We recently flew out of Nashville, and was able to leverage our Priority Pass to book a room at this place. Lots of delays that day due to thunderstorms in the area, so we went to find a room at 1:30 pm, but nothing was available until 2:30 pm. They got us in at 2:15 pm, and we were able to stay inside until around 3:00 pm. Each party is only allowed 1 hour to rest. The room was quiet, well air conditioned, and clean. They clean the room right before you enter. There is a sofa that has 2 tiers, so 2 adults can sleep total, with 1 adult taking the upper tier, and the other adult taking the lower tier. Had a last minute need for a neck pillow and some snacks before a pretty long flight. Went to the first place I saw, and I'm glad I did. Can't remember the young lady's name (Jess, maybe?), but I do remember the manager's name, Korey, who was super pleasant and offered some good insights on the products provided. Ended up buying a neck pillow for myself and one for my wife. Though the space is small, everything was neat and well put together. Despite it being a busy Sunday, they were able to fit me in after about a 45 minute wait. The staff does a nice wipe-down of all surfaces between stays so the space is clean and simple. The rooms are spacious for even two people and luggage. The TV was very nice and pre-logged into all the streaming services. I asked for a blanket and pillow, which they happily provided. I was a bit nosey and looked around the hall hut was so pleased to see a washer/dryer being loaded with cleaning products being used to wash any items they loan you (neck pillow, blanket, mask, etc.). I do not recommend approaching with the mindset that you will immediately be able to get into a suite. Make sure you plan in advance to check-in with them a reserve a time slot for later. There were no suites available when we checked in after our lunch. It was 12 noon on a Sunday and the next available day as after 2 pm. I'm a new Priority Pass member, through my Hilton Surpass credit card, and I had a 2.5-hour layover in Nashville heading to Destin this week. I scoped out the PP offerings beforehand and saw I could do 1 hour free at Minute Suites - much appreciated, since my first flight was at 7am and I had been up since 4am. I was let in to my suite, the Centennial, and it was basically what I was expecting: a little room with a couch, Apple TV, and desk. The front desk employee told me I can leave and come back too and he had the only key, so he'd let me back in. Bathrooms are in the concourse, as others have mentioned, too. However, I was there to nap - I turned off the lights and took a 45-min nap, which was great. A great addition to Priority Pass in the Nashville airport (BNA)! It's quite overdue to have a single lounge in this airport, and it certainly helps a lot as I make a few trips a year to Nashville so I don't need to wait in a crowded terminal before I fly back home. Normally, the cost of 1 hr here is $48/hr and discounted rate of $34/hr if you are a nurse/EMT/medical field. You get 1 hr free with Priority Pass and if you want more time, it will be $34/hr per additional hour. I personally only spent 30 min before I needed to board my flight, but my overall impressions are pretty good. Compared to a typical airport lounge, the room is more well maintained and it is more private. There is a bed, TV, and table so you can rest or work. You can adjust the temperature of the room to your liking. One thing of note is that drinks are not free. There's a fridge down below of some drinks but it looks like it is a minibar like that in a hotel. Besides, you need to give your credit card for incidentals so I just don't want to risk it and end up with a surprise charge. Another thing is there is no lounge-specific restroom, so for restroom it will be the nearest one in the terminal. However, they have a shower which is good. read more

The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and helpful and of course for my third time here I could not get in even though I have Priority Pass as they are small and constantly filled. He put me on a waiting list. I was at the airport long enough to see the shift change and when I went back to see if there was any news or cancellations the next employee (A.C.) I won't give her full name, was not very nice and not very helpful. She was also very snippy to a woman and her daughter trying to purchase neck pillows. Please know that we are all tired and busy and the airport is always a hustle and bustle. But... if you are going to be employed in customer service please be kind to your customers, especially when sometimes we are at the airport for hours. I visited the Minute Suites through Priority Pass, where the first hour is free. I arrived at Nashville's airport at 8 am during a layover. It took a while for someone to come to the counter, and then since no rooms were available I had to wait about 20 minutes or an opening. I was tired, so I used my one hour to take a nap. The room gets pretty dark, but my room was closest to the terminal, where you can still hear announcements and bustling around. I didn't fall asleep, but it was a nice break. I'm glad I had priority pass to take my nap, but I wouldn't pay $30/hr+ to use this room. read more

This is the most amazing idea, I flew from Houston to Tennessee to pick up my kitten and then had a 5 hr lay over. I needed a place to relax and let baby kitty stretch his legs. Minute Suites is currently the only Priority Pass lounge available at the Nashville Airport. Each pass holder is allowed to bring three guests with them into the suite. The suite I was assigned was big enough for two people comfortably. The suite has a tv which you can steam shows and movies on. The Free WiFi connection was not stable and there was little to no cell phone service (T-mobile) in the suite. I tried to take a quick nap but I could still hear noise from the terminal. There were no restrooms available but luckily the public airport ones were less than 100 feet away. If you're looking for some privacy and just a place to relax away from crowds before your flight, these suites are worth a try. You can book them by the hour and you are billed in 15 minute increments after the first hour. read more

As others have mentioned, you're not well taken care of if you're a priority pass member. I was surprised when I was immediately given a room compared to paying customers being told to wait until I got into the room which had a huge hole in the couch covered by the blanket. I wasn't given anything to sleep with as advertised. The couch was very hard and hurt my hips so I was unable to sleep. It was nice to lay down in the dark for an hour, but definitely wouldn't pay for this. read more

Snacks and beverages are overpriced. No restrooms available, you have to leave to use bathrooms in the main terminal. Just a weird set up. Don't bother with the use of priority pass here as they will replace your spot for other paying customers. We arrived at 10:30 AM and booked a 1 hour stay with Danielle on 7/7/2024. We told Danielle that our flight is at 2 PM and would like to book a one hour stay between 1 PM to 2 PM. She agreed and booked our stay at that time. After we came back, she said she had another paying customer who already reserved the same slot so she instead put us down to the slot between 2 PM and 3 PM. 1) there was no warning given to us that we might lose our spot if other paying customers book it online. Had we known this earlier, we could have other arrangements. 2) she could have called us and inform us the issue right away. 3) it seems that their system will take priority for cash paying customers instead of priority pass users. read more

My first time staying at a Minute Suite as a PP member. I loved the accommodations! It is simple yet thoughtful and comfortable and where else in the airport can you lay in bed and watch television! I was so frazzled by 2 recent flights being rebooked. I was in the airport at 10 for a 12 flight; next leg was canceled, rebooked for 1:30, than that flight was rebooked until 5:30. I was tired and wanted to get home. Holy cow. This place rocks! When we had to wait around for five hours after a completely grueling work trip, we were like uhhhmmm ... us there any way to make this better? After a bit of research we learned we could rent a suite with Minute Suites. The cozy, clean, space was perfect for a good nap, some mindless TV, juice for our phones and computers, and a barrier from the COVID nasties. We bought some wine, got a little zzz, and enjoyed watching some Jeopardy. The customer service offered by Roman at the front desk was simply phenomenal. The staff is a huge disappointment. After booking a room and being told someone would call if a room opened up earlier, we watched as several people left. After giving the staff a few moments to clean the rooms from the people that left, we approached the counter and asked if a room was available. The young lady said, "oh, that's right" and obviously had forgotten her promise. Then said no, nothing is available, even though we could see the multiple empty room. F-. Terrible experience. I would normally never pay for something so extravagant, but after 19 hours in airports I was exhausted. The young lady at the front desk seemed very nice. I booked a couple of hours for $100. There are no bathrooms in the suites but she said she would let.me in the shower room to use the toilet. After about 15 minutes I asked her to let me in the bathroom. I asked her." Will the door to my suite lock behind me?" She said yes but she will let me back in. After a couple of minutes I came out of the bathroom and she was gone. No employees there. I was locked out of my room and all off things, my passport, my phone, my luggage, my laptop, were locked inside. The call button was useless since no one was around. A sign said she was out to lunch and had an emergency phone number, but it just rang at the desk where no one was. No other number to call on the website. I was frantic she wouldn't come back in time for me to get my things and board my flight. Airport refused to page her just because they aren't affiliated with Minute Suites. (As if they don't page individuals all the time.). She finally came back after 45 minutes and said she was sorry but did not offer me a refund or even a discount. She knew I was coming right back and would be locked out without my stuff. She hadn't said anything about leaving. I'm happy to say that while she was gone I sent away several other potential customers by telling them what she did to me. I plan to dispute the charge with my credit card d company.
