It's such an intimate and beautiful space with great music for ambiance. Our server Angel was so sweet. Everyone was very attentive and it felt like a family. The chef even came to greet us at the end of the meal. Such a nice touch. Now for the food. WOW! We ordered just about one of everything. It's all made to order right there in a gorgeous outdoor grill. My favorite was the sausage. It came w a perfect sauce and grilled sourdough. The chicken thighs are the juiciest and most tender I've ever had. I should've ordered more. The grilled short ribs were my next favorite, they have a nice mesquite taste. I'm not a seafood lover but I tried the paella and it didn't taste fishy at all. It was fresh and really captured that ocean essence. The rice had great heat without being too spicy. Lastly, the gem lettuce salad was the perfect cold starter to share with the table. I hear their dinner service has so much to offer with more menu options. I didn't really have a specific place in mind, but just walked over to this stand first. The guys here are really chill and they move really fast and efficiently. You walk up order what you want and they prepare it for you. You pay at the end of the line. They accept, cash or Zelle. As for the vibe, it feels like you're part of a neighborhood cookout and I love it! I really do love places like this, especially if the food is really good. The tacos and mulita were excellent, and the toppings were fresh and the salsas available were all very delicious. Friends, Fluff's Tacos has spent the last week in Altadena making food for victims of the…read moredevastating wildfires. We were also the with Chefs Ramoncito who came from Miami to also help those affected. Both of these men donated their time and food DAILY for 4 days until they ran out. It was a pleasure getting to work side by side with them; but more importantly, getting to know these two amazing humans!
