The food is from what I remember has been consistent and delicious, the only thing that's notable changed is the price, which can be on the pricier side nowadays unfortunately. This time around I took a small group of friends here and ordered some of my favorites. The peking style pork chop is a classic here, deep fried and moist with a sweet and sour sauce. The best part about this dish is that there's no bones either (unlike some of the other pork dishes). The beef chow fun is what I believe the best beef chow fun in MN. It's so freaking good I think you just have to try it for yourself. Another classic starter dish I got was the seafood tofu soup. Hot, thick seafood soup with tofu is refreshing to start with, and when you top it off with a dash of white pepper it gets even better. The fried oysters are a recent addition to my favorites; cripsy without too much fishiness/oceanic flavor, and also very meaty. The batter and salt/pepper onion flavoring is also very strong and pairs well with the oysters. And lastly I usually get some sort of vegetable. This time around I got the yu choi in garlic sauce, which was clean and just tender enough to add a nice bite of fresh veggie to our meal. I would also recommend the achoy or chinese brocolli if you're into that as well. They also give you a free dessert of what I think is taro tapicoa soup? Either way it's a nice sweet treat to end the meal on.

The ribeye was perfectly marinated and tender, tossed with a variety of vegetables and stir-fried noodles. The wings were terrific and the General Tso's was perfect. Don't sleep on the cucumbers either...smoky, spicy, and sweet, with peanuts and sauce. My favorite potstickers were the Beef & Carrots and the Kimchi Pork. If you're looking for scratch-made Asian fusion with great hospitality, Potsticker is hard to beat.
