Waited a long time for our food & when it finally arrived it was not prepared correctly therefore we had to send it back

The service from beginning from beginning to end was incredible friendly personable Kaderia greet us with a smile was mindful of the fact I couldn't stand for long had us seated quickly kept us updated on progress of table wonderful personality. Vicky was our server she was on top of her game kept drinks full answered our questions was very informative of menu and that helps us decide on our choices! Loved the atmosphere here! Sitting here waiting at the bar for to go order. Yes I came in within the last 30 mins but hey food is typically good here. Food just sat in the window while bartender, mgr(s), and to go/ hostess had a great LONG conversation that seemed more important than a paying customer. Get my food not only do I not have the dressing for my salad, no ketchup for my burger and fries and the extra I asked for was overlooked. I'm going to charge it being late and shame on me for coming in. Not a good experience. If it wasn't for the hangry wife in the car I would Of asked for my money back and went else where. read more

OMG, what a horrible experience. I've been to Miller's all over the place and never had a bad experience until now. We asked for steaks medium, and they came out well. The waitress was hiding and chit-chating for twenty minutes. I ate mine cause what are you going to do but hubby refused. Finally got her attention, and the replacement never came out. Cancel the replacement, and the bill still has it on there. Needless to say, never ever again. read more

Really thought from the reviews the food would've been way better. The pot stickers were bland, as were the mixed vegetables, which still had the small plastic bag they came in on top. Wow. Then the coleslaw tasted spoiled. My date said the baked potato was well made, but the steak was tough, the crab legs tasted like air, and the lobster ravioli was more cheese than lobster. The ribs though were awesome. The drinks were decent, and the desert was what it should've been, very good. The service was okay. If I tell you my coleslaw tastes funny, it should be switched. That's the kind of thing that warrants a tip. Doing a little extra for extra. I'd only recommend this place if you wanted some ribs and didn't care about anything else. read more

I went to Miller's for lunch with some coworkers recently. I have to admIt that we had a pretty good experience. We were a large group of 9-11 folks. The waitress got us seated quickly and began to serve us. Ambiance: Great sports bar environment. I mean TVs everywhere. Games and sports shows were on every screen. The noise is pretty average given the fact that tons of games are going on around you. Great GA team themed decor too...fromm UGA, GTech, Falcons, Braves ect... Food: Mostly everything was tasty. We all shared spinach dip, cheese fries, and southwest egg roles. I've definitely had better chips and dip. That was the only miss to me. Everything else was delicious. I also got the jambalaya for my lunch and it was Hardy and tasty. I couldn't finish it and I'm almost 6ft 3in and well over 280lbs Service: I think our servers name was Imani. She was excellent. Man this place is popular. They were packed when I went Friday night. They had cider AND sours on tap, Nice!! The ribeye was seasoned wonderfully...but the quality of the meat was subpar. tough & grisly. I think I only was able to actually consume a little more than half the steak. Sides were okay. Recently visited Miller's Ale House for a quick lunch with coworkers. Lots of parking. No wait, quick service. We had a great waitress, Imani, who was pleasant, attentive, and accurate. The food was great. All my coworkers enjoyed their food. I personally had the Atlantic Salmon grilled w/ mashed potatoes and it was a great healthy option for this place and it was yum. This was my husband and I's first time coming to Miller's Ale House with family and friends. We've been told to come here every time we're in McDonough and I must saw, the food was DELICIOUS! Our waitress, Gianna was amazing and very helpful when explaining certain items on the menu. The Cue Bacon Cheeseburger was so delicious and everything was cooked to perfection. Okay this review will be in 2 parts first of all the girl at the check in up had us wait 35 mins then tacked 10 additional minutes on the wait then had an attitude when she seated us/ the floor is slippery as hell and that's a safety hazard, the waitress came her name was J she was nice however everything we asked for as far as the soft drinks lemonade etc she said their were no free refills but it clearly states free refills in the drink book. Well for starters , the place looked great... and that's when you gotta always remember to never judge a book by its cover. We dined in , got a table quickly and the tables around us were empty. About 3 minutes later, the table from the right of me got seated by a white couple . I say the color of skin because the waitress is also white and she went to them first and to our surrounding tables before even coming to us. She finally came to us , we ordered and the food took a good 10 mins to come to the table which isn't long at all. We tasted our food & my GF inspected her medium rare steak which was rare, she had to send it back. The manager came back with it , just to taste bad.. not close to 4 stars worthy steak. My GF waited more than 15 mins for the waiter to FINALLY check on us again just to ask for A1 sauce & told her that we're ready for the check. With my dish, the " Zingers " tasted like a chicken tender from Walmart frozen section & I used to work there so I know. The only thing I actually enjoyed was the sweet tea and the fries. The floor was super nasty!! Even the manager walked in the door, tripping over an umbrella in the floor and did not pick it up off of the floor. ( So unsafe! ) The condiments were so small that they should not have brought them out. Minimum cheese for nachos- terrible!! I was too scared to even check the restroom out. Never again! read more

I went here for lunch one day and then for dinner two days later...just trying to get a sample of both. Lunch:ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries and a grilled chicken bacon sandwich with onion rings, pan fried pot stickers, and battered cauliflower. The good: bacon cheeseburger cooked medium well with fries was delicious. Burger was juicy and melted in my mouth. Potstickers and cauliflower apps were both tasty as well. The only thin I would have preferred is to actually have bite size pieces of cauliflower instead of like huge stalks/florets of it that you have to chop into smaller pieces several times. Not so good: the grilled chicken sandwich was so charred that I couldn't even get pass the burnt taste. I'm one that actually likes a little char, but not when I'm actually tasting burnt pieces instead of a flavorful grilled meat. Onion rings had a good crunch, but they just didnt taste like onion rings...just something battered crunchy...cant really explain it other than it was lacking in the onion part of the flavor Dinner: fish and chips, pot stickers, apple dessert. The good: the fish and chips were awesome. The batter on the fish is a very light breading and it didnt have a super crunch to it. pot stickers were good again. Not so good: the apple dessert was a joke...if you like fruit dont waste your time...its like thin slivers of apples and after hunting around for it I found like 3 pieces...it was mostly just crust no apples so it needs to be renamed. This restaurant is decent and the food is pretty good. The bathrooms are quite dirty and the broccoli that came with our dish tasted a little weird but in the other hand this restaurant is a good place to eat the atmosphere is a westerny Texan style restaurant with country music playing it even has some football themed items aswell. read more

From the name of the restaurant, Miller's Ale House may sound like the typical bar and pub spot. From the first appetizer, to the entree, and dessert, everything was more than perfect. I had the Buffalo mild wings (12.49) for an appetizer, can't go wrong there! I had a ribeye (20.99) and mash potatoes with a Caesar salad. Their steak was full of flavor. The Caesar salad was great and the mash potatoes with gravy did its job. Dinner was wonderful but the dessert truly took the cake of the night. The Ghirardelli Chocolate Brownie Sundae was unbelievable! Overall, wonderful restaurant. Although the reside in Powder Springs, I'd hope this restaurant opens a location closer to the Atlanta area. If not, we'll just have to take the drive down to McDonough to visit again. It'll most definitely be worth it! read more

We checked into a nearby hotel and then went to Miller's. Sat at the bar and ordered IPA's. The bartender started off friendly, by sort of ignored us the remainder of the time. We had to flag her down each time we needed anything. Like ordering the pretzels. Then when we ran short of cheesy dipping sauce, it took 20 minutes to get some. I love Miller's, dined at many around the country. (Love their Osso Buco!) This one location needs a bit of customer service training. By the way, the beer and pretzels were good. read more
