    Chicken Bento Box & Dukbokki

4/5 Tteokbokki $11 (cheese $3 extra so &14 total)- missing fish cake but not spicy at all, was scared it was gonna be hella spicy cuz it's hella red, tastewise it's very different than any other tteokbokki I've had, can't quite specify how, just different in a good way 5/5 pickled jalapeno - so damn good, spicy, comes as a side with the tteokbokki 3/5 soy garlic chicken bento box $13- my friend said it's ok but she's not a fan of fried chicken 5/5 grape juice $3- def the best canned grape juice I've had, has actual grape chunks in it I'd go back for the grape juice, tteokbokki & pickled jalapeños

Randomly came across this place. I haven't been to queens crossing in a long time. It wasn't as lively as the past. The guy at the counter was very nice and enthusiastic. He asked if this was my first time and gave suggestions. I went with the butter chicken which was good. I thought it was expensive for the price but there was a lot of chicken for leftovers. I'd come back to try the other flavors

I am obsessed with Mimisa's fried chicken! Their butter chicken was juicy and full of flavor. They also have a bunch of other unique flavors such as green grape, blueberry and MORE. I also love their grape soda and their slushies. They also have sides that you have to try such as teokbokki and cheese fries. There is also plenty of seating and the food came out quick! I would definitely come back here again and try their other flavors.

I'm so glad I got to try this spot, because it was actually my favorite meal during my trip to NY! It's located inside a food hall so there were plenty of seats available, and they offer a variety of unique and fun fried chicken flavors. We got the blueberry cream cheese, matcha cream cheese, and corn cheese chicken. Out of these, the blueberry cream cheese was by far my favorite. I was doubting the flavor profile but it works incredibly well together; the cream cheese dip was very light, similar to whipped cream, and added nice sweetness to the chicken. The chicken itself was juicy and lightly seasoned, which allowed the cream cheese to stand out. The matcha and corn cheese were good as well, but if you want to try a bolder flavor then I highly recommend the blueberry cream cheese! I will definitely be coming back if I'm ever in NY and would love to try their other fun flavors.

Came here yesterday and honestly a go to spot on my Korean finds in flushing. My friend and I Had the honey butter chicken, fish cakes, dumplings, spicy fries and tteokbokki. The tteokbokki was not too spicy but packed with flavor, dumplings were juicy and the honey butter chicken was crispy and sweet with every bite. Gotta come back here again. Service was great as the owner gave awesome recommendations and the ambiance can be pretty lively. Gotta go back :)

Such a hidden gem in flushing! Not many Korean places in NYC have oden and I was so happy when I know this place! We ordered butter Korean fried chicken, oden, and toppoki. All really good and the service is great! Love it. Gotta be back if I'm craving for oden

Recently reopened in Queens Crossing Food Hall. They are at stall F4. Since it's in the food hall they share table seating, no seating of their own. They are still cash, zelle or venmo. It took 5-10 minutes for my order to be ready. They are on Grubhub and Fantuan but there is a bit of a price markup. I opted to finally try the menu item that got them viral - the green grape chicken. The chicken is as crispy and tender as before. The grapes are fresh, though the sweet artificial grape syrup is the prominent flavor. The coleslaw helps cut some of the sweetness. Definitely not my favorite flavor, but glad to have tried. I will personally stick to the Blueberry Cream Chicken. Happy to see them back after Landmark Quest Mall closed for renovations!

This place may seem like a gimmick with all the wacky flavors but the chicken here is actually quite good and flavorful. We ordered the Combo #1 with the blueberry cheesecake chicken, dukbokki and fish cakes. Like many people have said, the sweetness from the blueberry/fruit sauce and cream cheese somehow works well with the savoriness of the chicken. The dukbokki was good as well- it wasn't too chewy (which I liked) and tasted great with the cheese and fish cake on top. The staff was helpful and the food came out fairly quick. It's worth a stop if you're in the area and looking for something a little different!

    Rianne A.

The green grape chicken was so good. I've been seeing this on social media for so long and I've been so intrigued by it so I knew I had to try it. I'm really happy I did because it was so unique. The grapes were so plump so sweet probably with some of the best grapes I've ever had. The chicken itself was really crunchy and juicy and I think that's the most important thing to a fried chicken together, it mixes really complementary and it's not too sweet. It is sugary and sweet, but it's not overbearing and this is as someone who doesn't love sweet stuff. I would definitely come back. This was so yummy.

Tried Mimisa recently and it's honestly such a solid find. The Korean fried chicken flavors are a bit different from the usual spots, which made it fun to try. I went with a mix including spicy chicken, fish cakes, and cheesy rice cakes with ramen -- everything was flavorful and hit the spot. Portion sizes were great and I left full (with leftovers, which is always a win). Next time I have to go try their corn cheese chicken and grape chicken combo! Such warm and friendly service!

If you're craving bold, creative, seriously good chicken, this is the place. They offer a lineup of unique flavors like wasabi onion, grape, blueberry, and more -- not your typical options. The chicken is consistently crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. You can round out your meal with classic Korean staples like tteokbokki and fish cake soup, too. They've recently relocated and are now conveniently inside Queens Crossing Mall, making it even easier to stop by. Definitely worth checking out. The food came out quick and the service was great. It's such a fun spot to drop by in this bustling food court.

I'm always so excited to visit Mimisa because the chicken is delicious and the flavors are so creative! Previously, they were at a different strip mall in Flushing and now they have moved here where there's more seating areas. I've had about maybe half the menu at this point, and this time they had new flavors like strawberry and corn cheese! I went with the corn cheese this time and of course - it was simply delicious. There was such a great amount of corn and cheese that even the bottom pieces weren't left out which I really appreciated. Their fry on the chicken was perfectly crispy and chicken stayed juicy. The portion is big enough for 2 people to get full on. My only wish is that they eventually have some sort of sample platter or flavor combo option because there's so much chicken! It would be so great to try 2 flavors. For now though, I will continue to return and try other flavors because it is that addicting!

However, my friends really wanted to try their food, so I obliged. We got a few items. The popcorn chicken was just okay. Too much batter and too little meat. The fried chicken wings were quite juicy, but not much flavor whatsoever. Same goes for the 3 for $5 deal where we ordered spicy. The chicken thigh had a tiny bit of heat, but overall bland. Even worse with the drumstick and whole wing. With high ratings, this was major a letdown. It took me forever to finally try this spot, and it's definitely one and done for me.

The sandwich is very small and looked a bit sad, but honestly, it was decent. The chicken itself was decent, but the sauce was good. I would need to go back and try their actual fried chicken, since I feel like they have better entrees than this. Also, it felt like the chicken sandwich was not fresh at all since it was already a bit cold when I received it. They're located in the New World Mall food court and take credit cards, which is convenient. Overall, I would not recommend the chicken sandwich here, but maybe I'll come back and try the fried chicken.
