I had the shrimp meal, good food, but this is the second time I have had this waitress and she is not good. She is extremely slow, did not come back after she served my meal until I was ready to leave. No refill on my drink, she didn't ask if I needed anything else. Food here is okay. I haven't been to this location in over two years because when I was going more often, the service I felt was getting worse each time. Food took too long to come out, and there were always way too many mistakes with our orders even with no modifications. The last time I went, I pointed out something in my husband's plate of loaded nachos and upon investigating, revealed it was a very large ball of pocket lint and hair stuck to some cheese. Almost ruined my appetite but was enough to not want to go there anymore. read more

We will definitely be back! Great food selections, awesome drink choices, friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend the TEX MEX CHICKEN NACHOS. You might want to wait to get it BEFORE you order your main entree. It is huge and more than enough for us to eat. Unfortunately, our experience was the day of a baseball tournament. They were very busy, naturally the food took longer than normal to be served. Our fantastic server did everything she could to take get us taken care of and out of there before our son's flight landed in ATL. The manager was also awesome! He handled everything like a champ. My family and I drove down today from Buford, GA to meet my brother and his family who live on that side of town. My brother got there about 20 minutes before us and put his name down for a party of 8. The hostess said that it would likely be a 45minute to 1 hour wait to accommodate that party. When we arrived at we waited patiently in the front. Several patrons came and were immediately seated. But no attempts were made to accommodate our party. Many tables were left un-bussed as people finished their meals and left. After over an hour, a party of 8 people (including 2 small children) walked in and were immediately seated. That was the final straw. My brother had a heated conversation with the manager who had excuses but no solutions. My brother's conversation is a lot less dangerous to a business than my course or action. I told Him we were taking our business elsewhere. We went next door to Jim & Nicks BBQ and were seated immediately. Apparently Jim and Nicks appreciated our business and we enjoyed our experience there. I would never consider going back to this restaurant and likely will avoid other locations in the franchise. I don't need a he robo-response to my review. It won't make any difference to me after this experience and I only want to let other potential patrons know about the poor service. Who knows about the food?!?! read more

Food was very bland. I ordered the chicken zingers and I had to add a lot of salt and pepper. The manager stated that restaurants don't season chicken tinders! I know that's a lie. I've given this place a try a couple of times but and it's not for me. I don't find the food appetizing ( at least what I had). It was especially frustrating when all items that should be included on my plate are not. Just a personal opinion but the food taste/quality doesn't justify the price. It's overpriced. When I went they were out of pasta. So the options were extremely limited. With that we were forced to order other options. Long story short when the bill came and it was over $100 for 2 meals, 2 drinks and 1 desserts we were extremely annoyed, unsatisfied, and ready to go. Haven't been back since. Don't think it's worth it. And the drinks were terrible. Walked out more sober than I walked in. read more

My wife and I love our burgers and beer! We frequently visit here on Sundays or Mondays and we have always had good burgers. We normally eat at the bar because sometimes there can be a little wait. The bar is well stocked with great beers and hard alcohol. Highly recommended! read more

Tried to give this restaurant another chance. It was even worse than the first time. I ordered the 35 shrimp with loaded fries. The fries were extremely salty and the shrimp were bland. I told my waitress that the fries were too salty and could she just give me the regular fries . I looked at the check when I got home and noticed not only did she charge me for the loaded fries I didnt eat...she also charged me $4 for the regular fries too. The prickly pear margarita was great but I won't be back. It's just not worth it. read more

I have always had good service here and the food has always been great. This has always been a place for me to go when I am in town.

We love it at this place! Very clean and neat and the staff here is impeccable. Our servers are always attentive and try their best to take care of us. The wings are larger size than those little wings that these wing places boast and their loaded fries are to die for. Young ppl have no social skills AT ALL. Years have passed since I tended bar, but I did know how to greet someone when they sat down, even if I were busy. I know how to say, "hi, what can I serve you", when I FINALLY do serve them, as opposed to just standing in front of them with a blank stare. Truly saddened at the utter lack of social skills. However, I will probably return to because the food was good. While writing this, my bartender just laid the check in front of me...there was not a "would you like another beer", nor a "can I get you anything else", nothing...except a check.
