This was completely online with no personal contact. This type of consultation is at best a launching pad. I was expecting much more. The plan put forth was typical plan pulled from the internet. Or wait....according to Tyler.....Hours of time put in for a plan that said eat protein, carbs and veg. I also know my way around a gym. He did nothing to formualte a plan for the equipment I had acess to. I am not a guy who needs to lose weight. My goal is the direct opposite. My contact with him was money and time lost period.
