Pretty fast service when dining in; delivery takes about 45 minutes, but you can order online. The biggest downside of this Minsky's location is that their hummus isn't the same as the location in River Market (which was my favoritest favorite), so unless they all changed recently, avoid the hummus here (it's not terrible, but not delicious). The reviews are old! Give them a chance! Ok, the first time we went we had rotten service. But the pizza was so good we tried again! We were not disappointed! The service at this spot is great. The servers we have had were sweet and attentive. The bartender told me all about a DELICIOUS craft beer. We have ordered takeout numerous times since and always received what we need. Disappointment in service....placed an online delivery order at 6:54 pm, food delivered at 8:41 pm. Pizza was luke warm at best. The buffalo chicken pizza did not come with the side of blue cheese & the tiramisu looked like it had been scooped into the to go container by a 5 yr old. Now I don't expect perfection but presentation should still matter to any restaurant that cares about their reputation. Once the delivery driver arrived I asked if it was busy and he said....yeah....it got busy. Then I told him what time we had ordered our food...then he said....yeah....they were down a driver....but never in any of this conversation did he apologize for it taking so long. While I haven't had problems with other Minsky's, this particular location (Bradley) is not trustworthy for take out. They may get the order right, but the quality is sub par and not worth paying twice what you pay at competitors. Just tonight, our Philly cheesesteak pizza had toppings unevenly dispersed to an extreme (portions with no cheese or toppings, just sauce, and meat in piles), and the cheesy bread was burnt to a crisp. They only seem to do it well every four or five times we order, and we give up. We might consider eating in the restaurant where we can send the food back if it's poor quality, but we will go elsewhere to order take out. read more

One Job...Cook Pizza...could not get it right! I just spent $61 on two pizzas and wings. All three were under cooked and inedible. We placed the items in the oven to finish cooking them and Minsky's agreed to bring new items. I have never written a review until now. This location needs to get its act together. I Ordered one large pizza at 5:40p on a Sunday and was told 25 min. I arrived at 6p and was told it wasn't ready yet and it would be about 10 min. I finally got my pizza at 6:38p. The management of this establishment is horrible. When I asked to see the manger, who I could see sitting in his office, I was ignored. After the 3rd demand he finally came out and agreed to give my money back. He then told me it'd be 3 or 4 more minutes...that was at 6:25p. Good luck if you choose to order a pizza here. read more

Ordered curbside pickup online. They said 55 minutes to pick up. When I arrived nobody came to my vehicle so I had to get out and go find someone. They said they were running behind and would be an extra 20 minutes. After waiting over an hour and watching the young servers goofing around outside instead of checking on orders I found a Manager and told him I had been waiting an hour and 15 minutes, walla here comes the kid with my order. 2 1/2 hours to make a couple of Calzones. My son and I routinely come in after one of his youth soccer games and order carry-out while sitting at the bar. My son will order a lemonade and an appetizer while we wait for our order and the wait staff always makes sure to give him a to-go cup when our order is up. Always brings a smile to his face. Pizza is good. But this location will not honor other Minskys coupons. I have found that the management here is ruthless and puts profit ahead of keeping the customer happy. When anything is wrong they argue with you and make you work hard to get any compensation. I called tonight to place an order and the cocky manager got sideways with me over a coupon from another location. He wanted to price gouge me as a regular customer. Screw that! Does anyone know who owns the Minsky's at 159th street and MurLen? It used to be so good and I continue to hope it will get better but each time I order it's just horrible. Today was my last attempt. First noticeable problem toppings were sloshed to one side of the pizza, this includes the sauce and cheese so some slices are just crust. Problem 2 I ordered a large and got a medium (I even measured to confirm, 12" not 14"). Problem 3, spoke to manager who insists it was a large because person that delivered it is the one that cut it and he said it was a large (I'm sorry, when did you have this conversation considering I just told you my complaint?!) Final problem after hanging up with the 'manager', pizza tastes horrible. I love Minsky's but will never order from this location again. read more

Great pizza, but delivery service is really slow, normally 45 min to an hour. Sometimes longer. Doesn't seem to matter if I order on a Tuesday or a Saturday, it's always slow and I normally have to reheat it in the over for about 10 minutes, which defeats the purpose of delivery! This place is a joke. Went in with friends for dinner and drinks and while they advertise and have a full bar they do not have a bar menu for mixed drinks. They seemed confused by our questions as to how we were going to order a mixed drink and what the price would be without a menu, so after three different servers and then the manager coming over he said to tell him what we wanted and he would tell us the price. I have never had this type of experience before and don't understand how they plan to sell alcohol if they don't have a menu with prices. Food took forever to come out and was not heated through....cheese not all melted and veggies not cooked. Good food but place is not clean. Bathroom toilet had feces on lid and all inside toilet. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Gross. I about lost my lunch after walking in the bathroom - couldn't use the restroom there. I was going to tell the waitress but she was too busy chasing other waiter around and acting silly. This place is cramped even though it's in a great location. Customer Service can be hit or miss depending on who your waiter is. Some are responsive and others disappear until you are ready to pay. The pizza was amazing! The service was very poor. I think this girl had all the tables in the front half of the store. We come to minsky's every time my friend visits from Germany. This was the closet to us at the time. We got our drinks from a male gentleman and then another lady came to wait on us. The pizza took forever to come out. Other families received our pizza's before us that came after us. We thought she forgot to put in our order. Our waitress bought out drinks and the finally our pizza came out. While eating she brought by our check. Never came to check on us anytime after we got the pizza but brought the check? We were finished eating and we sat there for over 20+ minutes waiting for her to come by to tell her we wanted to order pizza to go until some kid removed our plates and then told him. We ordered a small but got charged a large? Then while we waited for the other pizza Togo we wanted our bill but the waitress was too busy.
