Great food and good service although I will caution the wait staff not to walk up and interrupt our conversation every 5 minutes with meaningless updates like your food is almost ready, I need to get your drink refills, etc etc. I think during our Sunday lunch we had 3-5 interruptions without any pause or waiting on us to acknowledge her. So so so good! My husband and I had a bad experience at a different restaurant, and left to try Miller's! So glad we did! Food was great. I wasn't too hungry and got the pretzel with beer cheese. My husband ordered the Zingers on fried and stuff. So good!! The best part was the employees. Each one of them greeted us, and I was also so pleased to overhear a conversation about how to best oil the chairs or something- makes me know this place is well kept. We started off with Zingers Mountain Melt which is chicken tenders with loaded fries. This was delicious and very filling! Hubby had the Pork Osso Buco and said it looked better than it tasted. It definitely looks impressive, but obviously taste is more important than presentation. I had the 35 Fried Shrimp dish and it was really good. The batter was good and so was the tartar and cocktail sauce. Capt. Jack's Buried Treasure dessert is a layered ice cream cake with Oreo, caramel and hot fudge sauce and it's really good. This place proves that it wasn't a bad location for the previous establishment. This place is packed all the time and for good reason. They provide good food and good service for a great value. My dinner entree was the osso buco and it was heavenly. It was paired with mashed potatoes and beans. The osso buco was tender and delicious. It was cooked perfectly. My wife had the chicken zingers and they were delicious. Our server was ok, but not great. We has to ask another server to refill our drinks , which she took upon herself to take care of. We however have had excellent service here, and the management team is amazing. They just need to get the servers to care as much for the consumer as management does. I'm giving a lot of grace toward service and quality due to the strain on restaurants and service workers right now, I understand that the pandemic is hitting the industry hard. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable of the menu, and was very quick to offer to take an item off of our bill that didn't make it out before we'd more or less finished our meal. But I was very disappointed with how small the portions were compared to prices. $13 for 6 smaller chicken tenders. This didn't even include fries, the fries would have been an extra $4 if they'd ever showed up. The tenders did taste good, they were cooked perfectly. The burger we ordered was also well prepared with a nice char taste, but the patty was also pretty small for the price. The fries served with the burger were on their way to cold and just didn't have a great texture. We opted not to bother asking for fresh fries with the burger since we were expecting the separate batch ordered with the chicken, but since they never came out.. it felt like spending over $30 for nibbles. read more

My mom and I were out and about near Hamilton Place the other day and decided to give this place a try. We liked the COVID19 policies they had in place. The service was prompt and courteous. Our waitress, Jessica, was very attentive. I ordered the pepperoni flatbread pizza. It was delicious. The crust was thin and crispy and was just the right amount. My mom's apple cranberry walnut salad with chicken was extremely delicious. The chicken was moist and tender. The greens were fresh and the fruit too. Apart from the portion size, the fish was fresh and firm, lightly battered and fried. I was impressed at the quality of the fish and it was tasty. My Pork Osso Buco was even better than the fish. They served a whole shank which was massive. Although it was delicious, I only ate half as I was too full. The entree also came with fresh broccoli and mashed potatoes and gravy. The same gravy that came with the pork. This was a nice savory, stick to your ribs meal. Although it is a chain, we were very happy with the service, drinks, and food. All this at a reasonable price.
