Ale house is one of my go to places during football season. I love coming on Sundays to eat, drink, and watch the games. I always get great service here and staff is very attentive. While Millers Ale House has daily specials we tend to always gravitate to the same meal and we include a house salad for a nice balance. We came in Sunday and I ordered a Stella. Our server Abby was great and we don't blame her for the situation. We watched her ring in our drinks and then watched the girl bartender not make them. We weren't sure what happened, but 15/20 minutes later we still didn't have our drinks. When we got our nachos they had scallions after we requested no scallions. We were sat at a tall table in bar area...COLD!!! We had two little kids with us....the wind that blew through was freezing. I asked our waiter if we could be moved to another table. It took 5-10 minutes...it was so cold I took the little ones up front and waited until we were moved. The waiter was nice but the food well: My Mex-nachos had minced chicken and served cold. The cheese was solid by the time I got it. The mac n cheese with chicken fingers was....ok. It wasn't special. Cajun chicken with pasta was good but not anything I would make a special trip for. The prime rib sandwich again ok. Margarita sucked...sent it back. Old fashion was good, if the bartender messed an old fashion up..... I would look for a new bartender The best thing about this place was the server. I would not recommend it for it's food. It was $100+ of below average food. Let's be fair: when a bartender walks past multiple times and doesn't notice that my beer is low or empty, that's not attentive service. I had to actively flag them down just to order food, which shouldn't be the customer's job in a bar setting. When the food finally arrived, it was served without utensils, and I had to wait another 2-3 minutes to get the bartender's attention again to ask for basic items. That level of service does not justify a tip in my view, because the basics of hospitality, drinks monitored, orders taken promptly, and proper table setup weren't there. I also noticed that the bartenders seemed to focus more on groups than on individual guests. I understand that groups may generate more revenue, but it doesn't feel fair when solo customers receive noticeably lower service quality. Latin bartender was more attentive to latin customers, yet minority tend to scream racist. Hypocrite. Overall, the experience left me feeling ignored rather than welcomed. While the experience still stands, what MATTERS most is that this Miller's Ale House immediately contacted me and offered a return invitation to personally make our situation right. Steve further emphasized that this is a great training opportunity, as well as had wished we asked for a manager the day of, as they CARE and would have made things right then. This DESERVES our return business. Thank you! This day was totally off for us, unfortunately. I asked for an 8oz filet mignon, and was told they only had 6oz. I said, ok. I got my water pretty quickly, but my husband's draft beer finally graced our table after about 20 minutes. No calamari either. Then, finally, calamari showed up - after my husband reassured me we were in no rush. I was just hungry! Then, server comes out again and asks, "would a sirloin be okay?" I said, "No. I want my filet, why?" He said they burn it! I asked how burnt, and he said, "like a shoe." Wuatttt? I ended up with a sirloin, which was okay, but I had my heart set on the filet. It was lunchtime and a pretty quiet day, so can't imagine why they would be out of food so early, but - it is what it is. Not sure this is our gig, and we were reminded this day. I went today to celebrate my friend's birthday. Our reservation for a table of 14 was ready, nice and clean. The restaurant wasn't as busy as it usually is on a Wednesday. The server who assisted us was friendly at first, but unfortunately, things quickly went downhill. I'm not sure if they were short-staffed or what, but it took over 15 minutes for the server to come back and take our orders. We had initially asked for just a minute to settle in before ordering drinks. When she returned, we decided to place all of our orders/drinks and food, at the same time to save time. Some drinks arrived quickly, but our margarita pitchers took about 15 minutes to come out. The food was served separately, but at least it was hot and nicely presented. However, the service could definitely be improved. We were short on forks and plates, and when dessert was brought out for the birthday celebration, they didn't have a lighter to light the candle. We ended up eating the cake off napkins because there were no plates available. When we were ready to pay and leave, it took another 20 minutes because the server was nowhere to be found. We arrived at 7:00 PM and didn't leave until 10:30 PM. The service definitely could have been faster and more attentive to create a better experience. It would also help if the restaurant used a remote POS system like other places do, so we could place additional orders or pay our bill more easily and avoid delays like these. read more

We were greeted promptly with a smile by Joseph. He then elicited our preferred table type and location. He seated us immediately and then proudly pointed out the new completed beautiful bar and apologized for the ongoing construction. Our server approached our table within a few minutes, offered us water with or without lemon. Christina suggested we could order drinks at that time or if we needed time to decide she would return shortly. Her service was stellar. Our drinks and food were delivered promptly and orders correct. We were offered more condiments and sauces. Our server (i think her tag said Dlani?) was great. My (and my boyfriend's) issue was with how we were treated by management. Just because we look young, ordered a good amount of food, and how we look, they were watching us like crazy thinking we were gonna dine and dash or something. Within 30 seconds of each other, two different people introduced themselves as management to us and continued to watch us and stare us down from behind the bar. Additional employees loitered at our table, one walking out, stood looking at us for a good 10 seconds, and turned around right back where he was coming from originally. We were being watched so hard it felt uncomfortable and we just wanted to leave. To add, the salmon was unfortunately fishy so I couldn't finish it. My boyfriends steak had no seasoning, and when we used the salt grinder on both meals it left our hands super sticky from whatever was left on the salt shaker from god knows how long ago, or what it even is. Also, a sprite was 4$! I'd honestly save your time unless you wanted to audition for the cast of CBS's "Big Brother." Just a wildly uncomfortable time with management breathing down your neck staring at you to make sure you don't leave. Don't worry, we came to the establishment with the forethought of paying. The only thing good here was our waitress, Dlani, and the loaded fries. Otherwise, unless you like feeling stared down and like you cannot enjoy your time, don't come here! Our main entrees took close to 45 minutes to come out. Felt like they were waiting for us to dine and dash after the appetizers in order to not waste entrees on us, but realized we were staying and had to balance what customer service they have left with potential risk. We have been coming to Miller's Ale House for as long as I can remember. We loved Kids Eat Free Tuesdays and would come almost weekly. We probably do more takeout now, but we dine in at least once a month. The last few times, however, we noticed how the food quality has gone downhill and the prices only seem to keep increasing. They are known for their delicious zingers which is what we always order when we go there. However, for $13.99 or $14.99, it is not worth it for 6 little chicken tenders that are barely the size of a mozzarella cheesestick. Even the bbq ribs hardly have any meat on them. They should include fries for that price. It's very disappointing because it is one of our family's favorite places eat and watch a game. We now do takeout from Cheddar's which is much better quality, and they have better portions and reasonable prices. read more

Miller's Ale House is a hometown business, or at least a homestate business here in Florida. The first Miller's Ale House opened in Jupiter, Florida back in 1988 and has expanded to over ninety locations throughout ten states. This alone states that Miller's Ale House has prospered in a tough business, but after a visit here, you can see why Miller's Ale House is a such a success. The service here was overall friendly and professional. Miller's Ale House is a great place to gather to either grab a drink or two or to grab a meal (or both). My go-to meal at Miller's Ale House is their Zingers Mountain Melt. Yes, it is bar food (or pub grab if you prefer that term), but it is a fun place and the food is good. Hey, we all love these not so healthy indulgences from time to time. I would definitely recommend Miller's Ale House and I will give it four stars. read more

Came in today after a few weeks of not visiting. The restaurant is under construction, which is great! However, they no longer allow smoking on the patio. The bartender does not care for smoking, but she said they lost at least 1/2 of their regulars. I feel bad for them. It is an outside patio with lots of fans and ventilation. Came here on a busy Saturday afternoon with the family. When I first walked in I asked the hostess for a HIGHCHAIR, not a booster, so when she brought it over she apologized and got the highchair and then it was in the way for fire hazard so we had to get up and move. I was with my grandma who not able to walk as well so it was a bit frustrating. After being sat in a booth near the bar, a young man who was our server helped us and got us our drinks. I did ask for a Topo Chicho, he laughed at me and said "what is that, I've never heard of that before" and I told him it's a drink and that it's on their menu! I ended up just getting a white claw instead since it tastes similar, not a big deal. My husband got an Electric Blue Long Island pitcher and it tasted so good! I had my 16 month old with me so I did ask the server to do a side of fries for him because he was crying and I thought they would bring it out quickly but the server actually forgot to ring it in. I ordered two Zinger Mountain Melts for the table and two French onion soups, the soups came out very quickly but it took a while for the zinger mountain melts to come out. Been coming to this ale house for years and it always a fun time. Got the traditional zinger melt mountain. This dish never disappoints and is a staple at this establishment. Pair it up.with your favorite drink and it's always a winning combo. The texture of the chiken is always juice and crispy cover in cheese bacon and onion chives to give it that extra edge. Always better with garlic parmejan and ranch dressing on the side for dipping. The blue long island was OK it seemed a little weak but it was good enough to pass the time. It's enjoyable once you take a shot or two as you drink the pitcher. If you are sharing with people try to limit it to 3 at most so each person can get 2 full short glasses. I've dined here often lately mainly out of convienence as I need a later night stop after work. They were open. Apprehensive at first, unfounded. Every meal I've had here has been good. Here just last night. The staff is observant and having worked in a restaurant atmosphere I can see them all working hard in my peripheral as we're eating. I did a curbside order pickup. On the customization section for my classic burger bundle, I picked no pink, cooked all the way through.
