They did a good job trying to minimize the damage as much as possible. The damage that was made was promptly fixed. This is the third time we've had them come to the home. I'm writing a review for this particular service call since it was larger than the last service call (thermostat installs). They also accommodated an additional small job that popped up unexpectedly. Estimates are done via computer software, so you can expect consistency in pricing - they're not just making up numbers as they go along. Overall, I found them professional, knowledgeable, and reliable and would use them again. Electrical work isn't cheap - especially on Long Island - but I think we made out OK given the quality of the work and the amount of time they spent on the job.

The Generac 7171 wireless unit I was looking for was in stock and they were able to schedule the reasonably priced install to be completed within a couple weeks. The quality of the communication with them including Kelly in the office and the installation work and efforts of the owner Mike, electrician Anthony and team was exceptional. Mike and Anthony are both fully licensed master electricians and their attention to detail is very evident in their work in every way. Responses to any questions I had were handled in a very professional and thoughtful manner. Replace the first floor baseboard with high output baseboard. Peter measured the job up and returned with Christian another day to complete the work. I admit I was impressed with the concern that was paid to how each peice was installed. A level and tape measure was used on each peice of baseboard to insure that when completed the entire run was the same height and on the same plain. Each cover was trimmed if needed so it fit together properly. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves and even helped me put my things back, which they didn't have to do. I could say I'm happy with the work they did and leave it there. The truth is I'm really impressed with the work did, it came out more beautiful than I hoped. They showed more attention to detail than they had to, and the price was very competitive. Its been 7 years and Pete is still doing really prideful work.
