Only been in once but I loved it here! The food was very flavorful! We had a nice time and I would love to go back!

Delicious dinner here!! We didn't know what we were in the mood for but happy we stopped here. We got the brisket sandwich combo and plate combo. Pretty pricey for two dinners but the quality was good. Very flavorful and juicy. Plus, they have over 8 different sauces available to jazz anything up more. The music/ambiance was average and pleasant. All in all, a filling dinner with a great vibe. Look forward to stopping again when we're in the area.

    Rib jerky

service was good and as a vet I love the theme and patriotic spirit but the food is just awful. I'm sorry but what kind of a bbq joint serves flavorless ribs so dry I had to use a knife to cut them and with no sauce! None! Sauce needs to cook into meat like ribs. Ribs are not a dang chicken nugget you dip in sauce to eat! this isn't bbq, it's dehydrated on the bone rib jerky with bbq sauce side cups.

Great food and atmosphere. Being a veteran makes me happy to be here and enjoy the awesome food!

Baby back ribs and a three meat combo with pulled pork, moist brisket, classic sausage, mac and cheese, and cornbread

Since all Dickey's Barbecue locations closed in the greater Milwaukee area, I've had a barbecue void that's needed to be filled. Having never been to Mission BBQ before, I decided to try many things to see what I liked most. I ordered the three meat combo with pulled pork, moist brisket, and classic sausage for the meats and mac and cheese for the side along with a piece of cornbread. I also ordered the barbecue shrimp special, two spare ribs, and two baby back ribs. The shrimp was great. Decently sized and I liked the flavor of the specific marinade they used. Ditto for the rub on the spare ribs. It was so good that I didn't need to use barbecue sauce on it. I sampled each of the sauces at my table and I thought the smoky mountain was the best. The brisket and pulled pork were fine. Both meats tasted like they should, but they didn't wow me. I feel like I've had better smoked sausage elsewhere (like at Dickey's **insert sad face emoji**). The cornbread was on the dry side and the mac and cheese wasn't creamy like I'd hoped for. I wasn't a fan of the rub on the baby back ribs. I understand barbecue is expensive, but until you order half of the menu like I did, you might not truly see how quickly the cost adds up. The total for the items listed above was almost $45. For example, a single rib of either kind is around $2.50 each and the barbecue shrimp special, which is literally only eight pieces of shrimp with no sides, was $11. I thought the spare ribs and the shrimp were the best parts of the meal, but they're pricey if you get both and want sides to go with them. Hard to justify that more than once.

    Chopped brisket and moist brisket

Nice building, clean, easy to find. Went there on 9/16 at lunchtime got chopped brisket and moist brisket. Took the food home and the moist brisket was extremely fatty and the chopped brisket was dry and seemed to be old. The last few times we went here the quality seems to not be there. My suggestion would be to check your food before leaving and if not happy take it back. For the two of us lunch was close to $50.

Went here for dinner. Nope. They don't have a couple of the meats. How can a bbq place not have meat. Not going back anytime soon.

Typical Mission BBQ - brisket was a little dry this time. Hard to find good barbecue. I think they used to be better

I saw a picture of their breakfast burrito on social media and made plans to stop the next day. In addition to the breakfast burrito, which came with a side of hash browns, I ordered cheddar broccoli soup and was gifted a brownie for visiting. The breakfast burrito is build your own with a bunch of different options for meats, cheese, and veggies. I went with bacon, American cheese, and spinach and wasn't disappointed. The burrito was hefty and every one of the ingredients stood out. This is something I would definitely come back for. The three hash brown patties tasted as you'd expect and I appreciate that they weren't cold in the middle or bland. You can definitely notice the freshness in the soup. It was thick and used actual florets of broccoli, not just the stalks. Given the size of the burrito I had just eaten, though, I wish there was an option for a smaller portion of soup. The bowl was large and if you just plan on having that as a meal it's fine, but I would have preferred buying a cup as compared to a large bowl. Hopefully that's something they consider as a menu tweak. I'm not a big brownie person, but I enjoyed it. Like the burrito and the soup, it was a sizable portion, so worth the price if you're buying one. I'd be interested in trying their lemon bar or coffee cake on a future visit as those are more up my alley. I enjoyed talking to the woman who was prepping the dining area while I was there. She mentioned that Senor Luna's next door is their sister location and that Miss Daisy's has such early hours (currently 5am during the week) so as to cater to the nearby business park. I appreciate the early hours because I can easily make it there and back over to where I work in plenty of time.

We just wanted a drink and a quick bite to eat and being during a baseball game, lots of places in the area were busy. There was a good crowd there watching the game as well. It's an interesting setup, reminds me almost of a living room (with dining tables) and then the small bar area is to the side. To order food, you do it through two wall kiosks which I like because you can look at options and not feel rushed unless there's a line. Outside they have tables and a tv as well. I choose a veggie sandwich which had a good kick to it! The smaller size was good enough for me. It was a bit confusing how to get your food, from what we understood, you have to go through a door to get to the kitchen window (bathrooms are that way too) but no one calls your order number or anything. I'd suggest an improvement on that way you know your food is ready or maybe we missed something. Overall, I would return and would like to try other items on the menu!
