Sooooo good! They have a variety of toppings, mix-ins, and flavors. Service is quick and to the point and they are so skilled at creating explosions of flavors. Although large, it's not really a spot you'd want to sit and enjoy your ice cream but you can.

Food: I almost taste all the flavors but my favorites are: THAI MILK TEA: this one is good because you can definitely taste the Thai tea. BROWN SUGAR MILK TEA: It is good because not your usual sugar! I felt like it is black milk tea drizzled with brown sugar. BUBBLE MILK BLACK TEA: very classic flavor, and it's my favorite because it is simple. The BOBA was soft and chewy inside! Price rating: 7 out of 10. Regular price for a boba. Around $7 for one Well all recommended! Will try other bubble tea flavors when I come back!

Checked out this ice cream spot since it's been a long time since I had rolled ice cream. The Thai flavor surprisingly tasted so so good and was extremely creamy and sweet. The matcha was good as well but the Thai flavor stood out to me the most. You can see the employees make the ice cream in front of you and can get unlimited toppings which is sweet. Would love to have seen more enthusiasm from the staff but they were extremely nice.

The prices at first seemed a little high but you actually get so much food and the options are really great to choose from, enough variety for most people to find something they love. I got strawberries on mind and they were fresh and it was all delicious. If i remember right i paid about 10$. The store wasnt super clean but i didn't expect it to be because of the part of town its located in. I still definitely enjoyed it. They had wall outlets too which is good. No restrooms.

Great spot for rolled ice cream. I got the Bussin Monkey rolled ice cream (chocolate with Nutella and banana mixed in) with an egg waffle. The egg waffle was delicious with almost a Mochi-like consistency. The rolled ice cream was tasty as well. I could see that they made it from what looked like chocolate milk and then chopped in some bananas and Nutella as the milk froze into the ice cream form. A nice perk of this place is that you can add unlimited toppings with no additional charge. I got some fruit (mango, strawberries, and blueberries), which tasted pretty fresh. The Pocky sticks and mochi bits were nice additions too. $14 is decent for this considering it is large enough for two people to enjoy. The shop itself is a bit small with a few spots to sit. The staff were not particularly friendly, though the service speed is decent. Overall, I would recommend Minus Celsius to you if you are looking for tasty rolled ice cream in the Chinatown area.

This is a great spot for rolled ice cream if you're in Chinatown! The server was really friendly and explained that we could choose unlimited toppings for our ice cream. I got the Thai Milk Tea flavor and it was really good! The portion was quite a lot for me to eat, so I recommend splitting it with someone else. The space itself is pretty small, as with a lot of establishments in the area, but there are a couple seats available if you're looking to eat your ice cream indoors.

We ordered this spot for delivery as an add on to an Uber eats order and I was pleasantly surprised. We got the make your own item and it came with 3 mix-ins and 3 toppings which for $9.50 is honestly a steal as cold stone and other places would run you more money. My favorite mix-in was the mochi and they have a variety of options but the mochi was perfectly chewy and delicious. I also liked the poppy sticks and fresh strawberries. The ice cream was amazing. My pictures don't do it justice as it was a little melted because we saved it for after dinner. Overall, I will definitely visit this stop or order delivery again when I'm in NYC.

I've been here several times in the past, but this visit was a bit lackluster. They made my order very quickly and the Thai tea ice cream tasted good. However, the ice cream rolls were not made very well. They were falling apart and cracked. The majority of the ice cream looked like frozen wood chips and was in broken up small pieces in the cup. read more

I came here for dessert one time and it's a pretty solid spot for rolled ice cream! The interior of the shop is smaller and casual, and service was pretty quick. I got their strawberry rolled ice cream with a couple toppings (they have unlimited toppings), and it was pretty solid. Nothing crazy, but definitely hits the sweet tooth craving. read more

It's crazy how there aren't a lot of bubble waffle spots in Chinatown anymore but this place not only has bubble waffles but they also serve rolled ice cream and you can get a combo! They were very generous with toppings also here! Definitely a new spot for when I'm craving either of the two! read more

I absolutely love this store! Not only are there unique flavors for their rolled ice cream but there are unlimited toppings that you can get! Definitely would also recommend getting their egg waffle along with your ice cream, it is soft and goes really well with the ice cream! I ordered the Thai me and matcha madness, which comes in five rolls of ice cream. Came out to be around $20 which is more pricer than it once was. For matcha madness, the Oreos mixed with the matcha adds a good touch - flavor was great and is prepared within minutes. I came here after dinner as I was craving something sweet. I was debating between a rolled ice cream or a drink. I settled on a drink because the indoor seating was starting to get filled up. I got the brown sugar milk tea in large. The boba was delicious and sweet but, the milk tea itself was very weak and kinda tasteless. For the price of the waffle ice cream (~$12), you are getting the experience of mesmerizing rolled ice cream, a delicious egg waffle (I'm a big sucker for egg waffles), and all the toppings in the world balanced delicately on top of your rolled ice cream. Totally worth it, bring a friend to enjoy the experience with you! This was my first time trying rolled ice cream and I was pleasantly surprised. Minis Celsius is a neat small shop with very short and efficient lines. The staff are very nice, although they seem a little shy/reserved. They offer unlimited toppings with your ice cream too. We got the strawberry rolled ice cream with all the fruits as toppings. I'm a big fan of hard serve ice cream and this exceeded my expectations. The ice cream was very rich and creamy and the strawberries used were nice and fresh. The fruits on top were also fresh and all sweet. Would love to come back here again to get some ice cream! read more

We got the strawberry ice cream and were able to share it between 2 people. One serving is quite hefty so make sure to have enough stomach space for it or share it with someone else! 5 stars automatically because they give you unlimited toppings for free. No one does that. Especially in the city. You walk into all of these gimmicky new ice cream/fro yo shops and its priced per ounce or an extra 25-50 cents per topping. Go hog wild, kids, because they are free of charge. This was my first time having rolled ice cream so I have nothing to really compare to it than other ice creams. But, I really enjoyed it. Watching the entire process in itself is mesmerizing. They made me a puppy dog shape out of chocolate sauce. I ordered the Nut cracker. Vanilla ice cream with nutella and graham crackers chopped into it. My friend ordered the vanilla cookie creation with just an oreo mashed up. Flavor - really good. This tastes like real ice cream. Texture - yeah, wait a minute or two before diving in because it did just come off an insanely frozen griddle and is a little stiff at first. Those toppings! I didn't go too crazy. Mostly pocky sticks and chocolate chips. But I like that I can throw anything I want on it from fresh fruits to cereal to m&ms to a melty marshmallow that's torched in front of you. This place does it right, is incredibly nice and they have adorable penguins on their walls. read more

I'm not going to lie; I'm a sucker for most food fads (the all rainbow everything does bother me, but whatever). So when I saw rolled ice cream, I was intrigued. I'm a fan of eating ice cream when it's cold outside because I feel like you can get the true flavor without it melting everywhere. So knowing that I was going to eat ice cream that was minus ten degrees Celsius was super exciting. For $7 you get ice cream with unlimited toppings. I ordered the thai tea ice cream with condensed milk and mochi. The ice cream was pretty good but you definitely are paying for presentation. If I'm down by the area, I might eat here again. I came here with my friend at just the right time: 5:35PM, when it is not as full and active. My friend got Matcha Made in Heaven and I got Strawberry Shawty. It took us less than 30 seconds to order. Soon after, our names were called so that we could spectate the process. The people making our rolls were polite and friendly. In just 3 minutes, our ice cream rolls were done! Although the taste of the ice cream did not have a wow-factor to it, I felt that $7 was not a bad price. It includes tax, the good customer service, human labor involved to make the rolls, and the free and unlimited toppings. I've been to other ice cream roll shops, and none are as inviting as 10below when it comes to giving customers an up-close look at the process of making the rolls. it's a strange thing to feel like you've got greasy lips residue after eating ice cream. What exactly are they putting in there? Never experienced this before in other ice cream spots like Morgenstern's, Odd Fellows, Il Laboratorio, Waffles N Dinges, Humphrey Slocombe, Bi-Rite Creamery, etc. This place was listed in top nyc ice cream spots 2015, and it looks fun/interesting (didn't grow up with Thai ice cream) but aside from the lard or substitute lard effect, the cream was incredibly dry, the toppings (i chose honey bears, graham crackers plus several fruit) were not crumbled to integrate better into the little cup of rolled up layers. interesting concept, poorly executed. friendly kids though. sorry guys read more

It's great to try ice cream in December . The matcha madness (green tea w/Oreo) is so good, creamy and tasty . They plan to add egg waffle and waffle ice cream in the winter , this is good idea during the cold weather. I will come back again. read more

Workers are very friendly but ice cream tastes like milk. I went here over the weekend and was in a mood for Thai ice cream but ended up being disappointed. It was below average. read more

Worst bubble tea ever, basically purple coloured ice water. Fast service but the staff barely acknowledges you. Ended up putting the tea in trash cos it was undrinkable! read more
