing special about the steak fajita, garlic bread that came with the shrimp scampi were extremely salty and noodles were over cooked. Their char broiled burger looked yummy so maybe I'll enjoy it a bit more if I visit again. read more

Food was well priced and pretty good. Edible easy food that pairs well with beer. Environment was very lively and enjoyable for even families. Service was kinda sad. It was a dead Tuesday and we still didn't get anyone to take our order until we had already been sitting down for ten minutes. The hostess at the front with red hair was on her phone facing back against the entrance so she didn't even see us walk in until a worker had to point us out to her five minutes later. What a disappointing start to an average experience. The atmosphere and food are the only things that saved me from giving this place 1 star. Everyone here is incredibly nice! Like Chic-fil-a nice. We've dined a few times there -- it's become our new Sunday football spot. We got there a little early on Sunday before the place opened and noticed Shaq (ended up being our server later) picking up some trash he saw in the bushes on his way in.
