My first complaint is they use to stay open till 9 pm which was convenient for me since I always go to my storage to pick things up now they close at 6pm at which I can't make and now have to wait for the weekends to go. my rent has went up twice within 8 months. other than that, the guy who drives around telling everyone to leave isn't around which is good. read more

If I could give less than one star I would. I've been a customer there for many years they never seem to get the billing right. They send you an invoice with no online payment link. They have a secondary billing system where they send you a text but they do it inconsistently and then charge your late fee. No one nails checks anymore. Send the link in the first place and it will get paid that day. The late fee is not going to break me it's just an unnecessary reminder of how unprofessional you are. Your invoice even states that you're only going to email them to help the environment but yet you expect everyone to write a check and mail it back to you in a paper envelope. Hypocrisy. read more

One month ago our unit was broken into and was NOT informed about it in any form what so ever. Over $2,000 worth of belongings were stolen along with 13 other units due to lack of security and security cameras. I strongly recommend storing your belongings at a safer more secure storage. read more

Friendly and helpful staff. This location is very convenient for where we live and we've got a good space for all the stuff we can't fit in our garage. PLEASE READ!! I was helping my boss move items from storage while I entreated the property one of the staff members followed me. when I got off my truck to help my boss move items into my truck. I noticed the staff "Joan"was taking pictures of me. I found it odd because she wouldn't stop staring at me and taking pictures of me and my car until I left the property. While I got to the gate I noticed the staff was waiting for me at the gate until I left. I than hear her yell "This guy is a retard and is in everyone's way" so than I asked her what the problem was and she just kept calling me a retard and to leave" I assume the reason she kept following me and kept staring at me was because I am Hispanic. I felt so RACIALLY profiled by this place that I would NOT recommend to come here. read more
