I'm a platinum Amex member and so is my daughter. The front desk would not let her in due to not having a physical card, but just the one in her Apple wallet. I don't think the customer service person knew what they were doing. We decided to skip this lounge as it looked a little small and crowded. We did get to use the lounges in Seattle and Seoul on our vacation so the other lounges accommodated us. Nashville was a disappointment. Do better Nashville. read more

Over the past decade, America has been trying to catch up in the lounge world. And, spots like the new Delta Skyclub in Nashville is one such example. From tall ceilings to a spacious layout, this is a genuinely beautiful space. The local artworks are incredible, thus exploring the gallery here is pure fun. When it comes to meals, the team did an incredible job keeping everything stocked and pristinely clean. The chicken was well prepared, although the shrimp pasta had zero shrimp in it. The selections here felt a bit on the limited side, but overall satisfactory. The Rishi teas are a huge upside and are incredible. There is one more thing to this lounge...the cinema! What lounge has a cinema? A big room with around two dozen seats with sports playing, it looks like the perfect space to enjoy a game. As a whole, Delta stepped up the lounge game in big ways. While wine selections continue to be lackluster and the food needs to continue improving, this is a huge step in the right direction. read more

They're so great that they seem to have a relationship with some of the frequent customers (this isn't something I've ever noticed in Minneapolis, SLC, or ATL clubs). Nashville is special in my opinion. Ambiance is on par with other clubs. This club received a face lift years ago, but everything still looks really nice. Best part about being at the airport on time is having the time to check out the Delta lounge if they have it & this one did not disappoint. Nice size lounge , with a nice big bar & decent amount of food options. We had some soup, pasta, cold cuts & sandwiches, fruits & little cakes & cookies all good. At the bar it was Vodka seltzer & some Tequila good choices to pass the time. They also had a nice hot chocolate & tea area, great added treat. My only complain here is that it closed what I thought was way too early? It was I think like 7-730pm not sure if this is the case always but it's a bit unfair if u are traveling later in the day. Staff was friendly, constantly coming around picking up your glasses & dishes, good service at the bar as well. If u have club access it is a great way to spend the time. read more

Nashville's Delta Sky Lounge has friendly and helpful staff the moment you walk in. Bartenders leave something to be desired. Gorgeous wall to wall windows near the buffet and across the left side of the lounge, a movie "theater," with multiple screens featuring different channels and private seating, a few privacy pods with desks and doors, and plenty of every other type of seating area. There are cute southern touches from a lemonade bar to sweet tea, neither of which you'll find in other lounges outside of Nashville. Weirdly the food looks lovely but is completely mid. We recently had the pleasure of visiting the Delta Sky Club Lounge at Nashville International Airport (BNA), and overall it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The lounge is conveniently located in Concourse B, near gate B1, making it easily accessible for travelers whether your flight departs from B or the other concourses. We were greeted by the friendly and professional staff who made me feel welcome. The recently redone lounge itself is beautifully designed, with a spacious and modern layout that provides a relaxing atmosphere. The seating areas are comfortable and well-arranged, offering plenty of space to unwind or catch up on work. A big plus was at Saturday mid-morning, the lounge had a fair amount of people but it was bursting at the seams. One of the highlights of the Delta Sky Club Lounge is the impressive selection of food and beverages. The complimentary buffet features a variety of hot and cold entrees, including plenty of healthy and vegetarian options. They also had options for vegan and glutton free diets. The bar, which is run by a separate a company offers a wide range of premium spirits, wines, and craft beers, ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy. The only blip on our experience came from asking the bartender to send someone to vacuum up some food which was dropped by some previous guests. The response was a curt "can't you sit somewhere else?" That's how we learned they were separate from the lounge itself. Lounge staff came by and cleaned up, and were very attentive for the remainder of our visit and the lounge manager on duty stopped by to wish us well on our journey. As you would expect amenities include High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout, making it easy to stay connected. There are also plenty of power outlets, so you can charge your devices without any hassle. The lounge is equipped with clean and well-maintained restrooms, adding to the overall comfort and convenience. This is not my favorite Sky Club but thankful that it exists. I've been to this location at least 3 times. It's pretty large but can still get pretty busy. I find it to be similar to the one at LAX because it has an open feeling and you can nicely see all the delta planes. The staff is pretty quick here and are very nice. They quickly take away finish plates and cups. I also like that you can print things from a phone or laptop here. The cons of this place is that they do not have a shower. Some of the seats are very close to one another so if you are by a talkative group you can hear everything. As for the food being offered it is pretty decent. They offer Southern food such as two types of pulled pork, mac n cheese, sweet tea, and mud pie. They have a large variety of foods and all types of drinks. I even went on a day where they offer lobster bisque. So you won't leave hungry. Overall, its still a great place to escape prior to a flight. If you have access then it is worth checking out. read more

What's not to like? It's quiet, free food, free drinks, a TV lounge, and tons of natural light. There's plenty of space to her to either sit and get some work done or just belly up to bar and sink a few drinks before boarding your flight. The food is not gourmet by any means, but it's constantly being tended too and the area cleaned up. The bathrooms are spotless and you get your own individual stalls. Which is a huge upgrade compared to the fart symphony that is the public restrooms. If you travel a lot this is totally worth the membership. read more

Still my favorite hangout at BNA. I fly every five to eight days and the Sky Club has made all the difference. With the new changes Delta has made in Sky Club criteria, it is even quieter and less crowded. Food is still pretty dang good for airport food. Today I had soft pretzels and mustard, pimento cheese and crackers, and hummus with naan. I had Joe, my regular bartender who's super cool, make me a premium margarita. The buffet also had tomato bisque soup, chicken tortilla soup, BBQ and baked beans, as well as other options. The staff is always attentive and super nice. The seats are comfy. This is a nice delta lounge in B gate. The floor to ceiling windows make it look bright and appealing. Selection of food is great, vegetarian and meat choices. It's not one of the fanciest lounges, but the staff is always friendly and there is some food/snack that is perfectly ok if you don't feel like fighting for a seat at the food court. To be honest this side of the airport doesn't have much good food going on anyways so the bar is pretty low. They have a lot of seats and chafing stations. The Sky Club at Nashville airport is relatively small but Nashville is a small airport. Aside from that fact, the staff is very friendly and efficient. I visited at 6 a.m. and there was a great bartender pouring regular mimosas for my favorite, a pineapple mimosa. Breakfast selections are limited due to covid-19 but there was a nice sausage burrito, hard-boiled eggs, fresh cut fruit and much more. There are only two single person restrooms but they are clean and spacious. There are basically just two rooms, one area with the buffet and bar and a second back room with seating and a couple TVs. I was only there for 20 minutes but it was a nice fast, relaxing break before my long nonstop flight home to Seattle. Definitely worth checking out as your Delta gate is probably close by. Hands down the best lounge I have ever been to. It's at least on par but possibly bigger than many other lounges with ample seating. It was also one of the least crowded and quiet lounges I have visited BY far. The bar is large with a variety of options. The food offerings were in the spirit of the area with impressive vegetarian and some vegan options. I knew I would not be getting food for a while after this visit so I loaded up on mac and cheese, brussels sprouts (vegan), pretzel bites with mustard, cheese, potato salad, and roasted tofu. I also sampled some of GF's pepper and gouda soup and that was very good. This might make me seem like a serial killer, but the mac and cheese was frankly better than what I had at classic places in downtown Nashville. No joke. They also had an entire section for nonalcoholic beverages that includes coffee, water, flavored water, soda fountain, and both sweetened and unsweetened tea. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly and do an excellent job of making laps to ensure there are no plates left out or crowding you after you finish your meal. There is also a really nice view of the airport if you're an aviation nerd like I am. The location is excellent but I may just be saying that because my gate was literally right next to the entrance of the lounge (B3). Bravo to the lounge for doing it RIGHT. read more

But I bought first class tickets. Buy me a beer. Otherwise, it's unremarkable. The usual seats with charging ports, yada yada. Wrapped snacks, a couple of wrapped sandwiches, iced tea, Starbucks.
