This team is by far the best choice, and I have used multiple cleaning services over the years, it does not get better than this. Maricela and her team are absolutely amazing. Really quick on communications and responses, showed up early, and at a much better value than others in the area. They showed up fully equipped and asked a few questions and got to work immediately. The house is sparkling clean in a way that I haven't seen in a long time. There were sections and piles of clothes I was tearing my hair out over that they went and took care of without my needing to ask! I can't tell you how much I appreciate them and how happy I am with their work. Extremely respectful to anything and everything they touched, everything is shining squeaky clean and smells fantastic, and best part? My cat loves them. Animals know something we humans don't and my cat was a happy camper. I cannot recommend this team and company enough. I called on a Friday to inquire about cleaning services then confirmed over text a Monday at 3pm appointment. She texts me Monday morning saying that her other client before me requested additional services, so she asked if I wanted her to come at 10am the next day. I was already annoyed because I took Monday off work to clean and organize. I replied asking if she could come after her first appointment. No reply. I followed up 2.5 hours later. She replied she was busy. I sent a follow up text almost four hours later. She said she could come around 1pm on Tuesday (next day). At 11:30am on Tuesday, I text to confirm. She says she's at a meeting at her son's school, but yes. At 1:37pm, I ask if she's coming soon. She says she's waiting on her son's teacher for the meeting. I say I understand, but it would be great if she could keep me updated with timing. She did not reply. I check in at 3:40pm. No response again. I call at 4:01pm. She does not pick up. I end up cancelling the appointment even though I doubt she was ever planning to come. Unless there's an explanation, it seems like she lied. She said she was at the meeting at 11:30am then says she's waiting for the meeting with the teacher at 1:54pm. As you can see in the texts I uploaded, she fails to communicate and update me in a timely manner.. or at all really. This experience was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. I would've happily paid more to another company from the start to guarantee the service I requested. EDIT: Maricela's daughter and husband called to make things right, which I appreciate, but I decided to book another house cleaner. Also, 6 reviews were posted after I posted my review lol. Within the past 3 hours. Clearly they're faking reviews because some of the posters have only ever posted once. They're trying to drown my review. Second experience with was catastrophic. She not only canceled abruptly at 11:45PM the night before the service. She and her team of maids are never the same. Maria, is a wicked and a incompetent business woman. In order to run a legitimate business in the state of California you need insurance. She caused significant damage to our property within the apartment. As well as a potentially dangerous fire hazard. I addressed it to her two weeks later. I was hospitalized. (We formed a friendship prior to this.) she denies any responsibility and claims no insurance. Also, keep a close eye on your personal cleaning products. They will use it with no excuse. Have a written contract and avoid like the plague. I will be seeing Maria and Amazing Maid's in court. Reporting her to the BBB as well and verifying it she is a licensed to run a business. I would find that they started cutting corners because they were very busy and skipping things that would normally have been done such as: not cleaning shower walls (i would still see spots); not cleaning or dusting blinds; dusting around objects instead of picking it up and dusting the area entirely; and not vacuuming as thoroughly as before. I would communicate with them each time when I would notice areas neglected and I would always receive an apology with promise to do better next time. After 2 months of "We will do better next time. I will take care of you" - I started to feel taken advantage of...keep in mind I was still paying full price and getting mediocre work. Finally got tired of this and had to let them go. It's very unfortunate that the quality of work changed and all that was promised and provided up front was later ignored.
