    13. Spicy Wonton (no spiciness at all) and cilantro? Seriously?

The place was okay looking, not busy at all and service was so-so. Noticed one of the employees at lunch sitting in front of us no issue with people taking breaks but person was spitting out something and kept on doing it. Food wise the place was recommended but I'm going to have to call BS. Flavor was not even there. The chili oil was not even hot. No salt used at all for cooking? I would not and will not go back.

I was craving dumplings so me and some friends decided to try out this spot. The ambiance was good. Not many people inside but it was decorated nicely and tables were spaced out well. Clean environment. Waiters were friendly, smiled and gave us enough time to review everything. Answered questions we had about menu. We decided to get multiple items and to share since it was our first time. Everything we got we finished. I even told the waiter ,"no togo boxes for us!" If your in the area, I recommend checking it out. Like I said, we finished everything it was all good, but my top fave was the pork buns! They do have tables for up to 6ppl. Cool spot to go with friends or family to try a few plates and share so you can taste a little bit of everything! Definitely going back.

Had dinner and order the dumpling soup. Fantastic. Fried rice with pork, beef and shrimp had just the amount of seasoning. BBQ bows were ok to me but wife thought hey were a 9 out of 10. Also ordered the beef dumplings that were very juicy are gingery. All in all a good place.

Veggie dumplings (far left), veggie fried noodles, pork & shrimp dumplings (far right), and Thai tea.

We stopped in after our first choice was super packed, and I'm so glad we did! My husband got the pork & shrimp dumplings, I ordered veggie dumplings, and my son had the veggie noodles. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and came out hot and fast. The veggie noodles especially surprised us! Service was good (a few more smiles wouldn't hurt ). My only suggestion is spicier chili or more chili options and more veggies in veggie dumplings. This place is cute, quiet ambiance with a steady flow of people. We'll definitely be back!

My hubby dined here after his Tee Time golfing w his boys. He sent mee the menu and I ordered to go for dinner. 5. Beef Roll is the perfect appetizer to start off your meal. It's filled w green onions and nicely wrapped in a roti dough type of wrap. Isn't too thick. 38. Scallion Beef is similar to Mongolian beef but w a lot of scallions. Isn't over powering so don't let the scallions scare you. Stir fry type of dish. Really good. 84. Hot & Sour Soup was ok. I've had better. I felt it was missing an ingredient. It did hit the spot though for a hot & sour soup. Food was all good. Definitely recommended if you're in the area or passing thru. Order to go. You won't regret it. Hubby said service was quick along w associates being friendly. Received the food in a timely manner along w the to go order. It was during 4 pm on a Sunday evening.

First time dining at Min's and had a great experience. The host (possibly owner) was extremely nice. She helped with the order and was tentative throughout the meal; ensuring I was satisfied. The food was fantastic! I had the onion pancakes, beef noodle soup, green beans with beef and dumplings. The portion sizes are enough for two or three. I ordered far too much but happy to have leftovers for the following day. The food ordered tasted authentic and seasoned nicely. Everything was cooked fresh to order and served family style. The host was kind enough to package the leftovers for me. She also brought me extra sauce to go. The ambience is chill, casual and they played good music. Definitely looking forward to revisiting Min's soon.

Everything was really good. It was refreshing to find a place this close to home that actually hit the spot--even my parents thought it was good, which says a lot. We usually end up driving out to Rowland Heights for Chinese food, so having something like this down the street in Corona is nice. The pan fried shao mai was probably the surprise favorite for me since I've never had it prepared that way before. The xiao long bao wrapper was a little thicker than what I'm used to, but it was still good. Honestly, nothing we ordered disappointed. Food came out pretty quickly too, so even though there's usually a line, it moves faster than you'd expect.

I grew up eating Hong Kong style dim sum so I am very picky with my dim sum. We were greeted by a very friendly lady who sat us at a table. There are about 10 tables inside to sit and eat there. You can also order for pickup. The restroom and restaurant is kept very clean. You order by scanning the QR code. They do have a good selection to choose from. We got the usual items like shumai (pork dumplings), har gar (shrimp dumplings), pork spareribs, chicken sticky rice wrapped in lotus leaves, bbq pork buns, egg tarts, and I had to try the beef stew rice noodle soup. The server was very attentive to us while she took care of 4 other tables on her own. You do have to pay at store and not on the app when you're ready to checkout. The food came out fast and it tasted fresh. Portion size of the items are great. The bbq pork bun dough was a bit mushy to me. I like when the bun is fluffy and soft. The egg tart was perfect and not overcooked. The shumai and har gar was delicious and huge. The chicken sticky rice was very yummy . The spareribs were a bit fatty but had great flavor. The beef stew rice noodle soup was not my favorite. The beef stew was tender but it lacked flavor and the soup needed more flavor. Overall, we are happy we found a dim sum place that isn't too far from home and we don't have to drive down to OC or LA to eat. We will definitely come back if we have cravings for dim sum.

It's truly generational for our family. This place holds so many memories and such a special place in my heart. It's part of the heart of Corona. The service is always warm and welcoming. The ambiance has that classic charm with old-school booths and beautiful brick architecture -- which makes it even more meaningful to me because my grandpa actually helped put some of that brickwork in when he was alive and working in construction. And the food... so, so good. Especially on a cold, rainy day -- their soup hits every time. If you're local and haven't been, this is your sign to go support a hometown staple.

It took about 40 minutes just to get our drinks and have our order taken, and then another 50 minutes for the food to arrive. I politely asked several times when our food would be coming out. The restaurant was not very busy and there were several open tables, so I wasn't sure what the delay was. After waiting an additional 15 minutes, one dish came out, and a few minutes later the rest of the order arrived. Unfortunately, the server also brought the entrée I had clearly canceled when placing the order. I explained that I had canceled it, but she insisted that my mother had ordered it. I calmly told her that I was the only one who spoke and placed the order--my mother hadn't even asked for anything. She continued insisting that we keep the dish because it was already made. When I politely declined, she pointed at my mother and said she had ordered it. My mother responded that she hadn't even spoken. At that point, the server raised her voice and became aggressive, saying we had ordered it and had to keep it. Her attitude shifted completely from polite to confrontational. We remained calm and did not escalate the situation. Eventually, when she realized we weren't going to argue or cause a scene, she took the dish back and walked away. That reaction was completely uncalled for. Additionally, I observed something else that was concerning. A group of African Americans and Hispanic men came in, and there were about four tables open at the time. They were told they had to wait 40-50 minutes to be seated, while other guests who came in after them were seated right away. From what I witnessed, it felt discriminatory based on how they were dressed. That was very uncomfortable to see. At the end of the day, this is a business. We can't pick and choose who gets service. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect. This is my personal experience and observation. I won't take away from the fact that the food was delicious, but the customer service was awful and the delays were absurd. If a restaurant is busy and the food is this good, there should be enough staff scheduled to provide proper service. Because of the service experience, I will not be returning.

I didn't even bother to write a review at that time, but had submitted five photos, some good, others not, that told the tale. So this time, with some trepidation, we gave them a second chance. Glad we did. This time was different. Two dishes, the black bean ribs and the salt & pepper pork chops, turned out great. Not only did they have good flavor, both dishes were quite generous and meaty. And if we had stopped ordering right there, I wouldn't have had any reason to drop a star. It was the dim sum that almost ruined it. The siu mai (8 pcs) were small and oddly fishy tasting, lacking the traditional aromatics. One bite and I knew there was no way I would continue eating them. No reason to bring them home either. Was I willing to just throw away my $13? No. Disappointed, I bravely told the server, and then, the manager. I got a "deer in the headlights" response, followed with a "what's wrong with it" query. Awkward moment. But, minutes later, the server returned from the back kitchen, and the most miraculous, unexpected thing happened. She said they would take it off my bill! Honestly, I was not expecting any resolution. But in wisely doing this, they frankly rescued the situation and my attitude. I respected that one gracious gesture. So, while the siu mai will still never be anything I order here, there is a vast menu to explore, and a few dishes I already know will not let me down. Two of these were from our first time, the char siu baos and the shrimp with scrambled egg. These were good. That said, this is a decent business that proved they wanted my business. We will come back.

The buffet itself has a huge selection, and everyone seemed especially excited about the fresh seafood options. My niece even tried snail for the first time, which impressed me! There's also a large variety of sushi, which many of our guests enjoyed. Some of my personal favorites were the black pepper chicken, green beans, and sautéed mushrooms. Everything else looked delicious too, but I was already full. Next time I'll definitely come prepared with a bigger appetite to really take advantage of the AYCE experience. One thing I wish they offered was more beverage choices. The options were limited to soda fountain drinks, green tea, and unfiltered water, which wasn't the best selection to pair with such a wide variety of foods. There were also plenty of fried comfort foods like pizza and fries, which made it a great place for both adults and kids since there's truly something for everyone. The staff was friendly and attentive, and overall it was a great place to gather with family and celebrate a special milestone.
