Quality/Quantity - Time for a pedicure. NOT for me, lol, but for my guest. She is a regular customer here. As we take our daily walks by this place. Everyone is so friendly; they always greet us as we walk by. So today I dropped her off and she got a pedicure, a very short foot massage, some polish, etc. They gave me an inaccurate time to pick her up, but not their fault as I believe she wore the WRONG shoes!! So they wanted to make sure that the polish was dry and that it did not get ruined, etc. So I came back again in 15 minutes and they RUSHed to get her ready for me to pick up; although I was NOT in a hurry. But I can tell they felt bad for me. Now she is ready to come to Reno and visit me. :) Other services available - Facial, full massages, sugar wax, waxing, tinting, make up, eyelash extensions, etc. I did not take pictures as there were just too many people and I did not want to invade their space and privacy. Atmosphere - Small, but a VERY busy location. Open 7 days a week: mondays - saturday from 9:30am - 7:30pm and on sunday from 10am - 7pm. Limited street parking, but we walked. Service - 5 stars, from their in house service to us just walking and hanging out in the local neighborhood supporting as many businesses as possible. 2+ people were helping my guest today. I moved into the neighborhood almost 2 years ago and I'm so happy I found this salon. All of the ladies are so sweet and they are super responsive if you call or text to make an appointment . Even when they have been really busy I never felt rushed. When you get a mani you also get a super relaxing neck/shoulder massage and you can always ask for more time to be added. When using the foot soaking tub during a pedicure, the ladies use a new disposable liner for each client. Their instruments are sterilized after each use. They also wear gloves when treating clients. Therefore, it would be near impossible for a client to contract a fungal infection at their facility. However it's important to know that fungal infections can be readily contracted by wearing shoes without socks, by wearing sweaty socks, or by being barefoot at a gym - even for a moment. Another thing to consider is that Giovanna L. has only left this ONE single review on Yelp which is always suspicious. Miracle Spa is the best! I've been coming here for almost 10 years and wouldn't ever go anywhere else. I always get compliments on my manicures & now all all my friends and family come here too. They take such good care of my nails and cuticles. My manicures can last 3+ weeks and pedicures even longer! Everything is so clean and relaxing. They have the most beautiful fresh flower arrangements, background music is great and the massage chairs are so comfy. I really love this nail salon. I've gone to a couple different ones over the years, and I think now I will really stay and commit to going to this one only, even though I've moved out of the neighborhood. I do pay more for my regular pedicure than other places ($40), but I think it's worth it for these reasons: -Staff is friendly, they NEVER try to upsell me for getting a manicure, or gel pedicure. -They do a fantastic job. The regular pedicure I always get lasts at least 1 month, sometimes longer, which is amazing. I'm also very ticklish, or sometimes find pedicures painful, but they are always so gentle with my feet. I also like the stone rub they do. I also like the footbath with the lemon slices and flower petals. -The color choices in here are great, plentiful -The vibe here is very relaxing, never crowded when I go. I always tend to listen to my air pods, but the music in here is just casual easy-going pop music from the 2010s. I'm so glad I tried out this place! I take friends from out of town here too and have taken my son with me for pedicures when I lived around the corner. They ALWAYS do a truly fantastic job. Just every single time. My friend introduced me to this spot back when we were in high school and I recently have been taking a break from acrylics to let my natural nails grow out and I was interested in trying a silk wraps. I originally called my go to spot Aquatica Nails but they were booked up so I decided why not give miracle spa another try? I should've waited for my regular salon... as I said I was hoping to try out silk wraps but my manicurist insisted on acrylic tips for two of my fingers that weren't as long as the others, so I agreed to do so on those two. then she continued to put powder on all the nails and when I asked her "so we're not doing silk we're doing powder nails?" She replies with "yes these are powder" um... ok? So what I want no longer matters ? So now I have thick powder on all my nails with a terrible paint job to top it off. Won't be returning. read more

I've been coming here for about 10 years since I went to college nearby. I've moved out of town, have moved back in town to support this salon but it's not worth it. The quality of the services have gone up and down and currently it's down with no upward swing in sight. I don't live in the area anymore, I actually travel across town to get to Miracle Spa (Excelsior to Outer Richmond) and it's not worth what you get. I went in on 7/12 for a gel mani and pedi and the gel is ALREADY lifting. I'll give them two stars because the facility is very clean. It's not even worth getting a massage with any of your services -- I've had cats rub up against my leg with more enthusiasm and pressure. I had to point out several times that there was still NORMAL (not gel) polish on my hands right as the tech was about to go in and put on the gel -- like you can't even take normal nail polish off?! The communication, the vibe and the overall customer service at Miracle Spa is dismal. Take your money and time elsewhere. read more

I've lived in the Inner Richmond for about 2 years now and this is my go to nail salon. They always do an amazing job and are meticulous with my cuticles which not all places are! They also give a 5 minute back massage every time which is literally the best. The shop is clean with good music and staff is super friendly. This was my 2nd time here and I got the "Hybrid" extensions fill-in. I had gone in 3 weeks ago w/ a Groupon for eyelash extensions for my 50th bday trip to Hawaii. The full set of lashes lasted the whole time in rainy/humid Kauai and almost two weeks after, with only some loss. I originally was going to just let them wear off and not do them again, but after having the hassle free morning routine and considering all the time I was saving, I would rather pay $100 every 3-4 weeks vs. agonizing over my mascara application to make my lashes look fuller every day.
