Hands still the place for Chai Latte in whatever kind of milk you like. This time I drove all the way from Pearland. Ordered the largest one that they have available and hot. To my immediate left, some jerk was throwing a tantrum about his drink. But never stopped talking on his phone to let him know what kind of milk he wanted in it. Almost ruined my coffee experience...almost. All the ladies behind the encounter are super nice. Just hang up your phone when you're placing an order. Oh, and they made some recent changes for the better. There might be a line but its one the few places I don't mind. It's worth the wait!

I got a drip coffee with cinnamon and it was really good. The staff is also friendly and the inside of the coffee shop is clean. They also offer a lot of sweets and gelato.

This is by far my favorite location, coffee & products are always fresh! The owner was in the store the other day, I am on crutches and in a boot, he pulled out a chair for me, took my order and brought the drink to me. I told him I had to go, and he walked the drink out to the car and held the door open for me as I couldn't really carry my drink and manage both crutches. They always have amazing, fast & very kind service!

I usually get the same frozen blended thingy my wife gets, she's kind of an expert....ice-o dark chocolate....very tasty. Our daughter-in-law got an iced coffee drink....shikarado with sugar free vanilla.....she's not that familiar with their drinks so she asked the barista for a low carb iced drink and she gave her a great low carb option. My daughter-in-law bought me a 2 pound bag of Minuti Rosso whole coffee beans....the first cups were amazing, and a great price.

Had the iced caramel coffee. Extra charge for the "drizzles" and probably the whipped cream I asked to be put on. Now on to the patio. Nice ambiance; with the occasional hot rodder squealing off on westheimer. Good place to count how many red cars or blue or black go by.

This is the third Minuti that I have visited. Gotta say I'm starting to become a fan. Minuti is always a chill coffee shop to hang with friends or get work done. This location is the least crowded compared to the Sugarland and Galleria location. The staff is super friendly. They brought my coffee and pistachio muffin to my table. My favorite drink is the dirty chai latte. Their shakerato coffee series will help you stay awake. Gelato is also served here. About the same menu and selection of baked goods. You can get your drink for free if you transfer $25 when you purchase their Minuti card. Similar to how Starbucks card works. Inform the staff if you want to use the restroom because it's locked. Restroom is private and clean. This location is a decent size with small tables, high tables, and outdoor seating. Parking is also doable. I like that soft music is played in the background. Maybe it is just me but it was a bit cold inside. Other than that, this location is probably my favorite so far. Wifi password: fondren1

Definitely better than any Starbucks you've been to. Prices are comparable. Baristas know their stuff. Feel free to ask them about their selections and what is what in the coffee world. They have several locations around Houston and I believe they have a loyalty reward system. Coffee is crafted in Italy. Tastes great! They also offer tea, gelato, smoothies and food. I can only vouch for their coffee however. Lots of seating to chit chat with friends, open the laptop or read a book. Cute coffee house setting. I'd choose Minuti Coffee over Starbucks any day, there just isn't one close to where I reside.

Best study place for me and also gives a familiar vibe that you feel so in peace and just to be there for hours. At least for me.

My favorite was the goat cheese and blueberries. There was a bunch of crushed blueberries, and the goat cheese complemented the fruitiness. The Dolce Neve has lemon in it, and the bright zestiness went well with the vanilla base. The flavors were sweet but not too overwhelmingly sweet, which I prefer. The gelato was creamy and soft. The small comes with two flavors, and although it looks small, they pile it up high with gelato! The staff was friendly and allowed us to sample the flavors and also answered any questions we had. The gelato is made in house. Would definitely come back to try their different and changing flavors!

The chain is headed by a three Michelin star chef Jordi Roca who is believed by some to be one of the best pastry chefs in the world. While this is not necessarily pastry, I wanted to see what he would do with desserts. When you first step in, there is definitely a childlike whimsy to the decor of the place. They have plenty of seats inside as well as outside. I was hoping to see unique flavors, but I did like the few flavors they did sample. Beyond the soft serve gelato, they do have coffee and few prepackaged sweets to buy. When you order, you do get the soft serve gelato with unlimited toppings, which I wish I knew that so I could better select the combination. I did get mango passionfruit (4,5/5) which was super smooth and creamy with the right amount of tartness from the passionfruit and sweetness from mango. The fruits and nuts I got to add were a nice combination. My favorite was the nutella drizzle on top... smooth with little crunchy pieces. My only complaint was the price... While I did enjoy it, I am not sure it was worth the cost... The service was pretty friendly. Located in the Uptown Park plaza, there was parking readily available when I went on a weekday, but could vary depending on how the plaza gets. Overall, Rocambolesc offers great soft serve gelato with unlimited toppings but may be reserved for a special occassion.

I am a tough critic since I am from San Diego, home of the #1 Ice Cream shop in the Nation two years in a row. I walked in and the interior was very clean and clutter free behind the counter. The flavors were very plain w basic flavors. Nothing too exciting. I had a double of Pistachio and Coconut. The first thing I noticed was how small the scoops were!!! Tiny cup with tiny scoops. I did like the flavor of pistachio and it was packed with nuts. The coconut had very little flavor. It was so slight could barely taste the coconut. Disappointing. What I did notice was the soft creamy "stretchy" texture. This was truly unique but the flavors lacked. I am not sure if I would return myself, but for anyone who hasnt tried Booza, I do suggest you try it. Experience the texture and "stretchy" ice cream. The biggest issue is the price point! High price for the portion received!

The ice cream is definitely a bit different from what I'm used to as it is Mediterranean style. It's very stretchy and it melts in your mouth but I don't think I'm used to the texture. It also didn't give me the "wow, this is super good" type of reaction. As for the flavor, the Hazelnut Chocolate was flavorful, delicious, and strong but the Pistachio was the opposite. The ice cream itself was very mild and I think adding pistachio was actually the only thing that made it "pistachio". Other than that, the staffs were nice and I think it was still worth a try.
