We are amazed at the difference!! Our tub had seen its day-over 25 years old. Dull and worn. I called Miracle Method. A young man named Sam came out and was very pleasant. He told us all about the process and we were sold!! I spoke to my bathroom installer and he said it was a good price. Better than putting in a whole new tub and surround walls. We were scheduled very quickly. Eric came and worked for about 4 hours the first day and one hour the next day. He was very kind, very efficient and did a great job. The tub looks amazing! The only down side is the smell. We did open all the doors and windows and had the fans going most of the day. So a little less than 4 years later and I'm wishing we had just torn the tub out and replaced with new. It doesn't get heavy use as there's only two residents using but it's showing its age. If this is a short term fix then I'd recommend but if it's not then I wouldn't. read more

Being too "frugal" to rip out a perfectly good, if not ugly, bathroom vanity top, I decided to look for ways to improve upon the "cultured marble" 80's look that was going on. After talking with my co-worker and fellow-Yelp-er, Robert, I decided to go the "refinish" route instead of "rip it out" and put in new. After checking the internet I came across a company called "Miracle Method." If you get a chance and you're thinking of having your bathtub, tile, vanity or kitchen countertop replaced, check out this company first! I did get an estimate on ripping out the tile around my tub and having a new floor installed, but that would have still left me with a no so great looking tub and an ugly vanity. Oh, and the estimate I received from the "other" place didn't provide tile so after all was said and done, I wouldn't be saving anything. So I bit the bullet and decided to spend the $1,600. So the job was started promptly at 8:30a.m. on Tuesday by "Shawn." A very nice young man who obviously likes what he's doing. (Sometimes hard to find in folks these days!) Tuesday involved cleaning, prepping and spraying the tub. Wednesday the tub was finished off then the tile and vanity were prepped and sprayed. Time on Thursday was spent applying several layers of sealant to the tile area and vanity top. Friday was a quick visit. Shawn cleaned everything up and returned it to a much better than original version of a master bath. I'm very happy about the final results and I'm seriously considering having my main bathroom redone as well. I'm writing this 1 year and 3 months after getting the work done. We own an older home and are on a fixed income so we decided on getting the tub and bathroom sink area refinished. At the last moment we found some water damage to the vanity area and decided to replace the vanity and sink. So instead of getting the bathroom sink done we decided on getting the kitchen sink redone. First I will say the tub is great. After a couple of problems. When the owner came out to quote he told us they would put in equipment to help remove the smell and after a short time it shouldn't be too bad. Let me tell you you smell was horrible. I had a one year old at the time and I have problems with migraines. We ended up in a hotel you 2 days because the person who did the work didn't use the machines to reduce smell. He just taped the area. After about a week the coating on the shower area started "curdle out bubble in places". It was decided that it was a bad batch and they needed to come out and redo. We were also offered a rough surface for the tub bottom (to help with it being too slippery) and did not recieve it until they came back out to reserface the second time. When he came back to reserface he did not cover the brand new vanity and cabinet and it still has flecks all over the top surface and makes it look dusty all of the time. Although I'm slightly annoyed by these things, what I'm really annoyed with is that it was a huge mistake to get the kitchen sink done. Right away it discolored and unfortunately you can not use anything abrasive to clean it so it never looked clean again. It discolored and the started about 4 months ago I noticed a chip forming. I was not aware the warrenty was any different for the kitchen then it was for the bathroom so now they are asking for 175 for a chip on a sink that we costed a year ago for over 300. I will say it was my bad for waiting to contact them but I again thought it was the same warrenty. I would recommend never to have a kitchen sink coated. What a rip off. read more

The owner didn't give enough information about colors; I was led to believe that I would get a brown-beige color but it turned out to be melon-cantaloupe color. Another thing: it rusted one drain of a sink. Overall, happy with the process other than the color or the drain being rusted now. I would suggest that they have a process that doesn't rust your sink drain plus make it very clear of how the end color would look: actual photos of the colors would help. The color on the internet and samples don't match the actual color. (I'm not making a big deal out of the rusted drain since I plan to eventually replace the vanity with new and doing the refinishing helped to buy me more time: I am very happy that I had the shower done: it was really bad before the refinish. Furthermore, no one reached out to me to say they were sorry it didn't turn out the way I expected. (I highly suggest that more effort goes into showing the customer the colors and how they will turn out and ensure drains are covered properly so the chemicals don't rust them.) Otherwise, the processes, product and customer service would rate 5 stars. read more

We purchased a new Heartland 5th wheel and the shower had fine stress cracks in it. We live in Tucson but Heartland wanted us to take the unit to another shop in Mesa to have it repaired. They ruined the shower. After much negotiations, Heartland agreed to have Miracle Method attempt to fix the shower. Steven Bess the technician made 3 trips to our home in Tucson. Every trip Steven called 15 minutes before arriving. The job he did on the shower is amazing. It looks better than new. He kept us updated on every step he took during the repairs. I don't do 5 stars but they came close. The guys doing the work were really good, enthusiastic and really wanted to please. We opted for Miracle Method instead of a complete redo - $1,000 vs $6,000 and we are quite pleased with the results. The actual working time and mess was so much less than a remodel would have been. The finished product is 95% of what new tile, etc. would have been and so much easier. I can not recommend Miracle Method of Tempe highly enough! This company did a wonderful job with my tub to shower conversion which vastly exceeded my expectations. Christian, the very professional and polite technician, arrived right on time after calling to alert me that he would be arriving soon. We had previously met for a helpful consultation appointment prior to the work visit when Christian had patiently explained the process and courteously answered all of my questions. He worked very methodically and diligently to convert my awkward garden tub into a much more convenient and practical walk-in shower. The new shower set up is easily accessible, much safer, and now has a grab bar which adds a reassuring sense of stability for me. Christian was very neat and organized and achieved the project with as little disruption to my environment as possible. We had high expectations about getting the master shower refinished. The guy that came out and did the initial inspection noticed a crack on one side of the shower floor and said they would reinforce that before applying the coating. Unfortunately, when another guy came out and did the job (which had its own share of hiccups), they made that side of the shower floor higher and now, quite a bit of water pools on the opposite side. Not the biggest problem ever and I would think easily remedied. However, we were so dissatisfied with the follow up (or lack thereof). When we finally got the first guy to come out and look at the issue, he spent all of 2 minutes in the house and was immediately defensive. "This isn't our fault" were the first words out of his mouth. I tried to tell him that there's never been an issue with water pooling in the 10 years I've lived here. He also conveniently didn't remember the discussion about the crack being reinforced and said he would review his paperwork and get back to us. His only words of advice were to "use a towel to soak up the pool of water". Wow, thanks... Weeks later, no response and we had to again follow up with him. He was still defensive, denied responsibility and had nothing more to offer as far as fixing the issue. Wouldn't recommend to anyone since they won't be helpful if issues arise. read more

Don't use these clowns!!! They will bait and switch you. Had Shawn come to our house to bid on resurfacing chips in tubs. He said we needed to put down a deposit for the appt., which we did, and he would be back to do the work. He had his office girl call last minute to change appt., which we did. The day of his requested appt., he sends 2 high school boys to do the job. Really. Asked that he call us to apologize and reschedule. Of course that never happened. He's a jerk. They want your deposit, but don't ask them to hold up their end of the commitment. Don't use these people unless you have nothing else to do in your life but chase them around. read more

WE had Miracle Method do our three bathrooms, the look and finish was very nice. They say that they are not plumbers by trade but are very good at plumbing they installed new fixtures in the vanities, tub and shower. The plumbing was very poor, had to have them back two times to fix the installation (handles put on upside down, spouts loose). They broke a large mirror (3 x 7), said that they would replace within a week or two, it has been four weeks never heard from them. I called yesterday to asked what's going on, was told that they would get back to me within a hour or so, never heard from them. We have been waiting, we can't put our bathroom back together until the mirror is replaced, four weeks is too long. We have gone on line an found several places to get the mirror (in stock). So it's not a manner of not being able to find a replacement, but, just a matter of not doing anything hoping that we will move on and forget about it. We will be filing a complaint with the BBB this week if there is no response from Miracle Method of Tempe. read more
