One of the other few halal spots in Flushing. The seasoning on the chicken is Chinese five-spice and a whole-lotta white pepper. This flavor profile was new to me and I really enjoyed it. We got the popcorn chicken in medium heat, I would argue it wasn't spicy at all for those who cannot handle heat. I wish there was a sauce to accompany the popcorn chicken as I found it exceptionally dry. Also got the breast cutlet to go. The cutlet was very oily and heavily breaded. You can choose either white or dark meat but it isn't clear on the menu. If I were to pick one, I would choose the popcorn chicken, as it is easier to eat.

Ever since visiting Taiwan and having street food, specifically the chicken cutlet stalls, it's something I crave and can't readily find in the US. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Saw Legend Chicken and immediately decided it was worth dodging all the massage ladies clearly seeking more than massages right outside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I got the leg cutlet because I like dark meat but the worker said the other cutlet is probably double the size and even though it's white meat is still really tender. Will have to try that the next time I'm in town but had my Taiwanese chicken cutlet craving satisfied here!

Nothing bad persay but nothing special either. Chicken is good maybe a little on the pricey side but still tastes good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Service was quick but no seating as it's just a hole in the wall[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

The Spicy Hot Legend Chicken was more hot temperature-wise than it was spice-wise, which is rare and not a bad thing! You could see the heat coming off the chicken. Even wearing the plastic disposable gloves provided, my fingers felt the heat of the chicken. I would recommend using the wooden skewers. The chicken was juicy and tender. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This is very much a grab-and-go spot, but there are some tables and chairs in the small dining hall.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Glad they fix the menu with correct pricing, so no surprised up charging the chicken is very good as always. During the week there's lunch break at 2-3pm now. And closer on Wednesdays

Legend chicken mild spicy with plum powder, legend pops Taiwanese style, broccoli, and green beans

Food was delicious. I loved the chicken. Even with mild spice level it was very spicy! So I recommend not getting it spicy at all. Instead get the plum powder. Also Taiwanese style was a little too garlicky for me but if you're a garlic fan go for it! The broccoli and green beans were also worth it! Service was normal. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Not a lot of place to sit but thankfully was not crowded.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It's definitely worth the trek to Flushing!

Food stall with the stalls on the ground floor and a couple tables for seating in the back. The upstairs used to be seating as well, but is now employee only. They have a digital menu. Service was quick and friendly. The cashier said it would take 5-10 minutes and my order was ready in 5 minutes! Everything was packaged nicely in small containers with a couple skewers in each box. She put in napkins as well. I got the Legend Pops (popcorn chicken) with the hot level spicy. I was told it was very spicy, which was indeed very spicy! Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Although I enjoy the spiciness, I think this would be better enjoyed mild or medium. The spiciness kinda takes away from the chicken. I ended up brushing off the chili powder and flakes, which sucks because it's 50¢ extra for the hot level spicy. I was craving some Blood Rice Cakes, so I got those as well. I went with mild level spicy. They are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, though a little on the salty side. It has a good amount of white pepper too, so if you're not a fan of that, then this is not for you. Decent spot if you're looking to grab and go. I would order in person, as food apps jack up the price, and it's not much of a wait.

Pretty massive cutlet. It had some nice spices on it but some parts of it were a bit dry.

Hands down love their Taiwanese fried chicken! I usually get the leg cutlet and it's cooked to perfection. It always comes out super juicy and crispy. It's located in a store with bunch of other food stalls. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There are limited seats in the back for you to eat the food.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Highly recommend!!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This place is hidden in the small food court.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If you see yaya tea in the front, you're in the right place. Got their legend chicken. The medium hot is SPICY. My spice tolerance is really high so trust me, if you can't handle your spice, tone down. Big portion for the price (I think $14 something ). Thick cut of chicken breast, it has bones, so be careful. Lots of other snack and rice dish too.

Leg cutlet! They even give you gloves and napkins to eat it with haha very thoughtful

Made it to legend chicken! I got the mild since I'm a wimp at spice. The leg cutlet seemed to be the thing to get. My leg cutlet was nicely breaded and was huge! I liked the taste but the seasoning was too white pepper for my taste. My best friend who loves pepper loved this chicken so I'm glad she was able to enjoy it when I couldn't eat it anymore haha. Interested to see what other flavors food they have :)

One of my go to spots whenever I'm in flushing. Their chicken was crispy and juicy. The meat is super tender and flavorful. For the size of the piece of chicken you get the price is extremely affordable.

Solid place for Taiwanese popcorn chicken and other fried taiwanese food. Ive been here 3 times and theyve always been solid. I usually get the popcorn chicken, which i really like. The way it is flavored is perfect. However, it is a little dry. I really liked the caulliflower, it felt healthy but was also really tasty!

A great food joint among several vendors, mostly for take out. Surprising number of vegetarian options. Good seasoning.

There is nice music playing but low enough for conversations to be had. The staff was quick in clearing the table of finished plates and quite attentive. Now the food, 70% of the food was good, tender meats, sushi was decently fresh. The other 30% was unappetizing, the dimsum was sad looking and lacking variety, oyster grilling station took forever to cook, the crabs were lacklustered and didn't taste fresh. Also I'm guessing because of the promotion, a lot of items left off the menu (no snow crab legs, or abalone to name a few) Overall for the promotional price, definitely worth coming to try, better than most buffets in the city and the positives outweigh the negatives and you will definitely leave full.

My hubby loves canto style scrambled eggs with shrimp over rice. The texture of taste of the shrimp in the egg mixture was perfect. Everytime I eat the salted egg yolk with shrimp fried rice, I'm always wondering what the crunchy texture is in every bite. Still haven't figured it out yet. Love the texture and the salted egg yolk taste of this dish. Ordered the staple lemon ice tea. So refreshing and the sweetness was perfect. Service was fast and attentive and I always loved sitting there surrounded by the HK style booths and wall art. Funny thing is we were testing out the new ai feature in the car, and was told that the cafe accepted only cash or Venmo. I had to ask the cashier while paying if Venmo was truly a form of payment they accepted and he said "yes". Didn't realize that.

I don't know if it's because my taste buds have changed but the food just wasn't as great as I remembered it. That being said, I definitely still enjoyed it. Stating off with what I liked most, the pineapple soda was super refreshing. It was not too sweet and perfectly bubbly with bits of pineapple within. The carbonara was great as well. The noodles were perfectly al dente and I just enjoy creamy noodles to begin with. The curry fishballs are always a staple and the same goes with the steamed rice rolls with mixed peanut sauce. Cannot go wrong with those two appetizers. The sandwich was a little disappointing. I know the items are in the name of the sandwich but it fell really flat and I guess I was expecting a little more. The baked rice was not great either. It took a long time to arrive which we weren't upset about as we were warned when we ordered but for something that took so long, I expected it to be a lot better. Maybe we just ordered the wrong item and should've gotten the baked noodles instead of the rice? Overall the food was okay, the service was good and the restaurant liked very nice and clean. I enjoyed the fact that the menu was under a glass on the table so I was able to keep looking at it too while I was eating to see if there was anything else that looked interesting.
