Life was already hectic with a new baby and having to deal with dental issues was more frustrating and when I explained that Jeanette found ways to make it less stressful for me. Tammi is sweet as well in trying to help alleviate the problem by advising the appropriate person to fix this. So I would give 5 stars for their communication and how they went about in fixing it. In regard to dental work all the assistants are nice and Dr Lee is amazing and very understanding. She explains everything and checks on how I am doing. So 5 stars for that as well.

Something felt right about this practice, so I took a gamble, and I am really glad the reviews led me to Doctor Eddie, whose office is wonderful. I really appreciate a nice family practice vibe that does not feel like a clinic, and that is exactly what I found. I am genuinely excited to have a dentist nearby, and since I was the guinea pig and it went so well, I am excited to send my friends and family there. Being picky as someone who has been in the dental field for 15 years, I have high standards when it comes to dentistry, and Doctor Eddie exceeded them! The parking and finding the office was a dream, big parking lots feel LUXE after coming from the west side IYKYK. The office is really clean, the girls are so nice, and Doctor Eddie is kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. I found out I needed to replace 2 of my old crowns that have been there for years. Dr. Eddie explained all the steps that I needed to take to get there. Recieved a call shortly after and was asked to change 945am. Cool, no problem. Get there a few mins early and fill out new patient forms and waited over 20mins. Turns out 1010 the X-ray tech walks in with her sbux drink and then I'm finally let in. Not sure if this was her first or very few X-rays but she was not very coordinated. Took over 6 attempts and with the help with the lady at the front desk and multiple repeats of which tooth to take X-ray images of my tooth. Front desk lady then randomly started tapping my teeth with a stick, not sure why so I asked her what are you doing? She said she wanted to be sure she has the right tooth. Had she asked me first before tapping, I would've told her I had a root canal done on the suspected tooth I need an implant, so I'm not going to feel any tapping. Very frustrating. Dr came in. Very nice guy but his advertisement is a bit deceptive. It says Dental implants on his webpage. That's the whole reason I came there. When i initially brought up him doing the implant, he redirected the the conversation. After the second time he tells me he doesn't actually do the procedure but farms it out to "his group of people" basically someone else. All in all, it was a complete waste of time. He got paid for the X-rays and consultation and my gut was telling me to walk out that door and I should've listened to it. Fine place for general dental stuff. Fillings, cleaning etc but anything else not confident.

We were original patients to this dental office over 20 years ago when opened by Dr. Phan. We…read moreloved his compassionate care and were saddened to have him retire. We decided to continue our care hoping the compassionate care would continue. I had a cracked crown replaced in December 2025. From the beginning it did not feel right but was willing to allow time for healing. I returned a total of 4 visits from Jan to end of May letting the dentist know that the bite does not feel right. Each time they shaved down a little more to fix the bite but it never felt right even after they introduced wearing a bite guard. Each time they assured it just needed more time to heal and they were trying to avoid a root canal. So I learned to live with chronic dull ache in my jaw convinced by the dentists that because the pain was improved that I didn't need anything more. Then I had to call again because the symptoms were worsening now constantly aching and swollen bleeding gums. I couldn't get through to the office so I left notice with the messaging center. Never received a phone call back only a text message stating that they were open and tending to other patients but I could text them. So I replied letting them know my condition had worsened to only receive a text back reminding me that I had an appointment in a couple of weeks. I gave up and went to another dentist office to receive emergent care. A quick X-ray showed an infection to the root of my tooth and a cracked tooth that was beyond repair...so my tooth had to be extracted. I was trusting the expertise of the dentist at PR dental studio that it would get better. I suffered chronic pain for over 8 months following up with them 4 times telling them it did not feel right. Then when my symptoms worsened I was reminded of an upcoming appointment rather than an immediate follow up. Do better for your patients and listen to them when they tell you it doesn't feel right. I did not display excruciating discomfort because I learned to live with the dull ache. I think I was overlooked and pacified.

Wanting a second opinion, I visited another dentist who thoroughly examined me and confirmed that my gums were healthy and that a deep cleaning was not necessary. This experience left me feeling like unnecessary services were being pushed simply to increase the bill. It reminded me of a car dealership trying to upsell customers on services they don't actually need. It's unfortunate because this office used to provide excellent service, but that no longer seems to be the case. It appears that many patients are immediately encouraged to get deep cleanings regardless of whether they truly need them. I would advise others to seek a second opinion before agreeing to costly procedures here. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.
