This lounge is adorable and kept clean and the staff are very nice. The avocado bagel or English muffin station was amazing. The staff person named Rafaat was just amazing, respectful, kind, friendly, and humble. We had such a great experience with him. There are bathrooms at this lounge and is nice and tidy, and there are two stalls in the women's bathroom. They also have a bar on the other end and drink drinks and cereal and other snacks on the other end as well as in the middle for breakfast they had eggs, chorizo, oatmeal, overnight, oats, fruit, yogurt, and beverages. read more

Since they split this lounge with the flagship first, this Admiral's club is tight and often very packed. Food is decent and regularly refilled. Service here was actually excellent once you get into the lounge. But the guard dogs they have watching the second floor check in need to be trained on how to be professional. I recently upgraded my credit card and had the opportunity to use the admirals lounge as a cardholder. So of course, I made use of it right away. However, finding this lounge was difficult, it was right smack dab in the middle of the food court area near C14 gate. You might easily miss it like I did. Once upstairs, they will check you in. Since the program to my CC was new, I had a little difficulty getting in because the lady did not know how to process me and my friend into the club. But after 15 minutes, they let us in first and then came to find me afterwards to scan my pass. Inside you will find pretty much a small lounge, almost like a shape like the state of California. On the North end you'll find a coffee maker, water, and most of the seating. On the South side, you'll find the bar and the food there. Just note I did use this same pass since admirals club is good for 24 hours and I liked this place a little more. Why? Because even though there was only 1 bartender, she made sure you got your drink and she hustled through the line of customers. Kudos! We got a few local beers that was part of the free drink. It was pretty much all we needed because my coworker and I only had an hour here. The downside? Almost every seat was taken here. I would say this place maybe seats about 50 people. Luckily we had a small table by the bar and we made the most of it by using the bathroom in the club and got a few snacks such as meat/cheese/soup and gummy bears. The food isn't the greatest, so don't expect much but it does it's job. I would come back here, it's not the most comfortable lounge but it was a nice alternative to waiting by the gate. read more

Admirals Club is currently located in C concourse near gates C14 and C15. Head through the double doors and up the elevator, check in at the desk and then kick back for a bit before your flight. The lounge is fairly spacious with plenty of seating, plugs, tables and counter space for laptops, a coffee station, food station and of course the ever important bar! Service is always stellar at the front counter, and the staff in the lounge along with the bartenders are always friendly and helpful. My only issue with this lounge is the food. Early morning was corn soup and mushroom broth instead of breakfast goods, which was a bit of a bummer. I opted for some charcuterie, but there were limited options with just one variety of meat and cheese, and no crackers. Conditionally the lounge needs some love in various places, including the restrooms. But word on the street is they are upgrading the lounge in the current remodel and will be moving it to A or B gates. Overall, happy to have the lounge and access to it at BNA. Definitely takes the stress out of things, especially when flights are delayed! read more

Clean, comfortable and quiet. This is a good place to relax before your flight. So much nicer than sitting out on the concourse. Seating is plentiful and comfortable. Food is where AA loses a star. The AA club menu is bland and boring. If you are a frequent business traveler like me you visit a lot of AA clubs and while they vary in size, seating and amenities. No better place to relax and wait for your AA flight than the Admirals Club! Due to my husbands abundance of work travel we get to take part in the perks of AA rewards and be part of these wonderful lounges and clubs throughout the airports. The Nashville club is quite luxurious and always a favorite of ours. The spiral staircase in the middle of the C gates invites you to get away from the rest of the crowd and relax or work in the club while eating an array of yummy snacks, small meals, and drinks of your choice. The coffee bar is a treat, and the foods are normally the same but always stocked well and quality tummy fillers before takeoff. The staff always greet you with a smile and act as if they w known you for years. Silly to say but it's almost like you're family when you're part of the AA club. Along with a comfy and quite atmosphere you also get a private and clean bathroom which lets face it is a pretty nice peek when you're in a crowded airport. The Nashville AA admirals club is well worth the commitment to AA and makes travel and takes away some of the stress of travel; one might even say makes it pleasant. read more

Otherwise, in this moment in time, was quite literally more crowded, and temperature hot than the gates. People working, as usual, very friendly and diligent. Just overcrowded. Basic lounge that provides a temporary haven to answer emails and whilst enjoying a snack and beverage. I was excited to use my Alaska Airlines lounge access to try out this partner lounge. Staff was friendly and eager to assist passengers with any questions. Seating area was rather cramped and can be crowded during peaks times. This lounge is located in the mezzanine level in C Gates across from gate C10. Drinks were not free and food options were rather minimal and pretty standard. The lounge can get noisy and I recommend the individual cocoon chairs in the far right corner for privacy. Overall, the lounge is well kept and staff are quick to clear out any dishes. They do have a bar area perfect for enjoying brew, drinks, and conversations with fellow passengers. read more

Completely disgusted with Admirals Club and it's agents. Was a long term member. First time traveling after an illness so decided to use points or pay for a membership as my ride would not arrive in Nashville. The agent said they stopped taking points or dollars to get in. Asked someone who exited wh I said they were NOT at capacity. The agent said I had to buy a membership to get in. One more big negative to American Airlines and the Admirals Club for being terrible terrible terrible. Going to move my 350000 points out of that he'll hole of an organization. read more

We paid for our stay at this lounge because there are no priority pass lounges in Nashville airport (pls fix that). This lounge was ok. They were having made to order guacamole in the afternoon but it's not really homemade because the avocado came from a container then the lady just adds stuff to it so it was ok. Not all drinks are included in the stay here which is insane after paying to stay here, premium drinks should be free.....other lounges have everything included. This lounge doesn't have a shower and no TVs either. They offer fruits, cheese, some dips, and 2 kinds of soup. I didn't think our money was worth it to be honest but we had a 3 hour layover, so we just settled for this one. Although, we should've looked for a better lounge. I wouldn't come here again, I would find another lounge. The staff was friendly and bathroom was clean. There are chargers and computers you can use. read more

This club is so tired and basic. Difficult to find the door, one elevator is down, it's packed with people and no spare seats anywhere, and the food is trash. Wilted salad, dry BBQ chicken and an ok broccoli cheese soup. This isn't worth leaving the main terminal for since the food options in the airport are far superior to anything you will find here. The bathroom is hella small, no room for changing, two urinals, and it was not at all regularly cleaned. Unless your flight is leaving. from a gate next to the club entrance, don't bother. Two stars since the bartender did pour a strong one. read more

One of the smaller AA Clubs, but very clean, well-stocked with goodies (i.e., the usual fresh veg, olives, cheese, trail mix, crackers, soups, etc.), friendly staff, free Wi-Fi, and decent bathrooms. No showers, conference rooms, or other features compared to larger lounges; however, it's a great spot to relax and grab a comp drink and a snack during a short layover in BNA. BNA, as a whole, is very easy to navigate and the AA Club is no exception. VERY conveniently located at C10 next to the few American gates that are actually visible from the club through the windows of its 2nd floor locale. Very nice...less stress. Happy travels! I stopped in at the American Airlines Admirals Club at the Nashville International Airport twice. The first time was upon my arrival from Dallas Fort Worth on a Thursday morning around 8 a.m. and the second time was before my departure to Los Angeles three days later on a Sunday morning around 5:30 a.m. During both visits the club was nearly empty. The staff at the Club was very polite and courteous. They checked me in very quickly and told me the general layout the club. The bar was to one side and snacks and coffee on the other side. This Admirals Club has a small work station, complimentary WiFi, and nice sized bar with a decent selection of drinks, and their own clean restrooms. There is a very cool Nescafe super automatic coffee machine that will make espresso, cappuccino, lattes, hot chocolate, and other drinks. When you walk by the business center, be sure to check out the electric stapler. I haven't seen one of those in decades! All in all, a nice club. No showers, no music rooms, but much better than nothing. Good job Nashville! See my many pictures! read more

Came here on a extended layover. This lounge was clean and had a lot of open space. I did however find difficulty finding places to charge my electronics. I was there for quite some time, my battery was running low and I could not find a charge port. Some lounges charge you for drinks. This lounge had house wines and beers free of charge, and premium select wines and beverages for a charge. This lounge also did not have a lot of food. I loved this Admirals Club! I disagree with the other reviewer - I think that this is something to brag about! While this may be a bit on the small side -- it's intimate, quiet and still offers plenty of space for folks to spread out, settle down and chill. The bar in the corner allows the tipsy extroverts to get social without disturbing the folks trying to wrap up business before heading off on their next flight. The bartender makes THE BEST LEMON DROPS EVER! Seriously - he has a secret and of all four Admirals Clubs that I visited on this trip, the best lemon drops were here in Nashville. A nice, updated little lounge with good snacks, a relatively large bar, and plenty of comfy seating. This was a great place to pass a 4 hour layover. I was expecting it to be super small, but this lounge really is pretty spacious for being in a small airport. Nice tarmac know views, and away from the hustle and bustle of the main airport. I was a bit wary of spending $60 for a pass, but it really made my dreaded layover much more tolerable. I would absolutely do it again if I had another long layover here. I appreciated the soups and fresh guacamole bar, which together with the normal lounge snacks easily made a full meal. The nice coffee machine was also an appreciated touch! More outlets would be useful... most chairs don't have outlet access. read more

Located just behind Starbucks and recently renovated. It is a bit smaller than most other Admirals clubs as in it doesn't have a family room or business only area. Regardless, they keep this lounge super clean and the staff is extremely friendly. They have the normal soup and snacks (hummus is my favorite) as well as a full bar that offers other items for sale. Great place to escape the crowd during a delay or wait should you get to the airport early. Decent people watching as you are above the terminal and can look through the windows as people walk by. read more

The Nashville Admirals Club is about the same as any other. I will add that I do like that it overlooks the gates so you can keep an eye on things (paranoia) while you work, eat, drink, or in my case, snuggle and fall asleep while your plane is delayed. This Admirals club is located at Concourse C, near the split of gates at C 10-15. It's beautiful, has lots of offerings. The only thing I wish I could change is the fact that there is no closed off work area. They do make up for it by offering a "cell free zone" so if you want some quiet work time, you can go to that area. read more

The breakfast spread is really nice- bagels, English muffins, oatmeal, bakery items, cereals, yogurt, fruit, boiled eggs, and an avocado toast station with optional toppings but I missed it just as we walked in. Juices, coffee, espresso machine. The staff was extremely friendly and there was plenty of seating around 10-11am on a Monday. Definitely busy but still enough space. Great location. The check-in and bar staff were very kind on my recent visit here. My travel buddies and I enjoyed some adult drinks and snacks while waiting several hours for our flight back to Philadelphia. I would highly recommend the edamame dip, and the made-to-order guacamole station was an excellent touch. There was a delightful butternut squash soup as well. My only complaints are that the bathroom is very small and a bit dingy, and that the seating directly at the bar lacks outlets, but otherwise I enjoyed my experience. read more

I used to live in Nashville and I've been through this Admirals Club a few times with standard service. But last weekend I couldn't believe what happened. I got checked in close to closing, so I was hoping to just refill my water bottle and relax. They had already started cleaning everything out so the water station was empty. I asked for a bottle of water and they charged me $2.50 for it. Dude. If you don't offer water for us to drink, don't nickel and dime us for a $.25 bottle of water. Just give it to us and make us feel satisfied that we spend hundreds of dollars on an Admirals Club membership. Sheesh! read more

I appreciate a small airport like BNA having an admiral's club, but this one is nothing to brag about. It's quite small, and not the most comfortable either. The bar is a tiny corner, and the "quiet" area are the chairs next to the "non-quiet" area. I suppose it's better than sitting at the gate. read more

Thankful for this club as I'm in here a few times each year but it is probably the most unimpressive club I've visited of AA. It was most helpful on my most recent trip where there was a 3 hour mechanical delay. However even then they were complete out of food to order until their next off site shipment came in Amosa two hours and we were unsure if it would come before we revised edition our plane. The space is small and the bathroom was very average airport. Not to club standards. But I'm thankful there is a club in BNA to begin with. And the staff themselves were first rate. The beautifully paneled greeting area belies the rather pedestrian squeezed indoor-café style interior. They tend to be out of almost everything on the food menu so they're okay with you bringing in food from the food court (oh joy). Service is friendly. read more

BNA's Admiral's Club is a great place to hang out and wait on your plane. It is rather large for an airport with traffic like this (probably comes from the fact that BNA used to be an American Airlines hub many years ago?). In the club, you can sit in the business centre and look over the runway while working with complementary soda and alcoholic drink, bar snacks, wireless, and printing services. The waitresses exemplify Southern hospitality. The sandwiches are very good and reasonably priced. It is well worth the day pass if you'll be waiting more than three or four hours. read more
