I got my transmission replaced by them. Before I had the work done I had him inspect the car since it is a 2012 with 108,000 miles. He told me I would need to replace my timing belt soon, and I had a couple oil leaks. My water pump had a small leak. I gave him the ok to fix the transmission and my water pump. And in doing so they had to flush my coolant system. I picked my car up and 4 hours later it overheated on the freeway. I had it towed back to them the next day. The following day they called said my car was ready. He said the lower radiator hose was rubbing on something and all the fluid came out. The same hose that they had to remove to drain the coolant. My car never overr heated before this. I picked it up and less than 3 miles it overheated again. I took it back only for him to tell me that the head gasket was blown. I left the car there 5 days thinking he would fix it since it clearly happened from the work that they did. I called and he told me the head gasket was blown and basically I needed to pay. He also said it may not be worth fixing the engine, I'm assuming so that I buy an engine from him. Him and the other mechanic clearly knew they messed up, because they were all quiet and you could see the guilt in all of their faces. And the owner Edmond says, "STUPID HOSE!" Like really? So now I have to fight it out with the BAR and courts. Please avoid this place for auto repairs. They will take no accountability if damage they clearly cause. His responses alone show how unprofessional he is. Bringing up a genocide with customers, etc. Even the response to my issue is just level 10 un-professionalism. A good businessman would try to come to a resolution. But as you see he just goes into defense mode with everyone that has anything bad to say. Class act. read more

I can't recommend this shop highly enough. I brought in my 2014 Mini Cooper S with some serious issues, low compression in two cylinders and a bad turbo. Other shops quoted me way higher, and some made me feel like I was totally out of luck. But Edmond was honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly fair. They explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and treated me with real respect. The only drawback is that it is very difficult to find parking. I ended up having my daughter drop me off since there was no parking. If I could give zero stars, I would. It amazes me how many people that paid Ed to give him five star fake reviews. I took my mini to his place. I am a mechanic bike trade. I told him it was having a problem with the O2 sensor if he could fix the problem and I wanted a timing chain put on. Well, when I called him back an hour later he said it had a brand new timing chain, which I know it didn't and that all it needed was the front cover to be resealed. When I picked up the car, it was now smoking like a train and he put old spark plugs in the car so it would run funny and I would bring it back. I have now run into a cylinder head problem due to the fact that he put bad plugs in it. The guy is a shyster and a fraud. Do not go to this guy to get your mini fixed or even to buy parts. I purchased a used mini cooper with very high miles. This is my 4th mini that I have owned. I live close to a Mini/BMW dealership so I figured servicing it would be easy. Naturally, after a few months of ownership, my high mileage Mini's engine light turned on. I had it inspected by the dealership and they wanted an obscene amount of money to repair it. I desperately researched repair shops by referrals and on mini cooper forums. Hands down, Mini World was recommended by several people. When I drove the distance to Mini World - I knew I was in the right place. They fixed my engine issue for a fraction of what the dealership wanted and it runs beautifully. My car was always been serviced by a dealer up until now. I have been hearing rattling noice in my engine, a friend said to change my oil and get a tune up, I have been frustrated cause this noise just won't go away. I searched on YELP and came across Mini World, I wanted to give them a try since they have a good review on YELP.. I called on Monday 3/9/2020 made an appointment and got one for Thursday 3/12/2020 @ 9:30am. I came in the shop today and was greeted by Edmond, told him the issues and I told him I needed an oil change and tune up. He first checked my oil, I was shocked to learn that I was driving w/o oil in my car. He then continued to check my spark plugs and filter,it was brown, filthy like it has never been changed.. At this point I was becoming more frustrated with the dealer that's been servicing my car... Grrr... DON'T take your car to the dealer... Edmond was very helpful in diagnosing my car issues, he showed me and gave me a little education on how to care for my car..
