10/10 every time I've come here the staff is always so friendly and quick despite it usually being very busy!! I have tried the date late, sumac latte, and the pistachio latte and you honestly can't go wrong with any of them!

I've never had such good coffee in this area until now. My friend recommended this spot for their pistachio latte, and as soon as I heard that I knew I had to come try it out. They have a decent amount of seating but it is a little cramped, so just be mindful of that. I got the iced pistachio latte with oat milk, which came out to around $9 (quite pricey, but all places are nowadays). The drink was SO GOOO though! The pistachio flavor was actually present, and the espresso was so smooth. It was the perfect level of sweetness all around too. We also tried their minitish cake which was decent but nothing too standout. I want to try their pistachio croissant and date latte next!

So happy we stumbled upon this coffee shop that is easily is the best coffee we had in all of Seattle and North America. I can't explain the frights that danced on my tongue when I had the pistachio latte, tiramisu latte, and the toasted tahini latte. You are going to go bonkers with love if you come here.

Heard good things about this new coffee shop and when I was in the area for an event I finally tried it. The coffee did not disappoint! I ordered the Levantine latte with oat milk and it was delicious. I also got a za'atar croissant and a lemon mint cake to take home. Both were excellent. The cake was flavorful and moist. The service was very friendly! I even asked if I could leave a poster for an event and they said they would try to find some space for it at the counter. This is a popular spot to get work done too, as it was crowded on a friday morning when I went.

The aroma of the place pulls you in. The friendliness of the staff makes you feel like you are at home. The coffee is smooth. I ordered the pistachio latte and it was warm and velvety with notes of roasted pistachio and caramelized sweetness. Each sip was rich and nutty, balanced by a silky espresso finish. The croissants are flaky and buttery with the perfect exterior. The avocado toast was just as delicious. Fresh and bright ingredients but I just wish it had a little more avocado on it. But still a complete perfect bite. Tucked away on a quiet street in capital hill, parking is available on the surrounding streets. There is one ADA parking spot close by. The place gets busy and packed and rightfully so. This coffee spot should be a regular spot in everyone's rotation.

This is amazing how a new indie cafe located on tree lined street one block from Broadway felt like a restful oasis (9/14/25). I savored a Leventine latte and a moist date cake. I sat at the counter facing the sidewalk. It was pleasant having the windows open and just enjoyed being onsite. I look forward to a return visit to try other menu items, especially the sandwiches. Another welcomed addition to Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood!

Yup, will be back! Wanted to support a new Seattle business, and they know what they're doing. I ordered the demask latte and it was 10/10. A little on the sweeter side, will order less sweet next time, but truly the perfect blend of cardamom and orange. The snacks and pastries looked really good, will have to go back for some fall goodies. Space was relatively big, lots of seating for studying/working. Parking: street parking around the neighborhood

Love this coffee shop! Pastries are made in-house. Atmosphere is cute and cozy. Service is excellent. There is space to work with outlets available for laptops. There's also a cute little cozy corner where you can sit and show that also has outlets. Would def recommend. I had a pistachio latte, pistachio, croissant, and the lemon cookie. The latte was not too sweet. The cookie was perfectly soft. And the croissant was to die for... soo gooood. It had some type of pistachio filling.

My sister and I went today and got lattes/the mintish juice, as well as the zaatar grilled cheese. They absolutely knocked it out of the park, best juice i've had in a long time, and the lemon mint combo felt like the perfect last kiss of summer flavors. The flavors were just amazing all around, unlike most typical Seattle coffee shops. To top it off, the owner introduced himself, and was absolutely delightful to speak with. So glad to be able to visit such a special spot, and will certainly be coming back regularly.

    The pistachio coffee was amazing!!

I super enjoyed the pistachio latte, my first! I was a little skeptical but they did it well. This is a good place to bring your laptop and work. Pretty much everyone was doing that over a weekday afternoon. It's quiet too not very loud until around 3:30pm. Service is quick and friendly.

Mintish Coffee is such a lovely spot with a calm, cozy atmosphere that instantly makes you feel welcome. The coffee is smooth, thoughtfully made, and clearly crafted with care, and it's the kind of place you can relax in or get some focused work done. I also really appreciate that it's Palestinian-owned because you can feel the heart and intention behind the space, from the warmth of the service to the overall vibe. It's a beautiful café that feels meaningful, comforting, and worth supporting again and again. i'm obsessed w/ their cardamom iced latte and their za'atar grilled cheese omggg

What keeps me coming back to Mintish is not only the beverages, food, and pastries but also their exceptional hospitality. I have never met owners and staff who are so approachable and dedicated, putting their hearts and efforts into everything they provide for customers. Learning how they started to open revealed their patience and eagerness to bring uniqueness to this area. I learned Levant because of this store. They are living up as a rising sun as well. The place is decorated with creativity, and many people enjoy the open window. The flavor of Turkish coffee is strong, intense, rich, and aromatic. I prefer it black, but I've heard other customers rave about the flavored options. All the signature coffees I've tried, as well as those I've overheard others trying, have been outstanding. The pistachio cheesecake is unlike American or Japanese cheesecake; it is rich, and you can taste the pistachio. My friend, who isn't typically a cheesecake person, enjoyed theirs a lot! The date cake lives up to its description as a rich spiced date cake. I love dates, and if you do too, you will fall in love with this cake. It took me three days to finish! We can't wait to try more of what Mintish has to offer and enjoy being in the space. Thank you for bringing such unique dishes, coffee, and beverages here!

Very cute shop! Good coffee, cute holiday season flavors, and nice looking bites! The folks working were also super friendly even when it was a busy morning. Will definitely be back!

They have so many yummy options, but I settled on a mushroom and Gruyère pastry and an earl grey blueberry cruffin. The mushroom and Gruyère pastry was SO good!!! We ate it the day after and threw it in the air fryer for a couple of minutes, and it was so delicious. The cruffin was huge! Topped with a delicious light Earl grey cream that wasn't too sweet. It was filled with a blueberry cream and was definitely very filling. There's a lot of sugar coating it, as is standard with cruffins, but it's a nice sweet treat. Through several visits: Baguette, Large ($7.95) - Great baguette with bubbling golden exterior complete with the perfectly baked crust even after waiting 3 hours before cutting in and eating. The interior has the perfect moisture level and is delightfully soft and chewy. The taste overall has a deep developed flavor. This is a great baguette. The only problem - the price. I can find ones for half the price that are maybe 80% as good as this one. (5/5) Seasonal Biscuit ($4.50) - This biscuit definitely isn't Southern-style. It's more of a drop biscuit, combining a relatively soft and tender interior with a nice exterior crust, without any flakiness or layering. The interior is almost cake-like in texture and crumb, and is plenty moist. They add plenty of fresh black pepper inside. It's distributed very evenly, giving a peppery bite with every mouthful. Parmesan is added to the top of the biscuit before baking, giving plenty of umami and richness but only on the upper layer. (4/5) Green Vinaigrette Cafeteria Style Pizza ($6.25) - The pizza is kept under a warming lamp, so it starts getting a little dried out after I assume a couple of hours spent there. I do love the base though - it's focaccia-like giving a really crunchy dark golden brown crust underneath, which supports the toppings. The pizza slice has lots of structural integrity and doesn't flop over. There's a base of fragrant concentrated tomato paste-like flavor which is topped with a very even layer of cheese. Since it's warmed rather than freshly baked, the cheese starts congealing a bit. The cheese is peppered with parsley, garlic, and a bunch of mustard seeds, giving a special zing. The toppings go all the way to the sides of the pie, making it great for people who dislike crust. Even though it's cafeteria style pizza that's kept under heat lamps, I quite liked it. I wonder if I can get a really fresh slice if I get there right at 11AM when lunch starts. (5/5) Chocolate Croissant ($6.10) - Great lamination with a very aesthetic honeycomb pattern. Baked on the harder side, causing fantastic crispy flaky layers to flake off, but also creating a darker golden brown character that is on the verge of bitterness. Nicely buttery soft and chewy interior. Chocolate is a darker variety, probably somewhere around 70%, so it has a pleasing balanced sweetness and chocolate flavor. It's not typical baton, instead seems to be a section from a bar. Still warm and melty even through I didn't eat the croissant until ~30 minutes after purchasing. When cooled down further, some red fruity notes start appearing, so this seems to be be pretty high quality. (5/5) White Sourdough ($12.60) - Now this is a loaf of bread. Superb crust, probably 2 or 3 times as thick compared to competitors, creating a supreme crusty bite with a chew approaching a hard crunch with almost caramelized molasses notes on the bottom. The interior is moist and tender with a pleasing slight sourdough tang. It's a superb piece of craftsmanship. (5/5) Kouign Amann ($5.80) - This is another heavier bake with some acridity development on the top surface. Unlike many other bakeries where the kouign amann is basically a differently shaped croissant with sugar glaze, Sea Wolf's version feels more in line with tradition. The crumb is denser and richer, more like brioche. There's interesting black speckling inside which I believe is due to the inclusion of espresso powder given the mild coffee-like flavor. The crust is again baked hard, but it's lighter and not as flaky as the croissant. They sprinkle just a bit of salt on top of a very light caramelized sugar glaze. It's not very sweet and I didn't find it too salty unlike some other reviewers. (5/5) Plain Focaccia Slice ($4.80) - Good quality olive oil, some salt sprinkled on top to boost the flavors. Light and airy interior, but the exterior is a little wan, being more light golden brown and lacking some good crusty crisp especially on the fried bottom. Quite oily. (4/5) Sea Wolf gives out free sourdough starter, which can be requested from the cashier. Since picking it up several weeks ago, I've gone through several feed/bake cycles for making sourdough focaccia. I've visited Sea Wolf 3 or 4 times in the last month. That's a testament to how high quality their pastries and breads are. I think the only thing stopping me from visiting more is thanks to the starter I got from them fanning my baking instincts. I bake so much now that I don't have any need to buy their bread! Note: Sea Wolf charges a 3% credit card fee. This is not noted on their menu - it only appears in the POS right before paying. Kind of sketchy. Bathrooms - Single unisex room

I will note that I haven't tried the breads, but as a non-morning individual, I do appreciate that they do tend to still have many items available even later in the afternoon (~1-3PM time frame). You will have to find street parking, but I've never had too much trouble in this neighborhood even on the weekend. Butter Croissant (3.75/5): I'll admit I'm insanely picky with my croissants and I think Sea Wolf's is just okay. I want a stronger crisp on the outside, something that almost shatters and makes a mess when you bite in, but the inside has a nice chew. Kouign Amann (3.75/5): I had a really fantastic time with this my first time picking it up, they have almost a crunchy sugar caramel crust on the outside with super buttery pastry inside. Unfortunately, my second time picking this up ended up being a miss, just stale and much to dry. Cinnamon Roll (1/5): The raisins are a nice touch, but this was awfully dry. Even the caramelized crus on the outside couldn't save this and charging extra for cream cheese frosting on top of a dry dough is criminal.
