The shrimp are very thinly cut so they have no stiffness to hold the toppings. But, they are very flavorful and filling. The bento box needs a lot of work, you are only utilizing half the plate with a hint of cabbage under the chicken. I would highly recommend you reexamine this dish. It's really very depressing. The flavors are there, it just looks like the clearance bin after Christmas. Like so many other places in Cedar City, empty drinks are a problem here as well. It's iced tea. I know I will get a lot of bias towards this but my wife was at the end of the booth breastfeeding our child. The two young waiters/employees looked and said "what the f**k" and began laughing. I saw one of the employees behind the fountain drinks, attempting to pull his phone out secretly, and pointed it at our table. Once he saw me staring at him, that's when he put his phone away and began sweeping the floor. Not only was this embarrassing for my wife but embarrassing for this whole establishment.
