So disappointed in this location. My boyfriend and I eat at Millers at least every other week. Gradually each time we have come, our experience gets worse and worse. Sadly this time was my last! Our Caesar salads were just sad, the salad did not look fresh at all and ultimately we did not eat them. Next my boyfriends Long Island tasted like juice and coke without liquor, we had to send it back (in which the waiter failed to remove off the bill). Lastly my Cajun chicken pasta, which is my favorite might I add, was just bland and dry. It was not Cajun at all and barely had any sauce. Although my boyfriend did not complain about his food I looked over and saw his buffalo wings literally drowned in sauce. I should also add that at the table behind me a woman who clearly was an employee ordered the same thing I had (Cajun chicken pasta) and had to send it beck because "it wasn't made with love". After about 10 min she received another one that apparently "was made with love". At this point I was fed up with my experience and I was ready to leave. As I was getting ready to leave there was no manager in sight for me to complain too so I decided to give them a call. My first call I was on hold for about 3 min before the line just hung up and my second call I was told that the manager was busy and to leave my name and number. Which brought me to yelp! Literally my favorite place in Delco for some good American cuisine!! The singers are my favorite and I've never been disappointed with their mojitos- they're my favorite! Sometimes it's REALLY loud, especially out the sliding doors by the back bar, so I just request to not sit there- no biggie! read more

The service was extremely slow and we had to wait 15 minutes just to order drinks. Two meals came out cold and after asking three times for side dips they still were not delivered. A friend and I went to Millers again last night. We sat at the bar while we waited for a table. The wait was shorter than we were told . The texting service used to let you know your table is ready was neat. There was group next to us that was loud and using poor language at the bar which wasn't cool for a restaurant type atmosphere. I hope patrons like this don't end up giving Millers a problem. We were seated at a large clean table that could have sat 6 with no problem . Our beers always cold and refilled promptly by our waitress. Coors Lights were on special due to the Flyers game. I had the Zingers in a medium sauce which to me you can't go wrong with these. We both decided to have the seafood mac n cheese which we gobbled right up and were looking for seconds. We passed on dessert only cause we both had no room to fit it. Our waitress was professional , I can't recall her name and a manager ( Rob I believe was his name) even came to our table towards the end of our meal to make sure all was ok. Restrooms were clean and maintained. So, another nice experience at Millers. read more

Look for Jaime M... She took excellent care of our party of 5! She was very knowledgeable about the menu. Her personality was very upbeat. She was friendly and courteous. Jaime gave us A-1 service!!! It's almost like there are two separate establishments in this one location. The back bar I would give 4 stars as they are very attentive with great service and always get the orders correct. My family and I have eaten here many times. It is also close enough to my work that I have ordered take out with my coworkers from here. My two favorite things from here are the Buffalo shrimp and the Cajun chicken pasta. My daughter loves the 35 fried shrimp meal and the chicken nachos. The only reason I didn't give this a 5 star review is because my son has ordered the ribs a few times and every time he has complained that they were over cooked and that there was barely any meat on them. Besides that I love this place. The take out is always done perfectly, which can sometimes be a problem with some places, they double check and make sure everything is exact when picking up the order. read more

Been here a couple times. Not bad, not great. Not in a big hurry to go back. The place is loud, but it IS a sports bar, so keep that in mind. If you're planning on conversation, go elsewhere. I don't know why anyone bothers rating this place for food -I'm mean it's not a gastro pub in Philly -although I wish it were. It's a bar. BUT: it's a sports bar, NOT an ale house. Clearly, the emphasis is on "cheap", so let me make some suggestions: We live in Pennsylvania, so how about: Victory, Troegs, Philly brewing co, Yards, Dock Street, Weyerbacher, Tired Hands, Neshaminy for local craft breweries that carry better product lines? Even the bottle list sucks (and who needs coors and bud on tap and in bottles???). Went to Miller's for dinner Saturday night. The good: Food was OK. Service was good. Although it was crowded, we did not have to wait long. The bad: Unsupervised gangs of kids running all around the restaurant, making for an unpleasant dining experience. Management says their not permitted to intervene, or say anything to their parents. this place should really get a -1 star for inconsistent service. I've been here for a couple occasions but this time was the absolute worst. So bad I had to create a Yelp account to write a review. That's how piss I was leaving the restaurant. Long story short, we ordered the enormous nachos which they now down sized to a smaller portion than what it use to be. Not to mention guacamole use to be included but now it's an additional dollar. We also ordered 20 piece wings but when it came out, there was only 19 pieces. (Not that we intentionally counted but there was 5 of us And we agreed everyone was going to get 4 each, equaling 20) We brought it to our servers attention who disappeared for long periods of a time. It seemed like we always had to look around to try to find him and flag him down. It was very annoying, the server to the table next to us was more attentive to his table than ours was to ours. 15 mins gone by after we told him, still nothing. Finally he came back and by this time we just wanted our check. When we recieved our check we were still charged full price for the wings. Whatever, it's just 1 wing but the more we thought about it the more we got upset because it seemed as tho they didn't care about customer service much. We seemed like a joke to them complaining about a missing wing. My bf flagged down the manager and when we brought it to his attention, he basically blew us off and said "I'll take off a dollar for you." Now that was insulting. Then out of nowhere our server came over with a plate with just 1 wing on it since he seen us looking for the manager. We don't give a daym about the wing. This is poor customer service. If we would have went anywhere else, they would have apologized for the mistake which we all would have understood, it happens. Then asked us if we needed anything and immediately replaced what was missing and on top of that added some more. Now that's customer service. For what they did, we will not becoming back ever again. I had been looking for the opportunity to vist the New Miller's in Springfield and when my bff called we decided to give it a try. There was a wait for table service so we decided to try our luck at the main bar. We were quickly met by one of the bartenders, (name cards said, Ashley, Hillary, ???, ??? and Larry). The girls were friendly enough but really seemed to be a little lost behind the bar. They struggled with the register and didn't seem to be very knowledgable with the drink recipes. I am guessing over time, the service will get better. We did notice Larry for a couple of reasons. First he isn't too tough on the eyes for the ladies and second he really seemed to know what he was doing. He wasn't assigned to our section, but found his way down the bar from time to time and helped make sure things went smoothly. By the end of the night we were only ordering from him as we wanted to make sure we recieved what we ordered, quickly. Enough about the bar onto the food. We tried a couple of the appetizer's and were pleasantly surprised by the quality. The portions were HUGE and the prices were very reasonable. We went here with our 2 kids and another couple and their 2 kids on a Sunday and the place was slamming crowded. The wait was going to be an hour but our other guest got there early and put our names in and we were seated almost immediately. It is brand new and fun. There are lots of beers on tap. The waitress was great. Funny give and take. Patient with the kids, special ordering ect. They gave them coloring pads that kept them busy. After dinner we went to the back bar and sat by the fire place. This is the best spot in the place. A nice large fireplace and a large flat screen above it. Great spot. We will be back. read more

Maybe their bar-type food is better, but I tried their clam bake. It came out practically raw (really--the lobster was still frozen) and neither the clams nor mussels had opened. The waitress freaked when she saw it and took it back to the kitchen. When it came back out, the lobster was lukewarm, the mussels had opened, but most of the clams were still closed. It was basically inedible (unless I wanted food poisoning). The waitress was nice about it, but instead of taking the dish off my bill, the manager offered me a free drink. There was some kind of miscommunication behind the scenes because the bill was wrong when it arrived at our table. I went to Millers and bought 3 drinks total. Paid for the two and then got a burger and paid for the third . I got a receipt saying Ididn`t pay for the third drink. I settled that, but then I had half s burger and fries left over and they took the food, never asked if I wanted a box. That was a waste. Anywhere you go you`re asked if you want a box. Last but not least,she shorted me $5.00 change when the receipt told her what she owed me. That`s ok, I took her tip. They need to pay more attention. It also took 45 minutes for a burger..seriously? Go for the beer selection, moderately priced food, and the zillion TVs. it's a sports bar and that's the ambiance you'll get. We order appetizers and (occasionally) the pizza. The food is terrible, my burger was mush and the bun was wet. No flavor! My son got sliders and they were like lil charcoals. He's 7 and said dad whoever made this doesn't know how to cook. I asked for a Stella and they gave me a Miller lite draft. Sent it back. Wife got a half-ass salad and the daughter got something that they tried to pass off as food. We still aren't sure what it was suppose to be. I was told by so many to try this place cause it's great. I came to this restaurant last night with my friend specifically to watch a hockey game and have drinks. The bartender was Nytera R. First arriving, she waited quite some time to greet us. We ordered drinks and asked to have one of the TVs changed to hockey and she responded "there's only one manager on," and basically told us no. Mind you, it was not busy. We then proceeded to order food and I pointed at the blackened chicken salad on the menu and said I also wanted fries and zingers. 5 minutes later she said "you wanted the steak salad right?" I said no this one and she told me not to point at pictures ever again (even though I pointed at the correct one). The salad comes out 20 minutes later and 5 minutes after that I ask where the rest of the food was. She proceeded to argue with us telling us we didn't order anything else. Then eventually she said "oh I remember now." Towards the end of this entire mess we ordered 2 shots of tequila and she walked away from the bar after cleaning stuff up comes back 10 minutes later to pour the shots that I'm assuming she just remembered we ordered (didn't give us lime wedges for patron shots). Our order wasn't the only one she messed up as the people near us had their order wrong too. The entire experience was honestly uncomfortable and I felt she was kind of patronizing. I've been a server since I was 18 and I hate to write reviews like this but something needs to be done because that was the worst bar tending experience I've ever witnessed.
