Absolutely loved checking out this tea place right next to the coffee place! It helps scratch both sides of an itch and is perfectly located for friend groups that have both coffee and tea loves. Inside it's like a zen sanctuary. The ambiance, music, staff outfits, signage and branding are all super neutral tones and minimal, natural feels. The menu is soo expansive, they have a million types of tea. I knew i wanted a hot matcha and there were still 4+ different types of options and concoctions. I almost did the cold brew nitro matcha but decided to stick with the hot one and I'm glad bc it was so delicious and tasted so pure and natural with no additives or sweeteners. The staff was so nice and helped me get everything i needed, i also tried the ham and cheese croissant which was yummy but maybe a little overcooked, but still flaky and delicious, and the pear croissant which was such a divine beautiful and yummy dessert i would come back for it whenever. This is a place I take my friends and family when they come to visit me in the area. Very high prices for the drinks and pastries, but honestly I think a lot of the items are worth the price (like the Golden Latte). Every time I've gone in *no matter what time* they've been very busy... there is also rarely more than a couple chairs of free seating, but you can just stand and chat and try all the tea they have on display while you're waiting. I jsut ordered a standard iced matcha latte with oat milk and I will say I was pretty disappointment when seeing the pale light green color and the lack of matcha flavor (jsut tasted like a cup of milk). Good matcha is pretty hard to find in Seattle, but Miro Tea offers one of the best matcha lattes that I've tried here. The lattes are creamy and rich in flavor, but not powdery or grainy. Really good stop for tea drinks. There were a lot of drinks I wanted to try from the matcha latte, to a black tea latte, to a matcha yuzu soda. I ended up getting the matcha latte and it had a strong but not overwhelming matcha flavor - kind of earthy and slightly sweet. Among all the different pastries, I also got a slice of the lemon lavender cake. The cake itself is not super sweet which complements the tea drinks and the lemon and lavender is there. came here sunday afternoon right after visiting the farmers market. think a lot of people had the same idea as me as the line was consistently out the door in the time i was there. it took maybe 10-15 minutes to order and waiting for the drink itself took about 5 minutes, so overall, not bad. the menu was a bit confusing, as i couldn't see any information about alternative milk or sweeteners. i think when i was ordering, the staff did ask if i wanted any sweetener but i was a bit confused so i said no. the price was $6.25 for a matcha latte, +$1 for oat milk, and with tax the whole thing costed $8. the drink itself was fine, you could taste the matcha, however, i prefer a little bit of sweetener in my drinks (which it doesn't come with by default), so i asked staff to add some sweetener for me. they offered syrup or vanilla and i chose vanilla, which made it a bit better. i think overall though the drink wasn't anything outstanding, but still solid. there was also a minimal amount of chunks at the bottom of the drink. they also seemed to have a lot of classic tea choices, and i enjoyed sampling a few while waiting for my drink. lots of seats in the building and free wifi as well, but it was still pretty packed and hard to get a seat. read more

This was my first time at a "tea cafe" and it was absolutely amazing. The vibes demand calm, focus, and mindfulness from you and those around. When we came in on a Sunday afternoon the places PACKED. Everyone was chatting with friends or working (this one person had dual monitors!) The wait for a seat will be worth it but I'd try to come at a less busy time. The store staff was super friendly and engaging with people. We ordered a gongfu cha and one of the employees was kind enough to explain how one normally uses it and helped make the experience more memorable. They have some free sample teas you can try at the counter. We loved the Sakura one so we got that one as well as the gongfu cha. However, the trade-off is that this is factored into the price so again, Miro Tea can be on the pricier spectrum. Cereal milk tea was literally milk and sugar. I mean you get what you expect, right? Imagine drinking the excess milk after eating a bowl of cereal. They aren't misleading but it's really nothing more than that which was disappointing. Black tea latte was a close alternative to milk tea. It was a fair substitute if you get milk tea cravings.
