2 meat combo (jalapeno cheese sausage/brisket) with cornbread and side of mac and cheese
    Alison K.

Stopped in for a quick bite on my way through PA. The staff is super nice and welcoming here and enjoyed the food overall. I got a 2 meat combo with jalapeno cheese sausage and brisket which comes with cornbread, along with a side of mac and cheese. Tried the pulled pork, turkey and fries that my husband ordered and they were all solid too. Love the huge variety of bbq sauce - 6 different ones at the table and a white Alabama bbq that they gave with our order. Would stop back if I am in the area or at another location. They play and stand up for the national anthem at noon everyday and honor our veterans. They do have a veterans discount.

When me and my family walked in, it looked really patriotic, all kinds of medals, rank patches, and pictures of veterans all over the walls. On the table we sat at, there was different federal/military badges inside the table. The service up front was fast and direct, and it took about 1-2minutes to order for us 4, (excluding the time it took to decide what to get). Now, I got a pulled chicken sandwich with some fries, it tasted good by itself, but if you put the apple cider vinegar on the fries and try any one of the six sauces at the tables on your meat, I assure you that it'll really improve the taste. Some meals, like a brisket, come with a small side of whatever you pick and a block of cornbread. 10/10

Outstanding service, Outstanding BBQ and Outstanding pride for Military & First Responders!!!!! I'm visiting Allentown with my son for the Monster Jam Show tomorrow and we came by out of curiosity. It was sooooooo good! Worth it! Great food and even better staff!!

2 Meat Market Sampler (2 Meat) Turkey & Brisket Side of Collard Greens

Upbeat positive fast food BBQ. This is a place that has been getting better since I first went there. Six sauces at each table to try on the flavorful meat. Collard greens were lacking flavor. Service was great, with an attendant in the dining area making sure everything was right. Supports veterans and is decorated with that theme.

Mission BBQ is located in front of the Whitehall Mall. One tip before eating here: They do not have Hamburgers like most BBQ restaurants. Menu includes Brisket, Pulled Pork, Chicken, and other meat options. I went with the Brisket and Fries for my side. Meat Market options come with a piece of Cornbread. Keep an eye on for what seasonal sides they are offering. Beverages include Pepsi fountain drinks and various glass bottle beverages. Dining room has a decent amount of seating and is currently open. Interior design is heavy on wood grain and decorated with military/police memorabilia. Mission BBQ does not have servers, but they did have some someone walking around checking if you needed anything and keeping the dining area clean. Food was ready in a reasonable amount of time. At the table they provide six different BBQ sauces as the meat is prepared in one style. I was impressed with the Memphis Belle and Smokey Mountain flavors as I'm not usually a sauce person. The Brisket is tasty enough to eat without sauce. My fries looked overdone, but were actually perfectly done and tasty. Mission BBQ does something...unusual at Noon every day: They play the National Anthem which I was not expecting. Overall, the prices are reasonable and the food is good, so I will be returning.

A place that honors our service men and women

This place is Garbage. Too expensive. BBQ was cold had no flavor. Sauces tasted generic. Atmosphere is a 6/10. Meteocer indeed.

I love this chain. I went all the time in maryland when I lived there and was so happy when they expanded out of md into my new town.

When I realized I would have to choke it down; it was dry as a bone. I had to open it up to look at the roast beef. For years it was always pink or light red. The way I like it. The roast beef in my sandwich was purely brown. I wondered what happened and here is what the General Manager of Jersey Mike's had to say: Sorry you were not happy with your sub. We used to bake the roast beef in the store, but not anymore. It comes in pre-cooked and it's never red/pink these days. JERSEY MIKE'S FRANCHISE WAS RECENTLY SOLD! i knew that happe ned a few months ago but was not expecting their cost cutting would include selling dry, choke inducing roast beef. I'm sure future future surprises await me. Not good ones! I was emailed quickly by the General Manager of my store emailed me to apologize as mt negative review crossed his desk. The Offer: 15% off my next sub. I emailed back saying the 15% discount is offensive and unacceptable. I told him to keep the 15%. No more roast beef subs at Jersey Mike's for me!
