It is a little tight inside if you have a wheelchair, but they do have a lower table for a handicap folks. I'll spare you additional details of my experience there as feedback was already relayed through the appropriate channels. But here is the gist: inexperienced teenage employees were not supervised and needed more training on customer service, hospitality, serving multiple customers, and working under pressure to uphold the prestige of this coffee shop. It would have been helpful if the Portside Coffee & Gelato had staffed an experienced manager during the same shift to keep them on task and business flowing. My latte wasn't even that good. I ordered a basic iced latte with one pump of vanilla. It's my usual at other shops, so I am familiar with how it should taste. Such a shame because the container style building looked so interesting and the location is very convenient. Wanted to love this place, but there are other coffee options nearby (Better Buzz) that are better run with better service and even a loyalty program.
