Considerate enough to ask if you need to use the restroom before the session begins. 2. Sits you down and consults what your preference of eyebrow style is. 3. She will then dip a string with erasable ink and line your brow area in order to make the tattoo symmetrically even. 4. Proceeds to draw in the style you ask. Adjust to your liking. I personally wanted it thinner and more arched, which she negotiated and fixed for me without hesitation. You know how some artist out there can be and fight to be right. 5. She applies a numbing cream. Sets it in for a bit then starts needling. 6. Finished! She hands you a mirror to see how you like it so far since she genuinely cares if it matches your preferences. 7. Afterwards you get a cute mini hustle butter to apply on your brows. Safe to use and smell so much better than aquaphor. 8. Gives you a run down on after care and lets you know to text her if you got any questions. 2nd session for touch up - Quicker session since it's just to check up if you want it darker or wanna add more detail. Not only was getting my eye brows largely painless (I fell asleep during the touch up) but she was super considerate and checked in multiple times to make sure I was happy with the shape, color and shading. She was also flexible in scheduling and very responsive to her messages. In terms of precautions she wore a mask the whole time and there's hand sanitizer available at the entrance of the business and each individual business has its own room so there's little to no exposure to any other clients or anyone working there. I love Vivian! I just got my touch up and I could not be happier with the results. I've been wanting to get my eyeliner tattooed for awhile to shave off some time in the morning while getting ready. I came here for combo brow, wanted something more natural with some filling and more strokes. Viv was super nice and helpful. She applied numbing gel on and drew a trace of my brows. We went over the color and went to work. We looked at the mirror several times to check. I suggest looking at it not under the bright light. The brows began to sting as the numbing gel wore off. I have a touch up in 6 weeks so can't wait. I got home and saw that I needed more shading, (def will need touch up). It's a bit dark but was told it will get lighter in a few days. I did a lot of research prior to deciding to go with Vivian for an ombré brow session. I've never had my brows worked on before so I was a little hesitant and had a lot of questions. Vivian was great at answering them all and she was very diligent in her work. After the initial session, I was worried because the brows looked really dark but it did flake and fade to a natural coloring after a week or two. I recently completed my eyebrow service with Vivian. For several years I had self esteem issues because the second time I got my eyebrows done (in Korea), my brows ended up blotchy and uneven. I've done my fair share of lash lifts but after a few weeks they started to become perm-like, which makes my lashes looks bushy, and very difficult with using mascara. Came here for a Yumi lash lift. Vivian was the person doing it and she was very helpful. Prior to the decision of getting it done, I messaged her on Yelp with questions and she was quick to get back to me and was very informative. Her suite is located by pacific commons shopping center in a building with many other rooms for salons and beauty services. You sign a waiver before starting. She's in suite 6 I believe. I laid on a table and flipped my lashes onto a silicone piece, applied solution and brushed out the hairs so they can be permed. After a while, she covered my eyes with some heating thing and a blind fold which was nice and relaxing. We talked and Vivian was really nice. Talking made the time go by faster. After taking off the blind fold, it was really bright but she did warn me. Overall, pretty easy process. My lashes aren't too long, but I can definitely see all of them curled. She also made sure that I was comfortable and let me take a look every so often. It took a little more than a week to heal and peel. I was very fortunate to have a friend refer me to Minnow. Of course, one can be nervous when choosing a permanent tattoo artist. I really enjoyed my experience. I not only used word of mouth, but I also researched styles I liked. I thought I wanted the hair by hair method of tattooing, but actually chose the ombre style instead. I chose ombre, because I really like the filled in look. I saved some of my favorite brow looks from instagram, and showed my tattoo artist. I have several tattoo's on my body, including a tattoo on my sternum. This procedure was not painful, a little twinge of pain at the beginning, but not as painful as lip injections. The experience was very professional. Vivian Le has a very open communication style, she listened to my needs, looked at the photos I brought with me, and mapped my eyebrows. Vivian took time to show me the arch styles and soften the arch to give it a more pleasing presentation. The price for the service was reasonable and you can pay via cash or card (square pay.) My brows look awesome I have had so many compliments. I am due to schedule my touch up with Vivian. I am excited that she is certifying to perform the eye liner tattooing as well. I cant wait. It has cut so much time off of my morning routine to not have to mess with my eyebrows. Healing time was about one week. There is a little bit of itching during the healing process, and about 2 days or irritation to the area causing slight discomfort, but well worth it. Mostly healed in 2 weeks. I love them! read more
