One of the things I like about Ranch Road jewelry is they are able to do small repairs right on site. I was able to come and retrieve it the very next day. I did have a little bit of sticker shock-probably because it's been quite some time since I've had any jewelry repaired. It was a little over $100 with tax. It looked as good as the day I bought it! They also have some lovely jewelry in their display cases.

I can't say enough good things about Ranch Road Jewelry…read more I found them through a recommendation in my neighborhood Facebook group when I was looking for a jeweler willing to repair two of my daughter's pieces. These were not expensive items, in fact, they were cheaply made, but they were incredibly meaningful and irreplaceable, as they were gifts from her aunt who lives in another country. From the very beginning, neither the woman who helped me nor the owner hesitated or made me feel like the job wasn't worth their time. One of the pieces, a bracelet, turned out to be especially difficult to repair, but they kept working on it until they figured out a way to fix it, and they succeeded. Seeing how happy my daughter was made it all worth it. They even apologized to me for how long it took, which was completely unnecessary, as the extra time was clearly due to the care and effort they put into finding a solution. On top of all of that, their pricing was more than fair, and they even cut me a deal! Which truly felt above and beyond and completely unexpected. The customer service was exceptional. Every interaction was friendly, kind, and down to earth. I was genuinely impressed and will be recommending Ranch Road Jewelry to anyone and everyone. I'll also be buying all of my jewelry there from now on. Just a great place all around.

Stall Jewelers does that. I needed an extension on a necklace because I just didn't like the length. Norma added an ADJUSTABLE extension that I can slide easily and adjust to whatever I am wearing. The extension also let's me put on the chain over my head, without struggling with the tiny clasp. I broke my grandmother's ring. Stall Jewelers restored it like new. And my Grandmother's grandparents ring was cleaned and buffed to a thing of beauty. They have a vast selection of fine jewelry. Beautiful pieces for yourself or as gifts for others. If you need a real jeweler... an honest jeweler, an experienced jeweler, a fair jeweler... Stall is your place. YOUR Hometown Austin metro and beyond jewelry store. Family owned and operated, they know jewelery. Yes... MY Hometown Jeweler. MY only choice for the jewelry that matters to me.

The lady seemed put out as if I was asking her to wash my car. She asked to see the watch and when I handed it to her the trap was sprung. I had a new battery for the watch and wanted to see how to get the back off of a snap back and she said it shouldn't be an issue and she would ask. She literally walked 8 feet to a doorway and that's where she threw anchor for the next 18 minutes. It was probably longer and I figure about 3 or 4 minutes had passed before I took notice that she never even asked if I could watch how to get the back off so I started timing her. I let her know it had been over 15 minutes and I needed to go and she didn't even turn around and acknowledge me. Instead, she walked into the room and out of my sight. I asked another employee if she could just return my watch and this whole situation was weird. Snag my watch, never tell me what the cost is and then ignore any simple questions or requests. She went into the magical back room and I took account of the time and 7 minutes later the first rude lady came back and handed me back my battery and said it was the wrong battery. This is a lie. I have 3 Movado Bold watches. She digs up a chart that has all the CRAZY prices listed and tells me it will be $38 due to the cost of the battery and it being a luxury watch. I told her I paid $145 for it at the Navy Exchange at Pearl Harbor and they should raise the prices. It just so happened to be Veteran's Day and she asked if I'd served and I told her that I was in the Navy for 8 years. She thanked me for my service and said "that will be $38". I asked for my watch back and she said it was in pieces and I let her know I would love it in pieces and to please return my property and $38 for a battery is ludicrous for a $145 watch. She stuck to her crappy business model and said to fork over the money or the watch was staying there. As I was getting the extortion payment the other lady comes out and walks over and tells me a different lie. The battery had to come from them or the watch wouldn't be covered under warranty. I asked what all this warranty covered and she wasn't even ready to back up her lie. The rude lady chirps in and tells me it covers just the battery and I immediately shot back with "for how long?" She said she would have to ask. So I gave her 2 twenties and then after another 12 minutes they finally gave me back my watch. I asked again how long was the warranty and she said they would find out and I would have to comeback for the info. What a terrible business model to grab someone's property and then hold it for ransom to return it. AND ON VETERAN'S DAY
